I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

There's a part of you that that naturally shows up in a certain way. And you kind of just think, doesn't everyone do that? Doesn't everyone think like that? Doesn't everyone operate from that place? Well, the reality is that no one else operates the way that you do. No one else has the ability to see the world like you do. And when you first start realizing that you start realizing your natural strength, where you find power, your value, there can be a tendency to see help people need your help. Now, whether that's from just a personal perspective, in a family environment, with friends, whether it's in a place of work, whether it's in your business, it can be a level of frustration, because you're seeing this need that you can meet in so many different people. But you grow frustrated, because why can't people even see you? Why aren't they listening? Why aren't they seeing that you can provide this solution? And this is where personal brand comes in with Les Brown use the phrase, what's the scuttlebutt about you before you walk in the room? For the South Park fans, you might remember the episode around scuttle. But classic anyway, I digress. Yeah, so well, that term is more a term that would not be regularly used in the Australian vernacular. Basically, what it means is what what is your reputation? What precedes you? How do people see you? And while you might be really clear that you provide that solution that you can make that need for someone? Unless the rest of the world does? Well, then you're gonna continue to have this frustration of why Why can't people see me? Now for me in a coaching business, it's played out in a way where I've looked at people going, why they are getting that success? Why would I know? I'm really good at what I do, why can why and more people come in to see me. And part of that was is that I wasn't allowing myself to be seen, I wasn't putting myself out there in a way that that built trust that people understood. Now, thankfully, getting great support through that has allowed me to not only be able to put that out in a way that people are understanding. But one of the beauties of that as a coach is I'm able to then help other people do the same, because I recognize all the gaps because I've been there, I've I've been in that space where people aren't seeing me, they're not hearing me, they're not being drawn to me. And I know all the shortcuts to make it happen. Now, whether that's for you, in your business, in a workplace, or like I said, just in a personal environment, get clear on on who you are, what you want to be known for. Are you showing up and delivering that need in a way that people will receive it so that people can start to see your personal brand? Are you standing in your strength in your power when you do so? Or are you shy away? You kind of doing it reluctantly? Are you doing it in a way where your body language is really passive or even insula?

Are you standing strong, delivering what you know, is valuable to the world, delivering from a place of strength of having the courage to stand up for what you believe In, to live by your values and not being afraid to say no to people. And saying yes to more of what you know, is going to be good for you. And for the people in your world. This is personal brand. And it's all linked to your story. There's a golden thread that runs through your life, there are different challenges that have come up again and again and again. And when you can identify what those are, and live true to those and continue to be curious, to search to be driven, to continue to overcome those obstacles, then your personal brand will continue to develop, to expand. And the beauty of that is the fulfillment that comes into your life is like no other. This so much less of those moments of sad, of feeling unfulfilled of unsatisfied of inadequate of unworthy, and more moments of like, wow, how good did that feel? That was awesome. Like I love being able to help those people have of being of service at a level where people are just singing your praises and have been able to level up. For me when I was in corporate, when I learned this and realize that my gift to be able to talk to people in a way that is understanding and, and calming and, and to be able to help navigate where they are at that if I can do conversation with someone who's at my level, then I can have that same conversation with someone at any level. So I was able to accelerate my corporate career in the last few years that I was there by owning this value. And then when I was ready, take on the challenge and then doing that my business. And I won't lie, there's been different challenges in business of really stepping into a whole new level of strength and, and power and courage. But now that I've been doing it for over five years, I'm really recognizing how important that's been on the journey. And, like I said, my ability to shortcut that for other people. So keep finding ways to unlock more of who you are. To show the world more of who you are the essence of who you are, to share your story. Stories, inspire stories, change lives, story, save lives. Let people see into your world, the challenges what you've overcome, how you've overcome it, and continue to show that strength and that value, make a difference and bringing that fulfillment. And that's when life gets life is living. You're no longer in a place of trying to avoid different things. until you die, you're actually living, you're truly living and it feels amazing. So step up, focus on that personal brand. And not only will you be able to change but you'll notice the people around you change as you give them permission to do the same.
