"News" what is it? It is information not previously known to some. It is my view that it can be good or bad news. Moreover, the word we listen to is not generally good in most cases, and it adds more stress and anxiety.

Today I want to bring you good news. News will assure you that you can accomplish good things when listening to positive "NEWS."
