First question I always start with is this. Other than that brief information I just shared, can you tell us in your own words, “Who is Brandon Barnum?”Now, let me kind of clear the waters a little bit. “HOA” is sometimes a “bad word” when it comes to homeownership. But your “HOA” is not about keeping someone’s front yard grass to less than four inches and things like that, correct?
How did you get started down this path?
Referrals ended up being something that allowed you to stand out from the crowd. How did you discover the power of referrals?
It all came down to “find a need and fill it.” But, at the same time, you can’t be all things to all people. We need to, for lack of a better term, “niche down.” At what point did you realize you had discovered, “your niche?”

What is the “Referral Partner Blueprint?”
You are also a leader in Artificial Intelligence as the CEO of “Codebreaker Technology.” What is that and what does it do?
I can’t get away from your book, “Raving Referrals.” I mean, you’re known as “The Referral King” and I am a firm believer in referrals. I was in the insurance sales business way back in the mid-1980’s until the mid-1990’s. Referrals were a major source of income for me back then. So I know the value.
Can you share with our audience how they can use referrals, basically, in anything they are doing (business, ministry, entrepreneurship – anything)….
I heard you use a saying on an interview that I love. It was, “Speak what you see until you see what you saw.” Explain that saying for us?
As a person works to grow their business, using the techniques you describe and teach, there will come a point in time where the solopreneur is unable to grow any more. Their plate is just so full. I know, I’m there right now. You think, “I need to do this thing “X” but, in order to do that, I have to stop working on this project “D” – but that is going to hurt the income, growth, etc. a person may be experiencing.
I guess the question is, “At what point do you need to step away and pass off the day to day operations to someone else so you can focus on the “next thing?”
How do you find someone that you trust can handle that responsibility? Let me guess, “referrals?”
You also have started a “Christian Business Alliance,” correct? How does this work?
Brandon, this is so interesting. I could talk to you for hours just picking your brain on different topics, Praise God.
