19:44 – Number 1 is checking your credit, knowing where your credit is, and are you working with a budget. If there are things on your credit that shouldn't be there, things that you paid off. Write to the credit bureaus and tell them you have already taken care of it.

34:48 – Find a trusted real estate professional, whoever that advisor is going to be for you, what they should do is lay out a plan and understand what your goals are.
