Shownotes

What if your website isn't broken—but it's still not bringing in the clients you want? In this replay of Anna's live workshop, you'll learn why a "perfectly fine" website is often the biggest thing standing between therapists and a full-fee, right-fit caseload. Anna explains how today's marketing landscape has changed, why simply having a professional website is no longer enough, and what actually leads clients to choose one therapist over another.

You'll also hear Anna answer live questions from therapists about everything from multi-state marketing and SEO to balancing multiple niches, marketing group practices, and deciding whether Confident Copy is the right fit. Whether you're just starting your private practice or refining an established one, this episode offers practical guidance for building a website that doesn't just exist—but actively converts visitors into clients.

Here’s what you’ll learn in this episode:

1️⃣ Why a "perfectly fine" website can still be costing you right-fit clients in today's competitive market.

2️⃣ How to tell whether your biggest marketing challenge is your website—or simply getting more people to see it.

3️⃣ Anna's approach to common marketing questions, including multi-state SEO, multiple niches, and marketing beyond individual therapy.

4️⃣ Why your website should function as a client-conversion engine, supported by ongoing marketing strategies that continue driving traffic.

36

:

37

:

Fabulous.

38

:

All right, safe to say we covered

our time zones and then some.

39

:

We have multiple countries

represented here.

40

:

Um, many, many states.

41

:

Not surprised to see California

and New York, uh, probably pulling

42

:

most of, of the weight here.

43

:

Um, I'm so happy every

single one of you is here.

44

:

I'm so happy you're carving

out a little bit of time on

45

:

this Wednesday to be with us.

46

:

I am m- more excited about this workshop

than maybe any other workshop I've

47

:

ever done, and the reason for that

is 'cause I feel more passionately

48

:

than I ever have about helping really

good therapists get in the room with

49

:

clients they do their best work with.

50

:

Um, if you saw the email I sent

yesterday, it was just kind of

51

:

a personal thought that I had.

52

:

But before I get into it today, um,

the work you do matters so much.

53

:

Um, I've felt that and seen that in my

own life very, very recently, and it

54

:

just lights me up even more than I've

been lit up in the past seven years about

55

:

making sure that if you're a really good

therapist, you're getting in the room

56

:

really often with people that, that can

experience the type of support and, and

57

:

space that I've, I've had held for me.

58

:

So that's just a personal thing.

59

:

But I want you to know what you're

hearing from me here, what I hope you

60

:

get out of this workshop, is because I

want to see you be successful, and my

61

:

goal is that you leave with something

here today that you can put into action

62

:

that moves the needle for you, okay?

63

:

That's ultimately what I care about.

64

:

All right.

65

:

Now, we are here for the perfectly

fine website problem, because

66

:

man, things are different than

they used to be, aren't they?

67

:

Um, and that's what I really want

to, to chat with you here about.

68

:

Um, we're gonna be talking about why

great therapists like you, 'cause I

69

:

assume you're a great therapist, I

have no reason not to, with good enough

70

:

websites are getting overlooked, and I

don't want you to get overlooked anymore.

71

:

And we're gonna be talking about

the three new rules for becoming the

72

:

obvious choice for premium fee clients.

73

:

If your goal is to book clients at 150,

200, 300, 400 plus a session, what I'm

74

:

gonna give you here is what I'm seeing

work for therapists that are doing

75

:

that right now, even when things are

really, really wild out there, okay?

76

:

Now, most therapists have a website

problem they don't know they have,

77

:

and this didn't used to be true.

78

:

But it's ultimately why we're here today.

79

:

You very well may be sitting

here with a website problem

80

:

you don't know you have, okay?

81

:

You know you need a website.

82

:

We're past that day.

83

:

I remember when I started working with

therapists and it was like, "Hi, you need

84

:

a website," and people were like, "I do?"

85

:

We're beyond that, right?

86

:

You know you need one.

87

:

You probably have one, or at least

you're planning to start one, right?

88

:

It probably looks professional

if I had to guess, right?

89

:

You probably put some or a lot

of time and thought into it.

90

:

But does that mean it's actually working?

91

:

Does it mean it's actually working?

92

:

That's what I wanna help you answer here.

93

:

Because what I've seen out there,

and I have the benefit of sitting

94

:

with hundreds of therapists every

single year, is that a perfectly fine

95

:

website and an effective website are

not the same thing anymore, okay?

96

:

You can have a perfectly fine website,

but it doesn't mean it's effective.

97

:

In this market, a perfectly fine website

and a website that leads someone to choose

98

:

you out of the 20 other therapists around

you are not the same thing And in this

99

:

market, a perfectly fine website and a

website that commands premium fees, 'cause

100

:

if we're gonna do that today, it's gotta

work harder, are not the same thing.

101

:

That's why we're here today.

102

:

Now, I'm curious.

103

:

I'm gonna give you four scenarios, then

I want you to drop into the chat which

104

:

one is rele- most relevant to you, okay?

105

:

So first, that you have a website that

you would describe as fine, but you're

106

:

not totally confident it's working, okay?

107

:

So that might be you.

108

:

Maybe you worry your website isn't

justifying your premium fees or

109

:

doing you justice as a clinician.

110

:

Maybe that's you.

111

:

Maybe you're here because you're getting

traffic to your website, but few consults.

112

:

So you, you log in, you look at the

analytics, you're not seeing people book.

113

:

Or maybe you're here because you're

planning to create a website.

114

:

So you don't have one yet, but you

don't wanna settle for perfectly fine.

115

:

You know you need to get it right, okay?

116

:

Which one of those is you?

117

:

One, two, three, or four?

118

:

All right.

119

:

I'm seeing a lot of ones.

120

:

I'm seeing some fours.

121

:

Awesome.

122

:

If this is your first website,

I'm so glad you're starting here.

123

:

Lots of ones.

124

:

Definitely some twos.

125

:

Couple threes in there.

126

:

Absolutely, "One plus two," says Nicole.

127

:

Not quite three.

128

:

You get some bookings, but

not as, m- but not enough.

129

:

Absolutely.

130

:

Awesome.

131

:

All right.

132

:

Good to get s- kind of a

sense of where we're at, okay?

133

:

I want to help you whatever

bucket you're in here today, okay?

134

:

What you're gonna get here,

I want you to be able to take

135

:

away and put into action, okay?

136

:

Now, in the next 45 minutes here

today, in our time, I'm gonna show you

137

:

what's actually standing between your

website and the full caseload you want,

138

:

what I have seen from the hundreds of

therapists that I've worked with, the

139

:

thousands over the last seven years.

140

:

Because the fact is that what used

to work isn't working anymore.

141

:

And I…

142

:

That was a hard pill for me to swallow,

'cause what I had been teaching had

143

:

to change, and you're getting access

to what is actually working right now.

144

:

And the fact is many therapists

don't know why, okay?

145

:

So that's what this is all about.

146

:

All right.

147

:

If we haven't met yet, I know that

there are some folks that I even

148

:

saw someone, uh, forward this along

to a friend, so thank you for that.

149

:

But if we haven't met yet, I'm Anna.

150

:

I'm really happy you're here.

151

:

Um, I've spent over seven years

working exclusively with therapists.

152

:

It's all we do.

153

:

Just therapists, and it's the best.

154

:

Um, and we've served over 5,000 therapists

in our paid programs and services, which

155

:

is absolutely wild to, to say out loud.

156

:

Now, I have helped clinicians

de-panel from insurance.

157

:

I've helped them increase their

fees to 200, 300, 450 plus, and

158

:

I've seen them build full feelgood

caseloads that they feel excited

159

:

to show up to every day, okay?

160

:

So that you can be that great

therapist in the room I was

161

:

talking about in the beginning.

162

:

That's what I want for you.

163

:

What I've learned, though as I

mentioned earlier, just having

164

:

a website, it used to be enough.

165

:

It was like create a website,

and there came the clients.

166

:

It's not enough anymore, right?

167

:

Fine isn't filling caseloads

anymore, and we know that eas-

168

:

these days it's easier than ever

to create that fine website, right?

169

:

We're all thinking it.

170

:

We know that you could just run and

create a website probably by the

171

:

end of today if you really tried,

but that's not enough anymore.

172

:

Now again, I've had to reflect on

where I came from as someone supporting

173

:

clinicians, 'cause the advice that I

used to give isn't as, as modern and

174

:

as helpful as it used to be, okay?

175

:

Back in the day, you find a fill, you

know, a fill-in-the-blank template,

176

:

pop your words in, you know, launch it.

177

:

Did its job.

178

:

You had the website.

179

:

These days?

180

:

These days, therapists are

doing their own version of that.

181

:

They're running to AI.

182

:

They're running to ChatGPT.

183

:

They're running to Claude to create

their websites, and then it's not

184

:

leading to the results that they need.

185

:

They are missing the deeper conversion

strategy, and they end up sounding like

186

:

everyone else, and it is hurting them

Back in the day, you picked a presenting

187

:

issue or a population that you wanted

to focus on, and boom, you had a niche.

188

:

Awesome.

189

:

I'm gonna f- you know, I'm

gonna specialize in anxiety.

190

:

These days, it seems like everyone

is specializing in anxiety or trauma

191

:

or that high-achieving professional

woman that you love to work with.

192

:

Everyone else is doing that.

193

:

And so to be effective, you can no longer

have a niche that is a dime a dozen.

194

:

Your niche has to be niched, okay?

195

:

We're gonna talk about

that here today, too.

196

:

Back in the day, clients chose

therapists based on who was closest

197

:

to them, 'cause online therapy wasn't

as popular, and who had openings.

198

:

These days, clients and the way that

they think about their mental health

199

:

and therapy has fundamentally changed,

and they have become aware that

200

:

there's someone out there for them, and

they're making decisions based on that.

201

:

That's the wild thing here is

that above all, your clients are

202

:

different than they used to be.

203

:

They are more discerning, they are

more skeptical, they are more inundated

204

:

with choices, and your marketing has

to rise to the occasion, especially

205

:

as you probably sit here right now and

would consider your area saturated.

206

:

If I had to guess, you would say, "Yeah,

there's a lot of therapists around me."

207

:

And your clients are inundated,

and they're more discerning,

208

:

and they're more skeptical.

209

:

What are you gonna do to

rise to that occasion?

210

:

That's what we're

talking about here today.

211

:

What changes are you noticing?

212

:

I do wanna check in on that.

213

:

So those are kind of the,

some of my observations.

214

:

What else have you noticed?

215

:

Go ahead and drop anything into the

chat, um, around what you're noticing.

216

:

Have your clients changed?

217

:

Are you noticing they're more skeptical?

218

:

I've heard people talk

about, like, shopping around.

219

:

Clients are doing more shopping around.

220

:

Is that relevant to you?

221

:

Fewer referrals coming in.

222

:

No referrals from Psych2Day.

223

:

Yeah.

224

:

A drop in connections.

225

:

People taking more time to decide to

schedule a c- session after a consult.

226

:

That's interesting.

227

:

Yeah, shopping around.

228

:

Psych2Day.

229

:

That…

230

:

Darn Psych2Day.

231

:

Oversaturated.

232

:

Higher expectations for quick change.

233

:

Interesting.

234

:

Um, people going to AI to find therapists.

235

:

No doubt.

236

:

A shift that we're looking at.

237

:

Mm-hmm.

238

:

Getting ghosted on consults.

239

:

No referrals coming in.

240

:

Absolutely.

241

:

Primarily with men who are

tougher sell on therapy.

242

:

Quinn, absolutely.

243

:

Quinn, it's good to see you.

244

:

You're gonna…

245

:

Your headshot is in this workshop.

246

:

I'm happy you're here.

247

:

Using AI as a therapist.

248

:

I know.

249

:

Isn't that, isn't that interesting?

250

:

Absolutely.

251

:

A couple people saying that.

252

:

Okay.

253

:

Unexpected high cost from

people wanting to use insurance.

254

:

Yeah.

255

:

Absolutely.

256

:

All right.

257

:

You guys have a good finger on the pulse

of what we're ha- wh- um, o- of what we're

258

:

seeing here today, and I think this is…

259

:

This can summarize a lot of

some of these observations.

260

:

Not all of them, but some of them.

261

:

Just because clients find you doesn't

mean they'll choose you And that kinda

262

:

hurts, 'cause it used to be if they

found you, they chose you, 'cause

263

:

you were a- of a limited pool of,

of opport- of, uh, options, right?

264

:

And in a market this crowded,

a perfectly fine website isn't

265

:

enough to make them choose you.

266

:

That's exactly why we're here today.

267

:

It's exactly why I put th-

together this presentation, okay?

268

:

So now I wanna talk through the three

rules that are changing the game for

269

:

fully booked therapists right now.

270

:

A reminder, these rules come out of me

looking at the most successful clinicians

271

:

I know, the most successful students

in our Confident Copy program, the most

272

:

successful clients that we work with,

and the people out there regardless if

273

:

they've gone through our programs, okay?

274

:

These are just the people I'm observing,

getting to know, interviewing, coaching.

275

:

What are they doing that others aren't?

276

:

What's allowing them to stand out?

277

:

What did they shift in recent years that

have allowed them to stay ahead, okay?

278

:

That's where this really came from,

and I sat with that for longer than I

279

:

care to admit in order to, to really

boil these down into these rules, okay?

280

:

So the first rule here, the first

new rule of getting premium fee

281

:

clients with your website or becoming

that obv- obvious choice, right, is

282

:

that easy does not equal effective,

and that's a hard pill to swallow.

283

:

Some of what I'm gonna give you in this

presentation are gonna be hard pills to

284

:

swallow, but I need you to swallow them,

okay, 'cause, 'cause they're useful.

285

:

Now, maybe you typed your specialty

into ChatGPT, I specialize in

286

:

anxiety for professional women, and

used what it gave you because it

287

:

sounded better than what you had,

which might have been nothing, okay?

288

:

Maybe you found a therapist you respected.

289

:

They have a full caseload.

290

:

You studied their homepage, and

you wrote yours to sound similar.

291

:

No, no shame in your game if

that's what you did, okay?

292

:

Maybe you found some fill-in-the-blank

templates to figure out what to

293

:

say because starting from scratch

felt absolutely impossible.

294

:

Whatever you did, launching

it felt like a win.

295

:

Launching the website felt like

a win, and it was, until you

296

:

realized it sounded exactly like

every other therapist's website.

297

:

That's the danger of easy

not equaling effective.

298

:

The result is that you blend

in with every other therapist

299

:

who did exactly what you did.

300

:

You're all just sitting around sounding

like each other, and your clients, they

301

:

don't know what to do with it, okay?

302

:

That means someone lands on your

website, they read it, and they

303

:

think, "Huh, she seems nice."

304

:

And then they click over

to the next therapist.

305

:

Okay, sounded like everyone else.

306

:

Or instead of getting rejected,

you're just getting skipped,

307

:

and that one hurts more.

308

:

It's worse because you don't

even know what's happening, okay?

309

:

You're just getting skipped over.

310

:

Maybe you're getting consults,

but they're not quite right, and

311

:

you're saying yes anyway because the

caseload, it needs filling, right?

312

:

The most frequent ask- the most

frequent question you might get

313

:

is, "Do you take insurance?"

314

:

You want to charge premium fees, but

your website doesn't justify them,

315

:

and so every consult is this like

sitting down mountain you have to

316

:

climb in order to get over that hump.

317

:

Okay?

318

:

The hard truth is the shortcut that you

used to save time, the shortcut you used

319

:

to get out of writer's block, is now

the thing telling clients that you're

320

:

not worth your premium fee because you

sound like absolutely everyone else.

321

:

Like I said, that, that

kind of hurts, right?

322

:

But we have to acknowledge this

if we're gonna change it, okay?

323

:

So that shortcut you used to save

time might now be the very thing

324

:

signaling to clients that you're

not worth that premium fee, that

325

:

you are not the right fit for them.

326

:

Here's some signs you're

breaking this rule.

327

:

So those are kinda some

things you might have done.

328

:

Maybe your homepage

was written by ChatGPT.

329

:

Again, no shame in your game, I get it.

330

:

I'm gonna give you a

different way, but I get it.

331

:

And you changed maybe 10 words, if any.

332

:

Your copy describes what therapy

is, sure, but not what it's like

333

:

to work with you specifically.

334

:

I don't actually get a

sense of you anywhere.

335

:

Here's another kinda litmus test.

336

:

Someone could swap your name out,

top of your About page, slip, flip,

337

:

you know, switch it out for Anna

Walker and put any other therapist

338

:

name and nothing would change,

'cause it sounds like just everyone.

339

:

Or you have way too many em

dashes, or use of the word quietly,

340

:

which you see on my recent email.

341

:

It's a, just a dead giveaway that

you just dropped this into ChatGPT.

342

:

You just, you just had AI do this.

343

:

Why would I trust that?

344

:

That's the level of

skepticism we're dealing with.

345

:

It's what studies are actually

showing us people are starting to

346

:

gain when it comes to viewing content.

347

:

They know when they're seeing

AI content, and their trust

348

:

decreases as a result of it.

349

:

Now, I love AI.

350

:

I absolutely love it.

351

:

We have AI tools built into our Confident

Copy program, but we have to use it well.

352

:

I do love an em dash though, Becky,

and as I said to, to someone yesterday,

353

:

ChatGPT can pry that out of my cold,

dead hand, but we can, we should, uh,

354

:

maybe monitor how often we use them.

355

:

Now, you ultimately need copy, right?

356

:

That was built to convert,

not to just exist.

357

:

When you go to AI, or you use a

fill-in-the-blank template, or you

358

:

copy another therapist's website, not

copy hopefully, but use it heavily

359

:

as inspiration, it's just existing.

360

:

It's not necessarily designed to convert.

361

:

I want to see it actually convert,

and we know that that has to happen in

362

:

order to stand out right now, right?

363

:

You need copy that is client

first, first and foremost.

364

:

It needs to start with what they

are googling at:

365

:

of, of distress that they've never

reached before, not what you want

366

:

them to know about your approach.

367

:

That's not the thing to lead with, right?

368

:

That's not conversion-focused.

369

:

You need copy that

creates a felt experience.

370

:

We use the language sticky copy, if

you, uh, are part of our community

371

:

or our Confident Copy program.

372

:

That's where every line either

makes your client feel seen,

373

:

or it's not earning its place.

374

:

Okay?

375

:

They should be able to say,

"How were you in my head?

376

:

It felt like you were speaking to me.

377

:

How does she know that?"

378

:

That's what good copy does right now

379

:

You need copy that is

specific enough to sting.

380

:

What do I mean by that?

381

:

There's a, there's a element of

conversion copy where we have

382

:

to, we have to acknowledge what

brings that client here, right?

383

:

I want that right person to read it

and think, "How did she know that's

384

:

exactly what I'm going through?"

385

:

We only do that if it's specific.

386

:

We cannot speak in generalities.

387

:

We've gotta get specific.

388

:

We've gotta get sticky.

389

:

Okay?

390

:

It also needs to build

the case for your fee.

391

:

If you're sitting here aiming to de-panel,

wanting to increase your fees, at a

392

:

premium fee already, by the time they

reach your contact page, your rate should

393

:

feel like a no-brainer, not a barrier.

394

:

Okay?

395

:

And people might still need to get on the

phone with you, and I'm glad for that.

396

:

Nail that consult.

397

:

We've got a bonus in

Confident Copy for it.

398

:

But your copy needs to set them up.

399

:

It needs to prime them for these

higher fees, not make it seem like

400

:

you're like everyone else, okay?

401

:

So here's a question.

402

:

If your website was built strategically

from day one, those of you don't,

403

:

who don't have a website yet,

you're a great example, not pulled

404

:

together with a generic template,

not using AI, what's one thing you

405

:

think could be different right now?

406

:

What might change?

407

:

Drop it in the chat and

tell me what you think.

408

:

Would you finally stop wondering

if your fee was too much?

409

:

Would the right clients recognize

themselves in your words before

410

:

they even book a consult?

411

:

They don't even need to get

on the phone with you yet

412

:

Would sending someone to your

website feel like a flex?

413

:

Yeah, go see the website

instead of a risk.

414

:

Ooh, I really hope you don't

actually go there, right?

415

:

What would change?

416

:

A better felt experience.

417

:

Your clients would recognize me.

418

:

Ooh, interesting.

419

:

Absolutely.

420

:

They would say more about who you

are and how they relate to you.

421

:

Yeah, they'd get on a consult

and actually have language for

422

:

how you're gonna work, right?

423

:

You wouldn't second guess

your decisions, right?

424

:

You would know it was good enough.

425

:

What a great feeling.

426

:

Attracting the right clients.

427

:

I mean, let's boil it down to that, right?

428

:

Absolutely.

429

:

Your- more your voice than

professional sounding, Becky.

430

:

Absolutely.

431

:

More emotional.

432

:

Yes.

433

:

Oh, the tinkering would stop.

434

:

Yeah, Isabelle, I know the tinkering.

435

:

Absolutely Yeah.

436

:

Your mission statement and your about

statement about how you could help them,

437

:

these things would resonate, right?

438

:

They'd quote your website

back to you when reaching out.

439

:

Yes, Chris, that's like

the ultimate litmus test.

440

:

I love hearing from Confident Copy

students will often ask for wins at the

441

:

beginning of coaching calls, and when we

hear that one, we're just so thrilled.

442

:

Someone read my specialty page back to me.

443

:

Like, something's working there, right?

444

:

What a great feeling.

445

:

The client would feel this is

the right therapist for me.

446

:

Yes.

447

:

Mm.

448

:

A feeling unlike any other.

449

:

Absolutely.

450

:

Awesome.

451

:

Maria, you do intensives exclusively.

452

:

That's a- absolutely excellent.

453

:

There's definitely a little

bit more of a barrier there.

454

:

I hear you on that.

455

:

Would love to get to support

you in it, but I agree.

456

:

We've gotta make sure we know what they

are so that they feel connected to them.

457

:

Yeah.

458

:

All right.

459

:

Now, let's be real.

460

:

You don't have to admit if you

use AI, and if you use AI, like

461

:

I said, I'm supportive of you.

462

:

Wherever you find yourself, you

could stop copying and pasting

463

:

from Claude or elsewhere tomorrow.

464

:

But stop using AI doesn't tell you

what to write instead, does it?

465

:

That's where the part where

most people get stuck.

466

:

And like I said, you don't

even have to stop using AI.

467

:

You just need to use it better.

468

:

That's exactly what we work

through inside of Confident Copy.

469

:

Not not relying on it, not not

using it, it's a fabulous tool.

470

:

But not over-relying on it, outsourcing

this connection, this you're

471

:

the therapist for me to a robot.

472

:

A robot can't do this for you, okay?

473

:

It's gotta be you, and it's

gotta be set up to convert.

474

:

Absolutely.

475

:

Um, I want you to introduce you to Taylor.

476

:

Taylor's incredible.

477

:

She built her, um, her practice

during COVID, and referrals after

478

:

that came to a complete halt.

479

:

So she launched during the

kinda height of the pandemic.

480

:

Things were good.

481

:

She's, she was doing awesome.

482

:

The caseload filled, and then

things just totally dried up.

483

:

She tried other courses.

484

:

She said she'd done all the

things she was supposed to do,

485

:

but nothing was converting.

486

:

She said when you asked her her niche,

she'd say something like, "Adults

487

:

who want to get better from trauma."

488

:

Anyone else adults who wanna

get better from trauma?

489

:

I would guess that at least a couple

of you would identify with that niche.

490

:

The effort was there.

491

:

She was doing the things, but the

results weren't, at least not yet.

492

:

She told me that going through Confident

Copy helped her finally identify and

493

:

refine a real niche, one that actually

speaks to the ideal clients who are

494

:

looking for exactly what I offer.

495

:

She reflected, "Back today marks

about, uh, one and a half years since

496

:

I started CC with Anna, and I just

want to share how much it's changed

497

:

everything for my private practice.

498

:

Now my messaging lands, the right

people find me, and the practice

499

:

feels aligned and sustainable

in a way it never did before."

500

:

Okay.

501

:

This wasn't about hyper busy work,

and it wasn't about just trusting, you

502

:

know, a fill-in-the-blank template,

but real clarity and hard work for

503

:

sure, but results that are still paying

off today It wasn't a magic shortcut.

504

:

I unfortunately don't

have one of those for you.

505

:

So if that's what you were

looking for, I'm really sorry

506

:

to be the bearer of bad news.

507

:

But once she committed to the

work, and boy did she do the work,

508

:

everything changed for Taylor.

509

:

That's what happens when we understand

easy doesn't equal effective.

510

:

We get okay with that, and we lean

to perhaps the more challenging,

511

:

but the more beneficial, right?

512

:

The more results that

come as a result of that.

513

:

All right, let's look at the second rule.

514

:

This one I'm excited about, and

I think based on the chat, you

515

:

guys will, will like this one too.

516

:

The next rule is in this market,

you gotta be known for something.

517

:

And this isn't the same

as choosing a niche, okay?

518

:

So let's talk more about this.

519

:

Now, you maybe, um, know that

you're supposed to, to have a

520

:

niche, kinda similar to a website.

521

:

I used to tell people, "Choose a

niche," and they were like, "A niche?

522

:

Oh my gosh."

523

:

You know you need a niche, right?

524

:

You've probably even tried to write one,

but it either feels too narrow, what if

525

:

I lose the clients I like to work with?

526

:

Or it's so broad that you know you're

not really saying anything, right?

527

:

Maybe you don't want to pick

just one type of client.

528

:

I actually just got off a kickoff

call with a, a clinician earlier this

529

:

morning literally, who enjoys variety.

530

:

He doesn't wanna say no to all that,

all those different types of clients.

531

:

You genuinely are good at and energized

by different types of clients.

532

:

But then your marketing tries to

speak to all of them, and it ends up

533

:

resonating with none of them, okay?

534

:

You kinda water down your,

your expertise, right?

535

:

Maybe you've landed on language

like, oh, okay, anxiety, yes,

536

:

or trauma, or life transitions.

537

:

Uh, because quite frankly, that

kind of niche language used to work.

538

:

But now everyone's ther- every

therapist is saying the same thing.

539

:

Everyone else is also

specializing in anxiety, trauma,

540

:

and life transitions, right?

541

:

Technically, you have a niche, and

congratulations, but it's just not

542

:

the reason people are choosing you.

543

:

And because we know that those

clients are different, because they

544

:

are inundated with choices and more

skeptical and more discerning, it's

545

:

not leading them to choose you.

546

:

Now, the result is that plenty of

therapists could say what you say.

547

:

They could say, "Yeah, that's my niche."

548

:

They could point at your niche

and say, "That's mine, too" which

549

:

means none of them, including

you, stand out saying it, right?

550

:

Maybe you're not losing

clients to better therapists.

551

:

And who knows, how do we measure better?

552

:

But more experienced,

whatever that might be.

553

:

Instead, it's just to whoever happened

to load faster or post most recently,

554

:

'cause nothing distinguished you anyway.

555

:

So all of a sudden you're playing

this, like, kind of rat race

556

:

of staying in front of people.

557

:

Maybe a referral source mentions your

name alongside a couple of others.

558

:

So the client books who- with

whoever's website felt like,

559

:

felt like it was most relevant to

them, and that wasn't you, okay?

560

:

So you're up against

this handful, up against.

561

:

And they don't choose you

'cause your website didn't

562

:

communicate why they should.

563

:

Maybe someone reads your About page

back to back with two other About pages,

564

:

and they couldn't tell them apart.

565

:

The fact is you could be the go-to

therapist for a very specific kind of

566

:

client, but right now you're just one of

many options for a really general one.

567

:

Which would you rather be, right?

568

:

The hard truth right now is that if

clients don't view you as a destination

569

:

for something, you're just one more

stop on the way to someone else.

570

:

Like I said, hard pills to swallow,

but it's what I've seen be true.

571

:

I actually ask our done-for-you

clients all the time, "What do

572

:

you wanna be a destination for?"

573

:

In this market, you've gotta

be known for something.

574

:

You've gotta be a

destination for something.

575

:

Otherwise, it's just one stop

on, on the way to someone else.

576

:

I don't want that.

577

:

Here's some signs, okay, some

litmus tests, some gut checks,

578

:

uh, to determine if this is a rule

that you need to be leaning into.

579

:

Could your niche describe half the

therapists in your local Facebook group?

580

:

Could someone point at your niche and

say, "Yeah, that's my niche, too"?

581

:

Do you say anxiety, depression, and

life transitions 'cause that's genuinely

582

:

what most of your clients come in with?

583

:

You might have multiple ideal clients.

584

:

I see a couple of people

saying that in the chat.

585

:

And then you have one page stretched to

cover all of them, and you're like, "Where

586

:

is any of my ideal clients in here?"

587

:

Right?

588

:

Maybe you've Googled how to

niche down without losing

589

:

clients more than once, right?

590

:

There's that fear of missing

out, the FOMO of niching down.

591

:

Mm-hmm, I'm seeing some yeses.

592

:

Theresa, if you have a group

practice, definitely a unique approach

593

:

here, but this still remains true.

594

:

Oh, man, it remains true,

um, even if you're a group.

595

:

You have to, like I said, approach it a

little bit differently, but this is still

596

:

very relevant if you own a group practice.

597

:

Now, you need a niche that is specific

enough that your ideal client feels

598

:

like you wrote it for them, even if

you help more than one type of person.

599

:

Both those things are possible

if we do it right, okay?

600

:

But your ideal client needs to read

it and be like, "That's for me.

601

:

That's not anxiety, depression,

and life transitions for anyone.

602

:

This is for me."

603

:

That's a sign that your

niche is working right now.

604

:

That means that you have a

red thread, not a client list.

605

:

A red thread is language that we use that,

that de- depicts a common denominator that

606

:

connects your different ideal clients.

607

:

Instead of naming them all separately,

there's something that brings them

608

:

together, that ties them together, that

gives your niche and your messaging

609

:

and your marketing and your website

cohesion, so that no matter if I'm

610

:

client A or client B, I land here

and I feel like you're meant for me.

611

:

That's what happens

when we get this right.

612

:

A point of view, not just a population.

613

:

No longer can we specialize

in just women, okay?

614

:

We need a way of differentiating

yourself beyond just high-functioning

615

:

professionals like everyone else, okay?

616

:

'Cause I bet a lot of you are all

targeting high-functioning professionals,

617

:

and good on you, but we've gotta

get more specific than that, okay?

618

:

You need a reputation,

not just a specialty.

619

:

I cannot overemphasize this.

620

:

You need a reputation

in this market, okay?

621

:

Something people would describe

you by, and the reasons clients

622

:

choose you, not another therapist.

623

:

We gotta figure out what that

is, 'cause there is a reason.

624

:

Every single one of you sitting

here listening, there's a

625

:

reason people choose you.

626

:

There is.

627

:

We have to figure out what that

is, and that has to be brought

628

:

forth in your marketing to

stand out in this market, okay?

629

:

So here's my question for you on this one.

630

:

If your website made you the obvious

destination for something specific, what's

631

:

the first word or phrase that comes to

mind for what that something would be?

632

:

Essentially, what do you

wanna be a destination for?

633

:

Drop in the chat what comes to mind.

634

:

It doesn't have to be final.

635

:

Of course it doesn't.

636

:

Overwhelm.

637

:

Okay, interesting.

638

:

What do you wanna be the destination for?

639

:

Boundaries, religious trauma, anxious

people with sleep problems, spiritual

640

:

abuse, clarity, mom guilt, sign me up.

641

:

Uh, 30-plus queer awakenings.

642

:

Okay, Quinn, just totally

rocking it out here.

643

:

Courage, executive functioning, designing

a life that works for your brain.

644

:

Love the, um, nod to

neurodivergence there.

645

:

Career fa- fit, pet loss, so specific

and fabulous, OCD and phobias, very close

646

:

to my heart, couples navigating massive

shifts, growing their families, TTC,

647

:

parenting, love that, stressed out moms.

648

:

Okay.

649

:

Y'all, you are onto something here.

650

:

Healthcare leaders who have given

too much and realize they can't keep

651

:

going on the same way, first-born

daughters, y'all, you're onto something.

652

:

Please lean into these things.

653

:

Write down what you just wrote down, okay?

654

:

This is awesome, okay?

655

:

If you became known for that

thing, then what would change?

656

:

Would people start referring

to you by what you do, not just

657

:

that you're a good therapist?

658

:

"Oh, she's the person

to go to for pet loss."

659

:

Would you stop feeling like you're

commeting, competing with every

660

:

other generalist in your area?

661

:

I sure hope so, 'cause

you are not a generalist.

662

:

There is something that you

do that's special, right?

663

:

Would your fee finally feel like

it matches how specific and how

664

:

good you actually are at this?

665

:

If I'm navigating pet loss, 'cause

that's the one that stood out to me

666

:

or that I'm remembering here, Nicole.

667

:

Child-free women.

668

:

If I'm navigating life as a child-free

woman, I land on your website and be like,

669

:

"All right, I'm- I'll, I'll pay that fee

'cause holy cow does she understand me."

670

:

That's the type of experience

we wanna create, right?

671

:

Catherine is a great example.

672

:

When Catherine started her private

practice, she was trying to market

673

:

herself like many therapists do,

helping several different kinds of

674

:

clients with several different concerns.

675

:

She was networking, and these are all

her own words, networking, posting

676

:

on social media, joining directories,

doing everything she was told to do.

677

:

And she's a, like, she's a workhorse.

678

:

Catherine was doing the things.

679

:

But no one could clearly remember what

she actually specialized in, uh, which

680

:

meant referrals were inconsistent.

681

:

Her marketing felt scattered.

682

:

She spent months without clients,

months of kind of a drought there.

683

:

She said, "Before, I couldn't

even give you a niche statement.

684

:

I was like, 'I help people, and I also

like this, and I also like that.'"

685

:

Does anyone describe their

niche that way, right?

686

:

"Now people tend to say, 'Oh,

I have someone who really

687

:

needs this kind of work.'

688

:

I've actually had tell pe- had people tell

me, 'I'm so excited to refer to you.'"

689

:

This is the other thing about

having a great niche here, like

690

:

what some of you have, have noted

here, is that you become memorable.

691

:

And when you are memorable, you are

easy to refer to, you are easy to

692

:

talk about, and your word-of-mouth

networking tends to explode accordingly.

693

:

Okay?

694

:

Today, Catherine is known for helping

exhausted adults break the cycle

695

:

of sleepless nights using CBT-I.

696

:

That's what she narrowed in on.

697

:

She's built a thriving private pay

practice, seeing just 13 clients a

698

:

week, and she left insurance completely.

699

:

She also shared that she, she's

earning more while working less

700

:

because she got clear on this.

701

:

Catherine became the therapist that

people immediately think of when someone

702

:

needs the kind of help she can offer.

703

:

I want that to happen to you.

704

:

Someone said, "Catherine is in my

locale, and I know her specialty."

705

:

Yep.

706

:

I want people to know your specialty.

707

:

I want people to immediately think of

you when they run into your ideal client.

708

:

That starts with becoming memorable.

709

:

Okay?

710

:

It's gotta happen today.

711

:

All right, that's rule number two.

712

:

Let's get into our third one here, okay?

713

:

Our third rule, and this one's really

interesting, especially in the age

714

:

of AI, is that people choose people.

715

:

Your clients, people, choose people.

716

:

Okay?

717

:

Maybe clients say you're easy to talk to.

718

:

They probably do.

719

:

You're probably a really good therapist,

but somehow that never comes through

720

:

when you sit down to write your website.

721

:

Do you ever feel like, "Man, I'm

such a better therapist in the

722

:

room than I am on my website"?

723

:

I actually hear that from, from

clients, so maybe that resonates

724

:

with you, in hearing people say yes.

725

:

Um, oh, a- Isla, "Do you have to cut

one niche to focus on the other?"

726

:

No, I want you to know that.

727

:

Um, but yeah.

728

:

So people say like, "Oh, yeah, I'm

a really good therapist in the room.

729

:

Why does my website not feel it?"

730

:

Right?

731

:

Um, you probably have opinions about how

therapy should work, things you believe

732

:

that not every other therapist would say.

733

:

And I don't even mean, like, hot

takes or controversial things,

734

:

just things that set you apart.

735

:

But you leave them out 'cause

you don't wanna alienate anyone.

736

:

Maybe people don't understand that or

they're not interested in that, right?

737

:

Maybe you worry that sounding too

much like yourself will come across

738

:

as unprofessional, or they're

not gonna take you seriously.

739

:

Like, you're not taking this seriously

enough, and therefore they won't either.

740

:

Okay?

741

:

You're memorable in the room, and

you're forgettable in your marketing.

742

:

Does that feel true to you?

743

:

I bet when people get to sit down

with you, when they get to a consult

744

:

or an intake, man, you, you have…

745

:

You're fantastic at

building rapport, right?

746

:

But your marketing is doing

nothing to set that expectation.

747

:

If only your marketing could be

that preview of what it's like

748

:

to be in the room with you.

749

:

That's what I would love to see happen.

750

:

I'm seeing lots of people

say, "Yes, absolutely."

751

:

Here's what's happening right now.

752

:

The internet is drowning.

753

:

It is saturated in marketing that sounds

like no one is behind it, 'cause it isn't.

754

:

There's just a robot, and skepticism

is higher than ever as a result.

755

:

We all are side-eyeing content

in ways we never used to.

756

:

We all are more skeptical, okay?

757

:

The therapists with caseloads of premium

fee clients right now are the ones who are

758

:

impossible to mistake for someone else.

759

:

Are you impossible to

mistake for anyone else?

760

:

Okay.

761

:

Someone might read your homepage hoping

to get a feel for who you are, okay?

762

:

Looking for a therapist.

763

:

They finish it, and they still

couldn't tell what you're like,

764

:

so they just keep looking.

765

:

Like, "Oh, okay.

766

:

Yeah, I guess."

767

:

Maybe a potential client picks

the other therapist, not because

768

:

she was more qualified but because

her About page actually made them

769

:

feel like they already knew her.

770

:

They got a sense of that therapist

and connected to it, right?

771

:

Maybe the rapport that you would

build in the first five minutes of

772

:

session never gets to happen because

they didn't choose you to begin with.

773

:

They made a decision to go with someone

else before they even got that far.

774

:

They didn't get to get

in the room with you.

775

:

You might be losing the exact clients

who would love working with you the

776

:

most, the ones who'd connect with your

actual personality when you just vibe

777

:

out with a client in session because

they never got to see that personality.

778

:

That's what happens when we forsake this

rule of people choosing people, when we

779

:

don't bring you forward in your marketing.

780

:

The hard truth is that the thing

you've been trained to downplay,

781

:

your personality, your voice, your

point of view, is now the single

782

:

biggest differentiator you have.

783

:

And I mean that seriously.

784

:

Your personality, your voice, your

point of view belongs in your marketing.

785

:

It's the reason people

are choosing you, right?

786

:

It's about being unmistakable, and

that is about making sure that you

787

:

are showing up in your marketing,

that who you are in the room is also

788

:

who you are in your marketing Here's

some signs you're breaking this rule.

789

:

So here's the, kind of, those gut checks.

790

:

Your About page reads like a

LinkedIn bio, not like you.

791

:

Here's my trainings, here's

my certifications, here's

792

:

where I went to school.

793

:

Leave that for LinkedIn, right?

794

:

Our, our About page needs

to do something else.

795

:

You might have run your copy

through ChatGPT to clean it up,

796

:

and then it cleaned up the only

parts that sounded like you.

797

:

It came- became all AI'd.

798

:

Clients probably say that you're warm

and funny in session, but nobody's

799

:

ever said that about your website.

800

:

I want them to.

801

:

I want them to get a sense of warm and

funny there, because that's what's gonna

802

:

r- lead them to decide, "Well, there's

something different about this therapist."

803

:

Maybe you've deleted a sentence from

your website because it felt too personal

804

:

or too much, and there's a, there's

a guide, um, and there's a, you know,

805

:

the f- kind of framework we use as far

as self-disclosure on your website.

806

:

It's not that your entire

life story needs to go there.

807

:

You don't have to sell- say anything

about your actual story or experience.

808

:

You don't have to self-disclose

in your marketing, but there's

809

:

gotta be something that still feels

like there's a human back there.

810

:

Okay?

811

:

That's what's so important right now.

812

:

A polished professional website is

the bare minimum right now, right?

813

:

It's the bare minimum.

814

:

You have to be the thing

that sets it apart.

815

:

What does that look like?

816

:

That looks like personality everywhere.

817

:

Not just your About page, everywhere.

818

:

It belongs in the way you describe your

clients, their experience, your approach.

819

:

I should see you shining everywhere

in your website and in your marketing.

820

:

My favorite thing to do,

talk it before you write it.

821

:

Okay?

822

:

The phrases that come out of your

mouth in session are the ones that will

823

:

actually sound like you on the page.

824

:

If you need to, talk to write.

825

:

Okay?

826

:

You don't have to type, talk.

827

:

But the things that you actually say to

clients should show up in your marketing.

828

:

It should show up in your website.

829

:

It's one of the reasons people are

gonna be like, "Oh, I actually have

830

:

a sense of what it's gonna be like

in the room with this therapist."

831

:

In the same vein, your real phrases,

not the polished version, okay?

832

:

The exact words and metaphors that you

actually use in session are absolute gold.

833

:

The way you talk about EMDR

that's a little bit weird, use it.

834

:

Say it.

835

:

Okay?

836

:

Bring in the things that

you often say in session.

837

:

Please do not trade them for something

that sounds more official or polished.

838

:

Absolutely not, okay?

839

:

And last but not least, you are

not for everyone on purpose.

840

:

You're not the right

therapist for everyone.

841

:

Please lean into that.

842

:

Okay?

843

:

If nobody could ever disagree

with or feel alienated by your

844

:

copy, it's not specific enough.

845

:

In Confident Copy, we call

this blessing and releasing.

846

:

If your copy doesn't bless and release

people who aren't the right fit for

847

:

you, your copy isn't doing its job.

848

:

It needs to both attract

right fit and repel wrong fit.

849

:

Okay?

850

:

And that starts with you.

851

:

All right.

852

:

Here's my question for

you on th- this one.

853

:

If someone read your website right now,

would they get a real sense of what it's

854

:

actually like to sit across from you?

855

:

Where's your gut on that?

856

:

Yes, no, maybe, not sure, nope?

857

:

Yes, I can see some yeps.

858

:

Nopes, maybes, yes, probably

not, yes-ish, glimpses, kinda.

859

:

Okay.

860

:

But I see some yeses.

861

:

I love that.

862

:

I love knowing that you are

showing up in your website the

863

:

way you show up in the room.

864

:

That's what I want for you, okay?

865

:

If you're not, let's, let's work on this.

866

:

Let's infuse that into your

website experience, okay?

867

:

If you change that, what

might change along with it?

868

:

Would the right client feel

like they already kind of know

869

:

you before the consult call?

870

:

Would they trust you faster

simply because you sounded like an

871

:

actual person and not a brochure?

872

:

Would your personality become the reason

they chose you, instead of something they

873

:

discover conveniently three sessions in?

874

:

It might make it easier

to say yes to you, okay?

875

:

Quinn, who has been

hanging out in the chat.

876

:

I didn't even know Quinn was coming.

877

:

Quinn, I'm so happy you're here.

878

:

When Quinn joined Confident Copy,

they were on the verge of burnout.

879

:

Um, and I only know this 'cause

Quinn, you shared this story with me.

880

:

Despite knowing who they actually

worked with, they found it

881

:

difficult to put that into words.

882

:

Um, and Quinn has done a lot of work

to understand their ideal client.

883

:

Quinn was putting a lot of effort

into their marketing, but wasn't

884

:

attracting the types of clients

who were the right fit, and really

885

:

valued their affirming action fo-

action-focused and highly active approach.

886

:

Quinn is here to validate these

things, but this is what I know

887

:

of Quinn as we work together.

888

:

Here's a direct quote I got from Quinn:

"I'm able to be much more concise when

889

:

networking, and I see it pay off when

people are able to clearly remember

890

:

my niche and refer clients to me.

891

:

I feel a much better work-life balance.

892

:

I'm attracting clients that are

an ideal fit, and it has reignited

893

:

what makes me feel passionate

about this work in the first place.

894

:

It feels refreshing and rejuvenating

after coming from a place of burnout."

895

:

Later we heard from Quinn, "Just wanted

to celebrate getting my first client

896

:

who said they looked at my site and

knew I was the therapist for them.

897

:

The new materials and tools added

to the CC program really helped

898

:

move my site in that direction.

899

:

I feel very grateful that the

CC crew set it up this way."

900

:

Quinn built their caseload

because of who they are.

901

:

Leaned into Quinn.

902

:

Quinn as a therapist.

903

:

Quinn's ideal client, not in spite of it.

904

:

And holy cow, did it pay off.

905

:

I love that.

906

:

Megan says, "OMG, I wanna be Quinn."

907

:

Me too, right?

908

:

That's what happens when you let people

choose people, when you let yourself shine

909

:

through, when you infuse yourself and

your point of view and what makes you you

910

:

and your approach into your marketing.

911

:

It's a beautiful thing.

912

:

And the results follow, but you also just

feel a heck of a lot better about what it

913

:

is that you're putting out there, right?

914

:

All right, I'm curious.

915

:

Let's do a little check-in here.

916

:

Which of these rules hit

the hardest for, for you?

917

:

So we have one, two, or three.

918

:

Easy doesn't equal effective.

919

:

Did that kind of poke at something?

920

:

Being known for something, this idea

of niching and making sure that,

921

:

that you stand out in that way.

922

:

Or this people choosing people.

923

:

Okay, lots of threes.

924

:

Twos.

925

:

Couple ones.

926

:

Mm-hmm.

927

:

Yeah.

928

:

Ones and twos, all of them.

929

:

People choose people.

930

:

Yeah.

931

:

Okay.

932

:

These rules, you can play by them.

933

:

We just need to make some changes, right?

934

:

We just need to make some changes

935

:

All right, what we know is that today's

client is looking at your website.

936

:

There literally might be someone

sitting on your website right now.

937

:

Isn't that weird to think about?

938

:

You could be on this workshop, someone

could be on your website right now, and

939

:

they're thinking these types of things.

940

:

Does this therapist specifically

understand what I'm going through?

941

:

Does this therapist feel worth

the fee that they are charging?

942

:

Could I feel safe opening

up to this person?

943

:

Does this website match the

experience I expect to have when

944

:

I hand over my hard-earned money?

945

:

What does your website say

when they ask these questions?

946

:

Okay.

947

:

Here's where most therapists lose time

and ultimately clients, as I look across

948

:

kind of the landscape and what happens.

949

:

Again, after working with over 5,000

therapists and reviewing thousands

950

:

of websites, my favorite thing to

do is look at therapy websites.

951

:

Shocker.

952

:

Uh, what I found is that these days

so many therapists who want a full

953

:

private pay caseload, probably you,

don't market without a website, right?

954

:

We're beyond that.

955

:

But they do market with a perfectly

fine one, and that's, that's the rub.

956

:

Okay?

957

:

Therapists are running to AI for yet

another brainstorming or writing session,

958

:

or starting over with a new template

'cause maybe this one will work, or you

959

:

just add another specialties to your

services page, capture more people maybe.

960

:

Maybe you pick a niche based on what

you see other successful therapists

961

:

claiming versus what you actually

are good at and wanna be known for.

962

:

Maybe you list every population

you could help just in case.

963

:

Maybe you update your website so

many times that you lose track of

964

:

what version is even live right now.

965

:

Okay?

966

:

Those are the types of things where I

see people spin their wheels and lose out

967

:

on time, and ultimately clients, right?

968

:

Because none of these things

actually move the needle.

969

:

The real challenge that's

happening is deeper.

970

:

Okay?

971

:

Then you spend months tweaking and

revising and second-guessing, trying to

972

:

get it right, but because you're never

solving for that deeper layer or getting

973

:

the support to ensure that it's actually

happening, it's actually doing it right.

974

:

Okay?

975

:

That's ultimately why I called today's

workshop The Perfectly Fine Website

976

:

Problem, because a perfectly fine

website with a perfectly fine niche

977

:

positioning copy may or may not

lead to some perfectly fine clients.

978

:

Absolutely.

979

:

But a confidently converting website

can call in premium fee clients who

980

:

truly light you up and who see the

value in the incredible work you do.

981

:

Okay?

982

:

The question right now

isn't, "Do I have a website?"

983

:

The question is, "Do I have a website

that clearly communicates what I do

984

:

differently so clients immediately

know I'm the right fit for them?"

985

:

That's today's question that

your website has to answer.

986

:

What you need to do that is

a roadmap if you've been in

987

:

that tweaking, revising mode.

988

:

Okay?

989

:

Imagine what would happen if you

opened up your laptop between sessions

990

:

and you see a new consultation from

someone who already feels like a fit.

991

:

I just heard from a

therapist this morning.

992

:

She forwarded on some wins that she

had had, and she had an inbox, um,

993

:

message from someone who said, "It

felt like your website spoke to me."

994

:

What would happen for you?

995

:

What if you heard the ping of a new

consult scheduled while you're making

996

:

dinner from someone who already knows

that you're the therapist for them?

997

:

Or emails that say, like that, uh,

clinician who, who reached out today,

998

:

"I read your website, and I knew

you're who I've been working with…

999

:

who I've been looking for,"

not, "Do you take insurance?"

:

00:41:36,623 --> 00:41:39,514

A calendar you're actually excited

to look at on Monday morning, right?

:

00:41:39,514 --> 00:41:40,744

Clients that actually light you up.

:

00:41:41,454 --> 00:41:45,163

The freedom to see fewer clients and

make more money like Katherine, because

:

00:41:45,163 --> 00:41:48,023

the ones you're seeing are paying your

full fee and are in full alignment

:

00:41:48,404 --> 00:41:50,613

with who you want to be working with.

:

00:41:51,353 --> 00:41:54,563

A website you trust to do its job so you

can focus on doing yours, those of you

:

00:41:54,564 --> 00:41:59,043

who are spending hours and hours of your

life tweaking the website hoping it works.

:

00:41:59,044 --> 00:42:00,673

Like, what if you just knew it could work?

:

00:42:00,853 --> 00:42:04,223

And as Quinn is sharing here in the chat,

it's never a finished product, right?

:

00:42:04,223 --> 00:42:06,533

You're gonna go back and, and tweak

it, but at least you can trust that

:

00:42:06,534 --> 00:42:09,083

it's out there able to perform for you.

:

00:42:09,363 --> 00:42:09,773

Okay?

:

00:42:10,464 --> 00:42:13,453

We're all about helping you feel

100% confident in that niche

:

00:42:13,483 --> 00:42:14,564

and the expert that you are.

:

00:42:15,373 --> 00:42:18,443

We wanna help you say goodbye to that

writer's block, the imposter syndrome,

:

00:42:18,443 --> 00:42:20,103

the constant second-guessing yourself.

:

00:42:20,924 --> 00:42:23,743

Writing that strategic client-focused

website copy, what we talked

:

00:42:23,744 --> 00:42:25,313

about in number one, right?

:

00:42:25,343 --> 00:42:28,153

I want it to actually have that

deeper conversion strategy so

:

00:42:28,153 --> 00:42:30,733

that clients say, "I feel like

you were talking right to me."

:

00:42:32,104 --> 00:42:35,234

We're gonna help you set yourself apart in

that saturated area you find yourself in,

:

00:42:35,244 --> 00:42:38,963

the market that you're in, and ultimately

command the fees that your work is worth.

:

00:42:40,213 --> 00:42:42,704

Finally feel proud of how

you show up online and off.

:

00:42:43,083 --> 00:42:44,633

That's what we're all about around here.

:

00:42:45,573 --> 00:42:47,883

Now, today you heard a couple

stories about what confident

:

00:42:47,933 --> 00:42:49,283

copy can make possible.

:

00:42:49,674 --> 00:42:52,363

I believe if you wanna be, if you're

the right fit, that you can be

:

00:42:52,363 --> 00:42:57,190

next Confident Copy is a great fit

for you if you want a caseload of

:

00:42:57,190 --> 00:43:00,440

premium-fee clients without selling

your soul on social media to get them.

:

00:43:00,540 --> 00:43:01,220

I love social media.

:

00:43:01,220 --> 00:43:03,500

You just don't have to be there

if you don't want to be, right?

:

00:43:04,080 --> 00:43:07,010

If you're tired of having a website

that looks fine but isn't bringing

:

00:43:07,010 --> 00:43:11,550

in the clients you want, if you know

the work you do is worth more than

:

00:43:11,550 --> 00:43:12,680

your current copy communicates…

:

00:43:12,700 --> 00:43:13,389

You read your website…

:

00:43:13,389 --> 00:43:16,059

Actually, this, this bullet point

was inspired by a therapist I talked

:

00:43:16,069 --> 00:43:19,090

to who said, "I'm a better therapist

than my website makes me seem."

:

00:43:19,680 --> 00:43:22,479

If that's true for you, and you're

done underselling yourself, Confident

:

00:43:22,479 --> 00:43:24,079

Copy would be a fantastic fit for you.

:

00:43:25,340 --> 00:43:28,529

If you're ready to stop blending in and

start being seen as the obvious choice for

:

00:43:28,530 --> 00:43:32,649

the clients you actually wanna work with,

and if you wanna feel genuinely proud

:

00:43:32,649 --> 00:43:36,389

of how you show up online, not just good

enough, not just perfectly fine, right?

:

00:43:37,359 --> 00:43:41,420

Now, here's what shifts in Confident Copy,

and this is after looking at the 800-plus

:

00:43:41,479 --> 00:43:43,030

clinicians we've had in the program.

:

00:43:43,460 --> 00:43:46,259

You know exactly what your

website needs to say and why.

:

00:43:46,389 --> 00:43:47,189

And why.

:

00:43:47,199 --> 00:43:49,019

You're not just doing it

because you think you should.

:

00:43:49,089 --> 00:43:49,659

You know why.

:

00:43:49,659 --> 00:43:50,570

You've learned the strategy.

:

00:43:50,570 --> 00:43:51,579

You have a new skill.

:

00:43:51,909 --> 00:43:55,009

So you can stop tinkering

and start trusting it, okay?

:

00:43:55,219 --> 00:43:58,800

Finally show up online as the expert your

clients already experience in the room.

:

00:43:58,809 --> 00:43:59,709

You're good at what you do.

:

00:44:00,270 --> 00:44:02,030

Your website just needs

to precede that, right?

:

00:44:02,030 --> 00:44:05,382

It needs to show that Trusting

that your website represents you

:

00:44:05,382 --> 00:44:08,552

and brings in the clients you

actually wanna work with, right?

:

00:44:09,542 --> 00:44:11,962

For Kristen, she said, "CC

allowed me to grow from solo to

:

00:44:11,962 --> 00:44:13,361

a private pay group practice.

:

00:44:13,572 --> 00:44:15,452

Referrals have been consistent

even through the summer.

:

00:44:15,501 --> 00:44:18,162

I'm sure people tell you all the time,

but your program was the number one

:

00:44:18,162 --> 00:44:19,622

game changer and changed my life."

:

00:44:20,552 --> 00:44:22,822

Jilly told me that thanks to

Confident Copy, her caseload went

:

00:44:22,822 --> 00:44:25,422

from zero private pay to 80% full fee.

:

00:44:25,441 --> 00:44:29,572

So she runs a, um, insurance-based

private practice, and her personal

:

00:44:29,572 --> 00:44:31,151

caseload is now 80% full fee.

:

00:44:31,562 --> 00:44:33,862

"It was by far the best

investment I made in my practice."

:

00:44:34,552 --> 00:44:35,131

Or Erin.

:

00:44:35,142 --> 00:44:37,611

Erin said that, "Getting full pay

clients allows me the flexibility

:

00:44:37,612 --> 00:44:40,331

to be a mom and a professional

and feel like I'm in control.

:

00:44:41,081 --> 00:44:43,032

I don't worry about burnout

because the clients I'm getting

:

00:44:43,032 --> 00:44:44,472

are clients I want to work with.

:

00:44:44,811 --> 00:44:47,392

I'll be able to dial up or dial

down as needed based on what

:

00:44:47,392 --> 00:44:48,421

I've gained in the program."

:

00:44:49,252 --> 00:44:49,912

Amazing.

:

00:44:50,761 --> 00:44:54,142

Now, if you're wondering what's inside,

um, Confident Copy, it's ultimately

:

00:44:54,351 --> 00:44:57,701

everything you need to define your

standout niche, to write website copy

:

00:44:57,701 --> 00:45:00,751

that converts, and to market yourself

with confidence for years to come.

:

00:45:00,752 --> 00:45:01,542

What do I mean by that?

:

00:45:01,881 --> 00:45:05,041

I mean, you're gonna get our seven-step

framework that covers everything

:

00:45:05,041 --> 00:45:07,221

from nailing your niche all the

way to mapping your marketing.

:

00:45:07,221 --> 00:45:10,901

So even after you leave Confident

Copy, it's equipping you with

:

00:45:10,902 --> 00:45:13,262

creating a marketing plan to

go out and continue executing.

:

00:45:13,631 --> 00:45:18,331

On-demand video trainings, workbooks,

150-plus other website examples

:

00:45:18,332 --> 00:45:19,661

that we're regularly adding to.

:

00:45:20,341 --> 00:45:21,311

Nellie and Callie.

:

00:45:21,502 --> 00:45:23,091

I mentioned we don't hate AI around here.

:

00:45:23,091 --> 00:45:24,591

We actually love it if you use it well.

:

00:45:25,002 --> 00:45:28,352

Nellie and Callie are your built-in

AI coaching assistants who are deeply

:

00:45:28,352 --> 00:45:31,351

trained on the Confident Copy process

in particular, so you're not just

:

00:45:31,351 --> 00:45:33,212

opening up a new chat with ChatGPT.

:

00:45:33,421 --> 00:45:36,322

If you're gonna talk to AI, make

sure that what it's giving back to

:

00:45:36,322 --> 00:45:37,891

you is actually strategic, okay?

:

00:45:37,892 --> 00:45:39,591

That's what Nellie and

Callie will do for you.

:

00:45:40,301 --> 00:45:42,311

And then lifetime access

to all curriculum updates.

:

00:45:42,311 --> 00:45:43,962

That's what I mean by

the rest of your career.

:

00:45:44,411 --> 00:45:46,491

I want you to be able to come

back to this program, and I hear

:

00:45:46,491 --> 00:45:48,161

regularly from students that they do.

:

00:45:48,671 --> 00:45:52,342

As the market changes, your system

stays current because we're making sure

:

00:45:52,342 --> 00:45:55,451

that what's in this program represents

what we know is working now, okay?

:

00:45:55,461 --> 00:45:58,851

We're constantly improving it, auditing

it, making sure that it's reflective

:

00:45:58,851 --> 00:46:00,281

of what we know is working today.

:

00:46:01,841 --> 00:46:06,192

Plus, as part of our Confident Copy Live

program, which is opening enrollment

:

00:46:06,351 --> 00:46:10,761

right now, we have weekly live coaching

calls, a 24/7 Facebook community

:

00:46:10,761 --> 00:46:13,581

where you can ask questions and get

guaranteed responses from a coach.

:

00:46:13,991 --> 00:46:17,101

Expert eyes on what you're writing,

multiple opportunities every week

:

00:46:17,141 --> 00:46:19,421

to get feedback on what you've

write- uh, what you've written,

:

00:46:19,421 --> 00:46:20,771

on your niche, where you're at.

:

00:46:21,131 --> 00:46:22,442

Monday accountability check-ins.

:

00:46:22,442 --> 00:46:23,892

We're gonna keep you

moving through the program.

:

00:46:23,892 --> 00:46:25,981

We're gonna light a little fire

under your bum if you need it.

:

00:46:27,241 --> 00:46:29,522

A community of like-minded

and goal-oriented therapists.

:

00:46:29,522 --> 00:46:32,551

I mean, you're seeing some of them here in

the chat who chose to join this workshop,

:

00:46:32,602 --> 00:46:33,752

and I'm so glad all of you are here.

:

00:46:34,131 --> 00:46:37,241

Um, you get to be around, uh,

clinicians like that, that are

:

00:46:37,241 --> 00:46:39,821

working towards similar goals and

that, that wanna cheer you on.

:

00:46:40,182 --> 00:46:42,541

Also, coaches who get to

know you and your practice.

:

00:46:42,582 --> 00:46:43,182

Um, I…

:

00:46:43,352 --> 00:46:45,812

It matters to me, uh, when

you join Confident Copy.

:

00:46:45,841 --> 00:46:49,471

My co-coach, Monica, who you will

meet, um, we g- we get to know you.

:

00:46:49,561 --> 00:46:52,771

Uh, you're gonna, you're gonna join a,

a, a coaching call eventually, and I'm

:

00:46:52,772 --> 00:46:55,421

gonna say, "Hey, I, I know that you work

with, you know, kinda men in their 30s.

:

00:46:55,461 --> 00:46:56,531

What are you, what are

you thinking about?"

:

00:46:56,711 --> 00:46:57,631

We, we make an effort.

:

00:46:57,641 --> 00:46:58,371

We care about you.

:

00:46:58,371 --> 00:46:59,142

You're not a number.

:

00:46:59,272 --> 00:47:00,231

You're not just a student.

:

00:47:00,241 --> 00:47:03,371

You're, you're someone who we really care

about, and we, we wanna be able to tailor

:

00:47:03,581 --> 00:47:05,301

our feedback to you and to your practice.

:

00:47:06,091 --> 00:47:09,451

Now, what I've seen be true is that when

you lean into this support, consults

:

00:47:09,481 --> 00:47:14,881

get easier, networking gets smoother,

inquiries get more serious, marketing gets

:

00:47:14,882 --> 00:47:17,871

simpler, and caseloads get fuller faster.

:

00:47:18,292 --> 00:47:19,522

That's what I see change.

:

00:47:19,551 --> 00:47:21,011

Consults, you know what you're gonna say.

:

00:47:21,292 --> 00:47:23,991

Networking, you're no longer stumbling

over who you're the right fit for

:

00:47:23,991 --> 00:47:25,462

and what your niche is, right?

:

00:47:25,702 --> 00:47:28,311

Inquiries are actually reaching out

saying, "I'm ready to get started."

:

00:47:28,621 --> 00:47:29,611

I hear this regularly.

:

00:47:29,611 --> 00:47:31,371

I'm not just blowing smoke

up your skirt, right?

:

00:47:31,811 --> 00:47:32,971

In fact, here are a couple people.

:

00:47:32,972 --> 00:47:35,571

Erin said, "Another week and

another full private pay client.

:

00:47:35,582 --> 00:47:39,471

Her words today," direct quote, "The

opening paragraph and bullet points on

:

00:47:39,472 --> 00:47:41,322

your homepage resonates with me so much.

:

00:47:41,502 --> 00:47:44,991

My website is my powerhouse consistently,

thanks to the leadership and support

:

00:47:44,991 --> 00:47:48,102

from Confident Copy and, of course, the

website template to pull it all together."

:

00:47:48,811 --> 00:47:51,641

Rhonda said, "I have actually had

two new consultations scheduled

:

00:47:51,641 --> 00:47:53,102

through PsychToday, believe it or not.

:

00:47:53,601 --> 00:47:55,291

A surprise, 'cause

PsychToday is usually dead.

:

00:47:55,582 --> 00:47:57,981

I updated the copy with what I've

been writing for the website."

:

00:47:59,569 --> 00:48:03,089

"Updated my homepage," said Noreen, "with

my new copy and got another new client.

:

00:48:03,100 --> 00:48:04,580

Four new clients in the last two weeks."

:

00:48:04,620 --> 00:48:06,899

These are current testimonials.

:

00:48:06,899 --> 00:48:08,299

These aren't six years old, okay?

:

00:48:08,560 --> 00:48:10,509

These are people that are

experiencing these types of results

:

00:48:10,540 --> 00:48:11,919

in the market we're in right now.

:

00:48:13,240 --> 00:48:15,889

Now, a quick peek at the

schedule of Confident Copy.

:

00:48:15,890 --> 00:48:17,279

I'm not gonna go super into detail.

:

00:48:17,279 --> 00:48:19,220

If you go to our program page,

you can actually see all the

:

00:48:19,220 --> 00:48:20,629

details for every module.

:

00:48:21,009 --> 00:48:23,869

But it's a 16-week live coaching cohort.

:

00:48:23,890 --> 00:48:26,249

And weeks one and two, all

about nailing your niche.

:

00:48:26,589 --> 00:48:28,399

Then we get into specialties and SEO.

:

00:48:29,060 --> 00:48:30,719

After that, a homepage that attracts.

:

00:48:30,720 --> 00:48:33,240

We're gonna teach you how to write

that primary page for your website.

:

00:48:34,290 --> 00:48:35,140

Rest and realignment.

:

00:48:35,159 --> 00:48:37,699

We have three of those weeks built into

our 16 weeks, 'cause we believe that

:

00:48:37,700 --> 00:48:41,059

you should actually step away from this

process for it to be most effective.

:

00:48:41,450 --> 00:48:44,549

So we take a quick rest, then we get

into an about page that connects.

:

00:48:44,549 --> 00:48:46,119

So how do people connect with you?

:

00:48:46,129 --> 00:48:48,689

How do we bring forth your approach

in a way that people resonate with?

:

00:48:49,209 --> 00:48:51,470

We're gonna step back again for

another rest and realignment.

:

00:48:51,839 --> 00:48:55,540

Then we jump in for our heavy-hitting

specialty pages, specialties, methods,

:

00:48:55,569 --> 00:49:00,129

intensives, supervision, immigration

evaluations, all kinds of different pages.

:

00:49:00,129 --> 00:49:03,819

If you're an intensive-only practice,

you are in a great spot here.

:

00:49:03,940 --> 00:49:06,069

We have different frameworks

depending on what it is that you're

:

00:49:06,069 --> 00:49:07,649

writing, but we're gonna focus there.

:

00:49:08,290 --> 00:49:10,740

We're gonna take a breather again, and

then we're gonna finish out standing

:

00:49:10,740 --> 00:49:13,929

out on site today, and then mapping your

marketing for what to do next, okay?

:

00:49:14,760 --> 00:49:18,369

That's what happens over the course

of 16 weeks in Confident Copy.

:

00:49:18,760 --> 00:49:20,879

Now, we do also have what's

called Confident Copy Plus.

:

00:49:20,879 --> 00:49:23,189

Um, CC Plus is our VIP experience.

:

00:49:23,190 --> 00:49:24,409

There's only three available.

:

00:49:24,409 --> 00:49:27,339

It's everything you get in Confident

Copy that we've discussed here, plus

:

00:49:27,569 --> 00:49:31,219

a one-on-one kickoff with me, and then

we have four one-on-one kickoff…

:

00:49:31,239 --> 00:49:32,869

or I'm sorry, coaching calls together.

:

00:49:33,370 --> 00:49:34,799

Then we review all your copy.

:

00:49:34,799 --> 00:49:37,379

After you've written it, you get

an in-depth review on each page.

:

00:49:37,569 --> 00:49:39,880

Then we're gonna design

your website for you.

:

00:49:39,889 --> 00:49:43,069

So if you've seen any of our

WSE Studio websites out there,

:

00:49:43,080 --> 00:49:44,530

we're gonna create that for you.

:

00:49:44,779 --> 00:49:47,689

Um, we're gonna style your

brand colors and fonts.

:

00:49:47,690 --> 00:49:48,749

We're gonna source images.

:

00:49:48,909 --> 00:49:50,700

We create that really

custom website for you.

:

00:49:51,269 --> 00:49:53,799

Like I said, only three spots available,

but that is a great experience

:

00:49:53,809 --> 00:49:57,389

for those that want that in-depth

one-on-one support and that design.

:

00:49:58,479 --> 00:50:01,079

Now, a couple of bonuses

I want you to know about.

:

00:50:01,279 --> 00:50:03,420

I have updated both Nelly and Callie.

:

00:50:03,420 --> 00:50:07,129

So Nelly is your confident niching

coach, and I, um, updated her after our

:

00:50:07,129 --> 00:50:09,210

last cohort to improve her even more.

:

00:50:09,499 --> 00:50:13,020

Um, she is trained in our magnetic niche

method and our insights from coaching

:

00:50:13,029 --> 00:50:15,429

over 1,000 therapists on their coaches…

:

00:50:15,619 --> 00:50:16,759

I'm sorry, on their niches.

:

00:50:16,940 --> 00:50:19,209

And then Callie is your

copywriting assistant.

:

00:50:19,779 --> 00:50:23,229

She has also been updated based on our

learnings from our last cohort, and both

:

00:50:23,229 --> 00:50:24,689

of these are now available on Claude.

:

00:50:24,699 --> 00:50:26,459

So previously it was only ChatGPT.

:

00:50:26,479 --> 00:50:30,139

Now we have both ChatGPT and Claude,

depending on your preferred AI platform.

:

00:50:30,410 --> 00:50:34,990

The same, um, frameworks and training, uh,

in both of them, but a great option for

:

00:50:34,990 --> 00:50:37,040

those of you who want to use AI wisely.

:

00:50:37,080 --> 00:50:41,630

Because absolutely it, it can help

50% off our Squarespace templates.

:

00:50:41,710 --> 00:50:44,070

If you're someone who is building your

website for the very first time and

:

00:50:44,070 --> 00:50:46,680

you know that you need some help with

that, our Squarespace templates are

:

00:50:46,680 --> 00:50:50,079

designed to do that, built on the same

framework as our Confident Copy program.

:

00:50:50,450 --> 00:50:53,959

We're throwing in our Therapist DIY

Branding Kit this time, with this cohort.

:

00:50:53,979 --> 00:50:56,990

And I'm excited about this one because

we're seeing the way that branding is

:

00:50:57,210 --> 00:51:00,310

critical when it comes to establishing

yourself as a premium fee practice.

:

00:51:00,310 --> 00:51:03,619

We know that people are making decisions

based on how they experience you.

:

00:51:04,300 --> 00:51:06,080

Um, and so we're excited

to be including that.

:

00:51:06,800 --> 00:51:10,600

We're also including a brand-new guide I

just filmed last week on a mini launch.

:

00:51:10,870 --> 00:51:14,220

So if you wanna get a, a mini version

of your website out there sooner rather

:

00:51:14,220 --> 00:51:17,099

than later, I'm gonna show you how to

take the homepage you write in Confident

:

00:51:17,099 --> 00:51:19,259

Copy and launch a website right away.

:

00:51:19,310 --> 00:51:22,180

So you can really have a website launched

within the first month or so of the

:

00:51:22,180 --> 00:51:27,002

program, and then build on it as you

complete everything Oh, and forgot to

:

00:51:27,002 --> 00:51:28,572

mention, accountability partner matching.

:

00:51:28,862 --> 00:51:31,112

If you're someone who knows that

you work well with another person,

:

00:51:31,292 --> 00:51:34,012

we offered this in our last cohort

and got incredible feedback on it.

:

00:51:34,142 --> 00:51:37,542

So you can request to be matched with

another therapist who's interested in

:

00:51:37,542 --> 00:51:40,522

accountability, and then you can meet

in whatever way makes sense for you.

:

00:51:40,752 --> 00:51:43,932

Um, Zoom, text, Facebook

Messenger, whatever that might be.

:

00:51:43,952 --> 00:51:46,862

We'll, we'll pow- uh, pair

you together, um, for you.

:

00:51:47,761 --> 00:51:50,401

Then we have a brand-new

bonus called Cited by AI.

:

00:51:51,021 --> 00:51:52,612

People are mentioning that

people are going to…

:

00:51:52,612 --> 00:51:53,552

I saw this in the chat.

:

00:51:53,552 --> 00:51:55,202

They're going to AI and

looking for therapists.

:

00:51:55,202 --> 00:51:58,542

We wanna equip you to rise to,

to that occasion as best you can.

:

00:51:58,841 --> 00:52:02,662

So we have a brand-new training on

how to a- find and identify and write

:

00:52:02,662 --> 00:52:07,051

answers for FAQs on your specialty pages

'cause it's a very specific strategy.

:

00:52:07,051 --> 00:52:08,682

So that's a brand-new

training we just added.

:

00:52:09,091 --> 00:52:11,211

And then we doubled our

number of copy clinics.

:

00:52:11,301 --> 00:52:14,271

So our copy clinics are

one-hour sessions where you get

:

00:52:14,281 --> 00:52:15,802

additional feedback on your copy.

:

00:52:15,891 --> 00:52:18,762

We've doubled the number of those,

so now we have two a month over

:

00:52:18,762 --> 00:52:20,091

the course of those 16 weeks.

:

00:52:20,161 --> 00:52:22,442

Double the opportunity to

get feedback on your copy.

:

00:52:23,921 --> 00:52:24,231

All right.

:

00:52:24,292 --> 00:52:28,581

Pricing wise, you can get started in

Confident Copy live, this live cohort,

:

00:52:28,702 --> 00:52:31,391

for $447 over the course of six months.

:

00:52:31,391 --> 00:52:33,562

We do have other payment

plans, a pay-in-full bonus.

:

00:52:33,881 --> 00:52:36,981

And then CC+ um, $1,217 for six months.

:

00:52:37,012 --> 00:52:39,631

Again, there's a pay-in-full

and other payment options there.

:

00:52:40,451 --> 00:52:42,561

But we're big on numbers.

:

00:52:42,571 --> 00:52:43,502

I love data.

:

00:52:43,681 --> 00:52:46,251

And if you were to hire my team and

me to do this, and we're happy to do

:

00:52:46,251 --> 00:52:48,481

that if you're like, "I just wanna

hand this off," the investment is

:

00:52:48,481 --> 00:52:51,641

currently, um, a little over $4,500.

:

00:52:51,641 --> 00:52:54,271

But at the end of the day, I

know that this comes down to ROI.

:

00:52:54,281 --> 00:52:59,011

This comes down to can I see results

from what I do in Confident Copy, right?

:

00:52:59,071 --> 00:53:01,491

Of course, that's what you're

thinking, and it's actually

:

00:53:01,491 --> 00:53:03,002

why I built an ROI calculator.

:

00:53:03,111 --> 00:53:05,342

And when we put in a couple of

scenarios, here's what we see.

:

00:53:05,431 --> 00:53:09,261

If you charge $150 and you usually

wor- work with clients weekly for

:

00:53:09,262 --> 00:53:11,592

about six months, you need 0.69

:

00:53:11,601 --> 00:53:15,661

clients to p- get back your, your

investment in Confident Copy.

:

00:53:16,561 --> 00:53:20,981

If you charge $125 and you do

short-term weekly work, you need one

:

00:53:20,981 --> 00:53:22,861

client to make back your investment.

:

00:53:23,951 --> 00:53:28,661

If you charge $175 but clients prefer

bi-weekly over a longer period, 0.59

:

00:53:28,661 --> 00:53:29,091

clients.

:

00:53:29,911 --> 00:53:32,161

That means that if you get just

one client from this program, you

:

00:53:32,161 --> 00:53:33,421

will already have made a profit.

:

00:53:33,902 --> 00:53:36,172

Not to mention, that client is

likely to be a great fit for you.

:

00:53:36,921 --> 00:53:39,651

How would it feel to look at your

calendar and be excited about

:

00:53:39,651 --> 00:53:40,591

the names that you see there?

:

00:53:41,462 --> 00:53:41,722

Right?

:

00:53:41,762 --> 00:53:44,012

Ellie told us, "Ask yourself how

it'd feel after you get out of a

:

00:53:44,012 --> 00:53:45,652

session with your perfect fit client.

:

00:53:45,802 --> 00:53:47,362

Don't you want a whole caseload like that?

:

00:53:47,652 --> 00:53:50,122

Every time I end a session with my

perfect fit clients, I'm grateful

:

00:53:50,122 --> 00:53:51,541

for all I learned in Confident Copy."

:

00:53:52,202 --> 00:53:52,532

Okay.

:

00:53:53,271 --> 00:53:56,851

If you wanna do your own numbers,

head to walkerstrategyco.com/roi

:

00:53:56,891 --> 00:53:57,771

to calculate your own.

:

00:53:58,051 --> 00:54:01,782

Adrian, our client success manager,

can drop that into the chat.

:

00:54:01,811 --> 00:54:03,261

walkerstrategyco.com/roi,

:

00:54:03,272 --> 00:54:04,912

like I said, if you wanna

put your numbers in.

:

00:54:05,512 --> 00:54:08,701

Now, the option to join with live

support, the coaching, the feedback,

:

00:54:08,742 --> 00:54:11,882

the copy clinics, the Facebook

group, that ends August 13th.

:

00:54:12,152 --> 00:54:17,562

So next Thursday, a week from tomorrow,

that option ends, um, in order to,

:

00:54:17,571 --> 00:54:20,241

to join with that live support, and

this is your last chance in:

:

00:54:20,262 --> 00:54:23,951

We will not reopen a

live cohort until:

:

00:54:24,282 --> 00:54:26,662

Now, one little extra

thing for joining today.

:

00:54:27,471 --> 00:54:28,781

It's one thing to write copy.

:

00:54:28,961 --> 00:54:31,231

It's another to actually have it

laid out on your website and set up

:

00:54:31,231 --> 00:54:34,591

for conversion, and that's why we're

excited to offer a free conversion

:

00:54:34,621 --> 00:54:37,751

audit if you choose to jump in as

part of this little workshop bonus.

:

00:54:38,291 --> 00:54:40,721

After you launch your new site,

a Confident Copy coach is going

:

00:54:40,721 --> 00:54:43,641

to provide an in-depth review for

everything conversion related.

:

00:54:43,652 --> 00:54:44,842

We're talking about buttons.

:

00:54:44,842 --> 00:54:46,481

We're talking about your contact page.

:

00:54:46,651 --> 00:54:50,081

Everything related to how friendly

it is to actually make a decision on

:

00:54:50,081 --> 00:54:53,771

your website, and then send back a

report so that you can make changes

:

00:54:53,771 --> 00:54:56,551

to make that as easy as possible

for people to say yes to you.

:

00:54:56,852 --> 00:54:58,431

This bonus will expire tomorrow.

:

00:54:58,561 --> 00:54:59,301

It's a $4.99

:

00:54:59,301 --> 00:54:59,701

value.

:

00:54:59,701 --> 00:55:02,602

I haven't yet made it available to

CC alumni, but CC alumni, I'm looking

:

00:55:02,602 --> 00:55:04,201

at you, and we plan to do that.

:

00:55:04,521 --> 00:55:07,231

But if you decide you wanna jump into

Confident Copy, I encourage you to do

:

00:55:07,231 --> 00:55:11,061

that by tomorrow, 'cause you can snag this

free conversion audit as part of that.

:

00:55:12,322 --> 00:55:14,451

Now, I want you to know that you

do not need to be a good writer.

:

00:55:15,051 --> 00:55:15,842

I, I…

:

00:55:15,852 --> 00:55:18,461

The number of people that join Confident

Copy and identify as not a good writer

:

00:55:18,462 --> 00:55:20,222

is probably more than the opposite, okay?

:

00:55:20,441 --> 00:55:22,551

You don't need to already know your niche.

:

00:55:22,581 --> 00:55:23,422

I'll help you with that.

:

00:55:23,661 --> 00:55:26,911

But you do need a proven plan, and

you do need the support to execute it.

:

00:55:27,091 --> 00:55:27,481

Okay?

:

00:55:28,331 --> 00:55:29,601

This can work for your practice.

:

00:55:29,602 --> 00:55:32,941

Here is a small list of the types

of clinicians and practices that

:

00:55:32,941 --> 00:55:34,472

we've supported in Confident Copy.

:

00:55:34,472 --> 00:55:35,621

Solo and group, absolutely.

:

00:55:35,621 --> 00:55:37,931

If you're a group practice, I saw

at least one of you in the chat.

:

00:55:37,931 --> 00:55:39,802

We have group practice

specific frameworks.

:

00:55:40,641 --> 00:55:43,482

LGBTQ plus, women, couples,

individuals, children, teens,

:

00:55:43,492 --> 00:55:45,451

trauma, all the modalities.

:

00:55:45,501 --> 00:55:49,801

EMDR, IFS, EFT, accelerate-

accelerated resolution therapy.

:

00:55:49,851 --> 00:55:50,762

I mean, all the things.

:

00:55:50,972 --> 00:55:54,761

Grief, religious trauma, educators,

kink and polyam, anxiety,

:

00:55:54,771 --> 00:55:56,211

introverts, Christian, BIPOC.

:

00:55:56,551 --> 00:55:59,592

Whatever it might be, this

can work for your practice.

:

00:55:59,791 --> 00:56:03,801

I've yet to find someone who has

a, a psychotherapy practice for

:

00:56:03,801 --> 00:56:05,211

whom this framework does not apply.

:

00:56:06,521 --> 00:56:08,541

Now, I wanna know if you're ready

for hearing from clients that they've

:

00:56:08,541 --> 00:56:10,772

read that your web- they read your

website and already know you're the

:

00:56:10,772 --> 00:56:11,982

therapist that they wanna work with.

:

00:56:12,731 --> 00:56:15,391

I wanna know if you're ready to

know that when you send people to

:

00:56:15,392 --> 00:56:17,971

your website, it's gonna reflect the

quality of your work and designed…

:

00:56:18,101 --> 00:56:19,331

be designed to convert.

:

00:56:20,994 --> 00:56:23,864

Maybe I want you to feel a deep

sense of confidence in your value

:

00:56:23,864 --> 00:56:27,254

as a therapist, able to communicate

it in all of your marketing.

:

00:56:27,344 --> 00:56:30,324

"More than just your website," is

what I so often hear from our alumni.

:

00:56:31,314 --> 00:56:33,484

That's exactly what Confident

Copy is designed to help you do.

:

00:56:34,283 --> 00:56:36,404

Now, we're gonna do our giveaways

in just a quick minute, but if

:

00:56:36,404 --> 00:56:38,954

you're interested in Confident Copy,

if you wanna grab this conversion

:

00:56:38,984 --> 00:56:41,594

bonus, head to our program page.

:

00:56:41,613 --> 00:56:42,904

Adrian will drop that in the chat.

:

00:56:42,904 --> 00:56:45,583

Walkerstrategyco.com/confident-copy.

:

00:56:46,404 --> 00:56:48,033

Click any yellow button on that page.

:

00:56:48,234 --> 00:56:50,843

It's gonna drop you down

to our payment section.

:

00:56:50,853 --> 00:56:55,653

You can choose if you want Confident Copy

live or, uh, VIP or Confident Copy Plus.

:

00:56:56,174 --> 00:56:59,944

Choose your payment plan, hit enroll now,

and you're gonna get immediate access.

:

00:56:59,944 --> 00:57:02,234

We're all gonna kick off

together August 24th.

:

00:57:03,134 --> 00:57:05,763

Remember that your conversion

audis- audit bonus, that

:

00:57:05,763 --> 00:57:07,733

expires tomorrow at:

:

00:57:07,733 --> 00:57:07,763

Okay?

:

00:57:09,123 --> 00:57:12,913

Um, enco- enrollment for this cohort

as a whole will close August 13th.

:

00:58:31,736 --> 00:58:32,676

don't know how to say your last name.

:

00:58:33,206 --> 00:58:34,406

Che- Chesanuik.

:

00:58:34,896 --> 00:58:37,556

Marie, you know, you, you probably have

heard people butcher your last name.

:

00:58:37,556 --> 00:58:38,106

I apologize.

:

00:58:38,306 --> 00:58:40,485

You're our winner of the

free Squarespace template.

:

00:58:41,056 --> 00:58:45,055

Um, our other folks, Megan Gregg and Ila

Ludwig, if these folks do not claim their

:

00:58:45,056 --> 00:58:46,875

prizes, you will be our backup winners.

:

00:58:47,296 --> 00:58:49,515

Um, but those are our winners.

:

00:58:49,525 --> 00:58:52,905

Thank you so much for, for being here,

and I hope that those are helpful for

:

00:58:52,906 --> 00:58:54,356

you, uh, regardless of what you won.

:

00:58:54,356 --> 00:58:55,896

It's always fun to win things, isn't it?

:

00:58:56,615 --> 00:58:56,926

All right.

:

00:58:56,926 --> 00:58:58,925

I wanna stick around and,

and answer some questions.

:

00:58:58,925 --> 00:59:00,016

I do see some in the chat.

:

00:59:00,016 --> 00:59:03,205

So if you're wondering something

regarding Confident Copy, um, please

:

00:59:03,205 --> 00:59:07,105

let me know, and I'm gonna hang out

here, um, to answer those things.

:

00:59:07,995 --> 00:59:08,696

Let's see.

:

00:59:08,716 --> 00:59:09,556

Do, do, do, do.

:

00:59:09,565 --> 00:59:11,226

If you've got 'em, drop 'em in.

:

00:59:12,466 --> 00:59:14,096

I'm so glad you guys were here.

:

00:59:14,155 --> 00:59:16,216

Oh, Chris Ward says, "As

an alum, thank you, Anna.

:

00:59:16,216 --> 00:59:18,455

I love that you're always caring

for both new students and alumni."

:

00:59:18,495 --> 00:59:19,645

Yes, you got those bonuses.

:

00:59:19,896 --> 00:59:20,615

They're in the vault.

:

00:59:20,756 --> 00:59:22,255

Go, go head over there, Chris.

:

00:59:22,306 --> 00:59:23,045

Thanks for being here.

:

00:59:23,306 --> 00:59:26,505

Yes, you will absolutely get a

replay of, of this, uh, recording.

:

00:59:26,506 --> 00:59:28,235

We will send it out later this afternoon.

:

00:59:28,565 --> 00:59:30,645

Um, so feel free to come back

and listen if you'd like.

:

00:59:32,270 --> 00:59:33,080

Take some notes.

:

00:59:33,690 --> 00:59:34,360

Absolutely.

:

00:59:34,630 --> 00:59:36,440

Michelle: "Would love to learn

how to market to two different

:

00:59:36,450 --> 00:59:37,840

states with SEO and AIO."

:

00:59:38,180 --> 00:59:39,240

Michelle, great question.

:

00:59:39,400 --> 00:59:43,570

Um, and man, is, is, um, the

strategy around multi-state

:

00:59:43,590 --> 00:59:45,480

marketing relevant right now, right?

:

00:59:45,480 --> 00:59:45,860

I don't…

:

00:59:46,040 --> 00:59:49,329

I think most clinicians are licensed

in more than one state these days.

:

00:59:49,960 --> 00:59:55,079

Um, we know that ranking organically

is going to be far more likely when

:

00:59:55,090 --> 00:59:57,299

you're doing it in a single local area.

:

00:59:57,389 --> 01:00:00,929

And so in Confident Copy, our approach

is to, is to guide you towards selecting

:

01:00:00,930 --> 01:00:02,380

what we call a target location.

:

01:00:02,680 --> 01:00:04,630

Um, and that's basing your

marketing out of somewhere.

:

01:00:04,630 --> 01:00:06,329

A home base for your marketing, okay?

:

01:00:06,560 --> 01:00:08,999

That is not to say that you can't

rank organically in other states,

:

01:00:09,000 --> 01:00:11,660

but it does mean that your greatest

opportunity is going to be in one

:

01:00:11,680 --> 01:00:13,360

area that we recommend you define.

:

01:00:13,720 --> 01:00:16,749

Ideally, that is, that is paired

with a Google Business profile

:

01:00:16,750 --> 01:00:18,429

that is also set up in that area.

:

01:00:19,029 --> 01:00:22,460

Um, if you decide you wanna go into

that multi-state direction, fantastic.

:

01:00:22,460 --> 01:00:26,580

Some additional strategies will likely

be necessary or at least encouraged.

:

01:00:26,849 --> 01:00:29,529

And that's one of those things

where SEO is as much of an ongoing

:

01:00:29,529 --> 01:00:30,909

strategy as you would like it to be.

:

01:00:30,919 --> 01:00:34,879

So if you decide that you would like to,

um, expand into other areas and really

:

01:00:34,889 --> 01:00:39,429

increase your traffic via Google, then we

actually have a whole SEO lesson in the

:

01:00:39,429 --> 01:00:42,650

last module of Confident Copy showing you

about some of the additional actions you

:

01:00:42,650 --> 01:00:46,099

can take, and some of them are related

to what we call, like, location pages.

:

01:00:46,109 --> 01:00:48,039

That could be really helpful

for multi-state marketing.

:

01:00:48,249 --> 01:00:50,870

And some of the other more

holistic stuff: getting citations,

:

01:00:50,880 --> 01:00:54,230

blogging, um, making sure that

Google Business is, is optimized.

:

01:00:54,230 --> 01:00:56,579

It's some of those additional

steps that will lead to, uh,

:

01:00:56,579 --> 01:00:57,569

ranking in multiple states.

:

01:00:57,569 --> 01:00:58,230

So it's kind of a…

:

01:00:58,279 --> 01:01:01,709

It's a dynamic question depending on where

you decide you wanna focus your energy.

:

01:01:03,039 --> 01:01:03,929

All right.

:

01:01:05,249 --> 01:01:05,940

Nikki, awesome.

:

01:01:05,940 --> 01:01:07,949

Excited to, to connect with you as well.

:

01:01:09,020 --> 01:01:09,249

All right.

:

01:01:09,299 --> 01:01:11,100

Marie said, "I do a lot

of training workshops.

:

01:01:11,100 --> 01:01:13,689

Does CC translate well to

marketing that as a niche alongside

:

01:01:13,689 --> 01:01:15,069

therapy, similar to supervision?"

:

01:01:15,079 --> 01:01:15,850

Great question, Marie.

:

01:01:15,850 --> 01:01:18,749

We definitely have lots of folks

jump into Confident Copy who are

:

01:01:18,749 --> 01:01:21,800

speaking or who offer consultation

or, in this case, you know, trainings.

:

01:01:22,109 --> 01:01:24,169

Um, or, uh, you said, you said workshops.

:

01:01:24,169 --> 01:01:24,399

I'm sorry.

:

01:01:24,409 --> 01:01:25,079

You didn't say trainings.

:

01:01:25,789 --> 01:01:27,219

So it absolutely can be.

:

01:01:27,219 --> 01:01:31,019

What I'm gonna coach you around in

Confident Copy is making sure that we have

:

01:01:31,039 --> 01:01:34,130

a primary audience for your website, and

then if there are secondary ones, that

:

01:01:34,130 --> 01:01:35,579

we include those really thoughtfully.

:

01:01:35,799 --> 01:01:39,079

So chances are, Marie, your

target audience for your, for

:

01:01:39,079 --> 01:01:41,949

your website is going to be

clinical therapy clients, right?

:

01:01:41,949 --> 01:01:44,949

We wanna make sure that the website

is primarily geared toward them.

:

01:01:45,180 --> 01:01:48,809

And then there are ways where secondary

audiences, such as other clinicians who

:

01:01:48,809 --> 01:01:52,710

might join a workshop, for instance,

or, um, corporations who might hire you

:

01:01:52,710 --> 01:01:55,749

for a speaking engagement, can still

feel like they're in the right place.

:

01:01:55,749 --> 01:01:59,129

We can still create really distinct spots

in your website that speak to them, but

:

01:01:59,130 --> 01:02:03,069

that don't overshadow the primary purpose

of your website, which is therapy clients.

:

01:02:03,270 --> 01:02:04,259

So it's kind of a both/and.

:

01:02:04,639 --> 01:02:07,619

Um, but yes, there are absolutely, um,

resources around this and something

:

01:02:07,619 --> 01:02:12,072

I would be happy to coach you on in

Confident Copy, absolutely Um, Ila,

:

01:02:12,082 --> 01:02:15,202

"How do you develop cohesive strong

marketing with two different niches?"

:

01:02:15,432 --> 01:02:17,152

Ila, this is like my favorite puzzle.

:

01:02:17,162 --> 01:02:18,842

It's my favorite puzzle

to do with clinicians.

:

01:02:19,112 --> 01:02:19,812

Um, it depends.

:

01:02:19,812 --> 01:02:21,572

It depends on what those

two different niches are.

:

01:02:21,782 --> 01:02:24,892

Um, but when we use our red thread

framework like we do in Confident Copy,

:

01:02:24,892 --> 01:02:30,052

and I, I, um, have an en- entire kind of

section in the, the Vault all about it.

:

01:02:30,251 --> 01:02:32,671

Um, but we're gonna identify

together, Nelly is…

:

01:02:32,722 --> 01:02:35,672

uh, your, your Nelly c- um, AI

coach can be really useful in

:

01:02:35,672 --> 01:02:39,242

this, um, in identifying where

the common denominators are.

:

01:02:39,242 --> 01:02:40,932

So yes, you might have

two distinct niches.

:

01:02:40,932 --> 01:02:43,751

Those might be two different populations

or presenting issues, but at the

:

01:02:43,751 --> 01:02:47,101

end of the day, like we talked about

here, people choose you for a reason.

:

01:02:47,621 --> 01:02:50,721

We're gonna figure out what the threads

are as far as the commonalities between

:

01:02:50,722 --> 01:02:54,291

your niches, and also what you bring

to the table that makes you distinct.

:

01:02:54,452 --> 01:02:57,311

And those two things paired together

is what can create that magnetic

:

01:02:57,312 --> 01:03:00,951

niche that is magnetic to both

niches, both presenting issues or

:

01:03:00,952 --> 01:03:03,331

populations where they both feel

like it was written for them.

:

01:03:03,641 --> 01:03:06,622

So it's a really interesting puzzle, but

if we use that red thread framework, we

:

01:03:06,622 --> 01:03:08,921

can al- there's always something there.

:

01:03:09,022 --> 01:03:09,252

There's…

:

01:03:09,301 --> 01:03:12,631

I've, I haven't run across a therapist

where we couldn't figure out, uh,

:

01:03:12,632 --> 01:03:14,041

some way to tie those things together.

:

01:03:15,121 --> 01:03:15,681

Absolutely.

:

01:03:15,882 --> 01:03:18,342

Brenda, "Have you had customers and

clients that don't get more cash pay

:

01:03:18,342 --> 01:03:19,501

clients after completing your course?"

:

01:03:19,501 --> 01:03:21,151

Brenda, full disclosure, yeah.

:

01:03:21,541 --> 01:03:21,801

Yeah.

:

01:03:22,181 --> 01:03:26,751

I wish that this was 100%, you know, uh,

successful for every single therapist.

:

01:03:26,971 --> 01:03:30,052

Um, and while we do make great effort to

follow up with these folks and understand

:

01:03:30,052 --> 01:03:35,101

what's happening, um, Confident Copy is

designed to help you create a foundation.

:

01:03:35,102 --> 01:03:38,602

I, I refer to it as the client

conversion engine of your practice, and

:

01:03:38,602 --> 01:03:40,581

I believe wholeheartedly in the process.

:

01:03:40,591 --> 01:03:43,031

I actually believe in it more th-

than I ever have, and this program

:

01:03:43,031 --> 01:03:44,232

has been around for five years.

:

01:03:44,551 --> 01:03:47,492

The version of it that you get

today is designed to help you

:

01:03:47,522 --> 01:03:49,021

be successful in this market.

:

01:03:49,541 --> 01:03:50,251

It's an engine.

:

01:03:51,011 --> 01:03:52,301

You still gotta fuel the engine.

:

01:03:52,511 --> 01:03:54,822

And that's what that final part of

Confident Copy is all about, right?

:

01:03:54,822 --> 01:03:58,151

It's about showing you how you can fuel

that engine on an ongoing basis, but

:

01:03:58,151 --> 01:03:59,511

a website doesn't exist in a vacuum.

:

01:03:59,511 --> 01:04:02,072

We can't just launch a website

and expect people to find it.

:

01:04:02,072 --> 01:04:04,001

It's not a Field of Dreams,

build it and they will come.

:

01:04:04,492 --> 01:04:07,241

And that's why I feel really passionate

about equipping you to go forth

:

01:04:07,411 --> 01:04:09,592

after Confident Copy and execute.

:

01:04:09,901 --> 01:04:11,941

The way that people execute

after the program does vary.

:

01:04:11,992 --> 01:04:15,381

Um, and while we hear regularly

from people, that one that

:

01:04:15,382 --> 01:04:16,701

I got, um, just today.

:

01:04:16,711 --> 01:04:19,481

She, she joined Confident Copy

not even a couple of months ago,

:

01:04:19,761 --> 01:04:22,302

and has booked a couple of clients

in the last handful of days.

:

01:04:22,521 --> 01:04:23,692

It's not true for everyone.

:

01:04:24,291 --> 01:04:26,221

I would be lying if I,

if I told you otherwise.

:

01:04:26,231 --> 01:04:31,041

But if you execute this framework, if

you execute the fueling of the engine, if

:

01:04:31,041 --> 01:04:35,141

you are consistent about what it is that

you do and you know the value of what

:

01:04:35,142 --> 01:04:37,961

you're putting out there, that's when I

see the results come time and time again.

:

01:04:39,562 --> 01:04:42,052

Um, Emma, "Have I had

UK-based therapists in CC?"

:

01:04:42,091 --> 01:04:43,052

Yes, I have.

:

01:04:43,071 --> 01:04:43,581

Absolutely.

:

01:04:43,761 --> 01:04:46,661

Um, we've had clinicians from

Canada, Australia, the UK.

:

01:04:48,760 --> 01:04:49,960

I wanna say South Africa.

:

01:04:50,279 --> 01:04:52,730

I don't know if she was actually

licensed in South Africa, though.

:

01:04:52,740 --> 01:04:56,029

But yes, we have had UK-based

clinicians, um, who have had, um,

:

01:04:56,040 --> 01:04:58,550

really wonderful results as well,

Emma, so we would welcome you in.

:

01:04:58,710 --> 01:05:01,339

Um, hopefully those coaching call times

can work for you, but if they can't,

:

01:05:01,360 --> 01:05:04,170

uh, those replays are available, and,

uh, you can still pre-submit questions,

:

01:05:04,179 --> 01:05:05,440

pre-submit copy, things like that.

:

01:05:06,309 --> 01:05:06,980

All right.

:

01:05:08,049 --> 01:05:10,310

I'm wondering if it's a good program if

you're not necessarily needing a huge

:

01:05:10,330 --> 01:05:13,059

influx of clients, simply want what you

have out there to actually land with

:

01:05:13,059 --> 01:05:14,599

folks and position your practice well.

:

01:05:14,930 --> 01:05:17,839

Elise, I think this is actually

a fantastic juncture at

:

01:05:17,840 --> 01:05:19,239

which to join Confident Copy.

:

01:05:19,349 --> 01:05:21,699

Some people are gonna join

CC not having a website yet.

:

01:05:21,770 --> 01:05:22,140

Awesome.

:

01:05:22,149 --> 01:05:23,019

We wanna support that.

:

01:05:23,529 --> 01:05:26,480

Many people that join at your

point, where things are okay,

:

01:05:26,480 --> 01:05:30,139

they don't need this huge influx,

appreciate the opportunity to refine.

:

01:05:30,349 --> 01:05:31,389

Because when you're…

:

01:05:31,430 --> 01:05:34,119

You don't have kind of the urgency of

getting it going, which some of you

:

01:05:34,119 --> 01:05:38,250

will, you get to kind of sit with those

refinements a bit more, and we often

:

01:05:38,250 --> 01:05:40,819

hear from people that they're getting

better fit clients, so they're feeling

:

01:05:40,969 --> 01:05:42,749

more, um, aligned in their marketing.

:

01:05:42,750 --> 01:05:44,129

It feels smoother, right?

:

01:05:44,288 --> 01:05:47,299

Le- less of an effort, um, and

getting to get clear about what it

:

01:05:47,299 --> 01:05:49,899

is that you wanna be known for, what

you wanna be that destination for.

:

01:05:50,029 --> 01:05:52,529

It's a fabulous, uh, process to

go through at, at that juncture

:

01:05:52,529 --> 01:05:53,659

in your practice, absolutely.

:

01:05:54,250 --> 01:05:56,349

Um, Lisa, you're gonna be gone

for a couple weeks this fall.

:

01:05:57,470 --> 01:05:57,820

Awesome.

:

01:05:57,820 --> 01:05:58,390

Go away.

:

01:05:58,659 --> 01:05:59,240

Go forth.

:

01:05:59,349 --> 01:06:01,990

Um, don't join, don't join a Confident

Copy calls unless you want to.

:

01:06:02,500 --> 01:06:04,829

Um, I would still

recommend that you jump in.

:

01:06:04,830 --> 01:06:06,499

I think if you're gonna miss more…

:

01:06:06,519 --> 01:06:09,579

If you, if you're not able to commit

an entire month to Confident Copy, then

:

01:06:09,580 --> 01:06:11,580

maybe you wait until our:

:

01:06:11,799 --> 01:06:15,090

But it is one of the reasons we include

our rest and realignment weeks is

:

01:06:15,099 --> 01:06:17,038

so that you can rest and realign.

:

01:06:17,049 --> 01:06:19,659

So if you need to pack those together,

work through it at a little bit of a

:

01:06:19,659 --> 01:06:21,119

different pace, that's absolutely fine.

:

01:06:21,369 --> 01:06:24,079

Um, you can still make use of

the group, of the coaching calls

:

01:06:24,099 --> 01:06:25,409

around your, your time away.

:

01:06:26,998 --> 01:06:28,198

Um, let's see.

:

01:06:28,198 --> 01:06:30,518

Jessica, "What would be the best

service or package to check out if

:

01:06:30,518 --> 01:06:32,858

I want someone to update my copy to

do the things I talked about today?

:

01:06:32,858 --> 01:06:34,588

Is there a DIY option for that?"

:

01:06:34,878 --> 01:06:37,618

Yeah, Jessica, so if you decide, hey,

I want someone to do this for me,

:

01:06:37,648 --> 01:06:40,188

which is what it sounds like you're,

you're looking for, we would love

:

01:06:40,188 --> 01:06:41,307

to work with you in that way too.

:

01:06:41,498 --> 01:06:43,797

Um, you can get all the details

about our done-for-you services,

:

01:06:43,798 --> 01:06:45,818

walkerstrategyco.com/services.

:

01:06:46,138 --> 01:06:50,187

We have a handful of, of spots, I believe,

kicking off September, um, if you decide

:

01:06:50,188 --> 01:06:51,628

that that's a, a route you'd love to go.

:

01:06:51,647 --> 01:06:54,838

Um, we love getting to help, um,

clinicians specifically with that.

:

01:06:54,846 --> 01:06:55,627

If they decide, "You know what?

:

01:06:55,628 --> 01:06:56,877

Confident Copy is not the right fit.

:

01:06:57,017 --> 01:06:57,748

I'm gonna outsource.

:

01:06:57,748 --> 01:07:00,008

I'm gonna stay focused on other

things," we're here for that too.

:

01:07:01,517 --> 01:07:04,018

Um, Teresa, "Is the program

only focused on writing copy,

:

01:07:04,018 --> 01:07:06,147

or is it SEO or AIO addressed?"

:

01:07:06,548 --> 01:07:06,798

Yes.

:

01:07:06,798 --> 01:07:09,667

No, great question, Teresa, I'm glad

you, you asked that clarifying question.

:

01:07:09,967 --> 01:07:11,908

What we're doing in Confident

Copy is aiming to create

:

01:07:11,917 --> 01:07:13,237

an SEO foundation for you.

:

01:07:13,237 --> 01:07:16,027

So everything that we do is

informed by SEO best practices.

:

01:07:16,028 --> 01:07:18,596

We have an entire SEO module

to make sure that what we're

:

01:07:18,596 --> 01:07:19,907

doing is aligning with that.

:

01:07:20,107 --> 01:07:22,217

That said, kind of similar

to what I was saying earlier,

:

01:07:22,377 --> 01:07:23,647

SEO is an ongoing strategy.

:

01:07:23,657 --> 01:07:25,187

This is not an SEO course.

:

01:07:25,667 --> 01:07:27,917

If you are looking for SEO

guidance, we have some great

:

01:07:27,917 --> 01:07:30,338

resources linked in the vault that

we're happy to point you toward.

:

01:07:30,737 --> 01:07:33,197

You're gonna need the foundation

we build in Confident Copy

:

01:07:33,218 --> 01:07:34,578

regardless of what you do next.

:

01:07:34,587 --> 01:07:37,337

So we're writing with SEO and AIO in mind.

:

01:07:37,388 --> 01:07:39,596

We just included that new cited by SEO…

:

01:07:39,687 --> 01:07:41,987

I'm sorry, cited by AI, um, bonus.

:

01:07:42,608 --> 01:07:47,578

But if you decide you want to double

down on SEO, then we would recommend

:

01:07:47,587 --> 01:07:51,428

that you invest time, money, energy,

whatever that is, in the ongoing

:

01:07:51,437 --> 01:07:53,917

SEO of your website, because that

isn't a one-and-done situation.

:

01:07:53,928 --> 01:07:58,307

So if you have a fantastic client

converging, niche clear, totally aligned

:

01:07:58,318 --> 01:07:59,957

website, you don't need Confident Copy.

:

01:08:00,208 --> 01:08:01,967

Go and just focus on SEO.

:

01:08:02,267 --> 01:08:04,867

But if you want SEO, like I said,

you're gonna need this first.

:

01:08:04,897 --> 01:08:06,827

This is aimed to create

that foundation for you.

:

01:08:07,477 --> 01:08:07,777

Awesome.

:

01:08:07,778 --> 01:08:09,078

Thanks so much for being here, guys.

:

01:08:09,857 --> 01:08:12,588

Dina, yeah, same, same answer,

um, as I provided to Lisa.

:

01:08:12,588 --> 01:08:15,437

If you're traveling for a bit, um,

I'd say as long as it's not more than

:

01:08:15,437 --> 01:08:17,057

a month, um, that you should be…

:

01:08:17,068 --> 01:08:19,006

still be totally fine to

make use of the program.

:

01:08:19,318 --> 01:08:21,797

Um, during those three weeks, you

can just kind of use those rest

:

01:08:21,797 --> 01:08:24,367

and realignment weeks and, um, move

the schedule around a little bit.

:

01:08:24,367 --> 01:08:25,157

So it's not rigid.

:

01:08:25,377 --> 01:08:27,267

Um, I think that would

still work very, very well.

:

01:08:28,336 --> 01:08:31,506

Um, Christina, "How do you

decide how many methods and

:

01:08:31,506 --> 01:08:32,756

specialties are the right amount?"

:

01:08:32,756 --> 01:08:34,006

What a fantastic question.

:

01:08:34,006 --> 01:08:35,247

This absolutely varies.

:

01:08:35,288 --> 01:08:38,337

Uh, they tend to be a greater

number for group practices for sure,

:

01:08:38,346 --> 01:08:41,438

versus, versus solo for, you know,

kind of understandable reasons.

:

01:08:41,836 --> 01:08:44,658

Um, it used to be that we really

wanted to keep a tight number,

:

01:08:44,697 --> 01:08:47,108

like three, four for sure.

:

01:08:47,357 --> 01:08:50,457

Um, these days I thi- I'm a little

more flexible on that, at least three.

:

01:08:50,728 --> 01:08:54,657

Um, but I tend to like a, a, a

smattering of usually like three

:

01:08:54,657 --> 01:08:56,707

topical pages, maybe two method pages.

:

01:08:57,068 --> 01:08:59,027

The beautiful thing about Confident

Copy is you learn how to write

:

01:08:59,027 --> 01:09:00,197

those, you can come back to it.

:

01:09:00,207 --> 01:09:02,917

So you might start with three,

get three out there, and then

:

01:09:02,917 --> 01:09:04,716

come back and add as you go.

:

01:09:04,716 --> 01:09:06,297

Maybe you get trained in a new modality.

:

01:09:06,327 --> 01:09:07,247

Come back to the vault.

:

01:09:07,346 --> 01:09:08,278

Write a new page.

:

01:09:08,527 --> 01:09:10,756

Um, so it's something that you can

build on, but I, I like to start

:

01:09:10,758 --> 01:09:12,187

with at least three and go from there

:

01:09:14,679 --> 01:09:16,120

Um, Derek, so happy you're here.

:

01:09:16,639 --> 01:09:17,339

Good to see you.

:

01:09:18,129 --> 01:09:19,479

Um, let's see.

:

01:09:19,719 --> 01:09:22,120

Jillian, "How much time investment

would you estimate outside

:

01:09:22,139 --> 01:09:22,849

the coaching call times?"

:

01:09:22,859 --> 01:09:23,818

Fantastic question.

:

01:09:24,158 --> 01:09:28,599

Um, most, um, students spend two to

six hours a week on Confident Copy

:

01:09:28,599 --> 01:09:30,139

outside of our weekly coaching calls.

:

01:09:30,309 --> 01:09:31,830

Um, that absolutely varies.

:

01:09:32,559 --> 01:09:35,939

Um, and it will likely vary

by week depending on what it

:

01:09:35,950 --> 01:09:36,868

is that you're working on.

:

01:09:37,129 --> 01:09:38,889

Um, but I recommend carving

out about that much time.

:

01:09:38,889 --> 01:09:41,068

And like I said, those rest and

realignment weeks are designed to help

:

01:09:41,068 --> 01:09:42,679

you fully step away if you're able to.

:

01:09:43,709 --> 01:09:46,568

Um, Melissa said, "I love my website

and always get great feedback and

:

01:09:46,569 --> 01:09:48,960

conversions, but they are few and far

between, making me think it's SEO.

:

01:09:48,999 --> 01:09:52,519

Do I need to reduce or redo

everything with, with CC?"

:

01:09:52,698 --> 01:09:53,809

Melissa, this is a great question.

:

01:09:53,809 --> 01:09:55,820

I love to see how you're thinking

about it, 'cause sometimes CC

:

01:09:55,829 --> 01:09:56,929

isn't what you need, right?

:

01:09:56,969 --> 01:09:57,739

Absolutely not.

:

01:09:57,749 --> 01:09:58,929

My dog is eating my rug.

:

01:09:59,629 --> 01:10:01,009

Bella is eating my rug.

:

01:10:01,489 --> 01:10:03,259

Um, s- sorry.

:

01:10:04,159 --> 01:10:05,769

Um, you do not need to redo everything.

:

01:10:05,929 --> 01:10:09,839

What I love about how you're asking

this question is it's showing me

:

01:10:09,839 --> 01:10:12,739

that you're thinking about where

things fall in the process, right?

:

01:10:12,739 --> 01:10:13,960

So we can have a really good website.

:

01:10:13,960 --> 01:10:15,099

We can have that engine.

:

01:10:15,349 --> 01:10:17,039

Does that engine just

not have enough fuel?

:

01:10:17,289 --> 01:10:19,399

If you're getting feedback

that your website is deeply

:

01:10:19,399 --> 01:10:21,230

resonating with people, awesome.

:

01:10:21,980 --> 01:10:23,820

I would be happy to take a peek

at your website and let you know

:

01:10:23,820 --> 01:10:25,869

if I think Confident Copy was

right, but based on what you're

:

01:10:25,870 --> 01:10:27,129

sharing, you likely don't need that.

:

01:10:27,370 --> 01:10:29,389

Go invest in fueling the engine.

:

01:10:29,609 --> 01:10:30,690

That can fuel through SEO.

:

01:10:30,719 --> 01:10:31,709

That can fuel through Google Ads.

:

01:10:31,709 --> 01:10:32,759

That can fuel for social media.

:

01:10:32,759 --> 01:10:33,869

That can fuel through networking.

:

01:10:33,879 --> 01:10:36,169

You get to decide, but it sounds

like that's more the issue

:

01:10:36,169 --> 01:10:37,620

for you, so go invest there.

:

01:10:37,800 --> 01:10:38,559

Time, energy, money.

:

01:10:38,590 --> 01:10:39,010

Absolutely.

:

01:10:40,179 --> 01:10:42,099

Um, Jillian, "How many people

do you enroll in each cohort?"

:

01:10:42,129 --> 01:10:44,639

We don't have a set number,

Jillian, um, but there tends to

:

01:10:44,639 --> 01:10:47,600

be 30 to 50 folks per cohort.

:

01:10:47,609 --> 01:10:51,209

Um, you know, th- that's a, a pretty

safe number considering the, the number

:

01:10:51,209 --> 01:10:52,349

that we've run over the many years.

:

01:10:52,579 --> 01:10:55,540

Um, like I said, we aim

to really get to know you.

:

01:10:55,550 --> 01:10:56,818

Um, we pride ourselves on that.

:

01:10:56,818 --> 01:10:58,119

We take that really, really seriously.

:

01:10:58,249 --> 01:11:01,099

If ever it grew to a point where we

couldn't do that anymore, we'd cap

:

01:11:01,099 --> 01:11:04,609

it, um, 'cause I, I care more about

making sure you have a really fantastic

:

01:11:04,609 --> 01:11:07,119

experience, um, than more numbers.

:

01:11:07,419 --> 01:11:08,679

Um, so please hear that from me.

:

01:11:08,679 --> 01:11:09,409

I mean that truly.

:

01:11:10,690 --> 01:11:11,449

Um, yes.

:

01:11:11,529 --> 01:11:14,809

Uh, Kalima, calls are live each week

at:

:

01:11:14,809 --> 01:11:15,799

That's exactly right.

:

01:11:15,929 --> 01:11:17,690

Yep All right.

:

01:11:19,160 --> 01:11:21,210

Theresa: "What if I see clients

during the live call each week?

:

01:11:21,210 --> 01:11:22,180

The recording is available?"

:

01:11:22,200 --> 01:11:23,020

Absolutely.

:

01:11:23,590 --> 01:11:26,240

Um, you have lifetime

access to those recordings.

:

01:11:26,529 --> 01:11:27,610

You can pre-submit questions.

:

01:11:27,610 --> 01:11:28,940

You can also pre-submit copy.

:

01:11:28,960 --> 01:11:32,130

So every week in our, uh, coaching

calls, I also review a couple

:

01:11:32,318 --> 01:11:34,610

workbooks, and if you know that you

want some feedback on your copy, you

:

01:11:34,610 --> 01:11:36,009

don't need to be there live for that.

:

01:11:36,230 --> 01:11:38,979

Um, you can catch the replay and then

jump into the Facebook group, ask

:

01:11:38,980 --> 01:11:41,189

questions there, join our copy clinics.

:

01:11:41,339 --> 01:11:44,079

Um, lots of other ways to still get

support even if you can't be there live.

:

01:11:44,609 --> 01:11:45,359

Absolutely.

:

01:11:46,890 --> 01:11:48,830

All right, Lauren: "I'm a

therapist working with a group

:

01:11:48,839 --> 01:11:51,409

practice, however, I have my own

coaching practice outside of this.

:

01:11:51,410 --> 01:11:54,169

I'd be interested in CC for my coaching

practice that talks about who I

:

01:11:54,169 --> 01:11:56,989

serve for coaching and also connects

to the group practice for therapy.

:

01:11:57,160 --> 01:11:59,720

Is this something that could work,

or do I need a different approach?"

:

01:11:59,720 --> 01:12:01,270

Lauren, thank you for

asking this question.

:

01:12:02,480 --> 01:12:06,709

As a coach, um, and as someone who sits,

you know, at a, in a unique place in this

:

01:12:06,719 --> 01:12:10,500

industry, I feel pretty strongly that

marketing clinical services is different

:

01:12:10,500 --> 01:12:11,809

than marketing coaching services.

:

01:12:11,969 --> 01:12:15,210

Confident Copy is primarily

built for clinical services.

:

01:12:15,219 --> 01:12:18,920

So if you're wanting to grow a coaching

caseload, you know, a, a coaching

:

01:12:18,920 --> 01:12:22,339

roster, for lack of a better term,

um, uh, Confident Copy, while people

:

01:12:22,339 --> 01:12:25,370

have absolutely used it that way, they

absolutely have and had good results,

:

01:12:25,500 --> 01:12:27,229

is not explicitly designed for that.

:

01:12:27,419 --> 01:12:29,850

Um, so I would love to see

you focus in on, you know…

:

01:12:29,850 --> 01:12:34,379

Go find a, a, um, program like this where

their niche is coaching, uh, 'cause here

:

01:12:34,379 --> 01:12:36,800

the, our niche is the clinical work,

and like I said, because the approach

:

01:12:36,800 --> 01:12:40,580

is different, I, I would recommend

using this to, to market the clinical

:

01:12:40,580 --> 01:12:42,179

side, not necessarily the coaching side.

:

01:12:44,080 --> 01:12:46,460

Uh, do you get lifetime access

or is it time limited for CC?

:

01:12:46,480 --> 01:12:48,559

Christie, I believe very

strongly in lifetime access.

:

01:12:48,580 --> 01:12:49,540

I've told people I'm crazy.

:

01:12:49,650 --> 01:12:51,330

I've had people tell

me I'm crazy for that.

:

01:12:51,430 --> 01:12:52,150

I believe in it.

:

01:12:52,270 --> 01:12:54,200

So when you join, you

get access to it forever.

:

01:12:54,540 --> 01:12:59,720

Our course platform, we actually paid for

like lifetime, so like actual lifetime.

:

01:12:59,749 --> 01:13:03,189

So even if Confident Copy didn't

continue, um, you would keep the

:

01:13:03,240 --> 01:13:04,660

access to that, to that program.

:

01:13:04,660 --> 01:13:08,389

So when I say lifetime, I mean it, and

there's no like fee to keep accessing it.

:

01:13:08,390 --> 01:13:09,880

I just, I just don't believe in that.

:

01:13:09,880 --> 01:13:13,079

So, um, Christina is similar,

wondering if CC is right for me.

:

01:13:13,079 --> 01:13:16,380

Do you have an option for a website review

feedback for folks who haven't done CC?

:

01:13:16,380 --> 01:13:16,760

Yes.

:

01:13:16,760 --> 01:13:19,309

Christina, feel free to

send us your website URL.

:

01:13:19,339 --> 01:13:22,339

Either myself or Adrian, um, who's

here, uh, in the chat, will take a

:

01:13:22,339 --> 01:13:25,049

look at your website and let you know

if we think it's right, right for you.

:

01:13:25,309 --> 01:13:27,729

You will always get an honest

response for us, from us.

:

01:13:27,749 --> 01:13:30,929

I probably tell about 50% of people

that they don't need Confident Copy.

:

01:13:31,159 --> 01:13:33,899

Um, it's way more important for me

that you get the right resource than

:

01:13:33,900 --> 01:13:35,649

you join CC if it's not right for you.

:

01:13:35,650 --> 01:13:37,129

So absolutely feel free

to send it our way.

:

01:13:38,470 --> 01:13:41,179

Um, Megan, is there any direct

feedback on being concise?

:

01:13:41,790 --> 01:13:43,320

I'm very verbose, so I don't know.

:

01:13:43,499 --> 01:13:44,929

Um, no, that's a great question.

:

01:13:44,950 --> 01:13:47,690

Um, Megan, we, we love that question

and it's an interesting balance

:

01:13:47,720 --> 01:13:50,229

because, um, people will read long copy.

:

01:13:50,260 --> 01:13:51,580

I say this in Confident Copy all the time.

:

01:13:51,959 --> 01:13:53,450

They will not read boring copy.

:

01:13:53,470 --> 01:13:58,030

And so our goal in Confident Copy is to

create copy that is engaging, that people

:

01:13:58,030 --> 01:14:00,890

want to read, that they scan through, that

they stay with it, they take action on.

:

01:14:01,249 --> 01:14:04,589

Um, so we're not afraid of, of,

you know, not being concise.

:

01:14:04,589 --> 01:14:06,979

We're not afraid of verbose copy,

but also there's a time and a

:

01:14:06,979 --> 01:14:08,220

place that we wanna trim down.

:

01:14:08,409 --> 01:14:10,829

Um, and so we, we maintain

that balance in our coaching.

:

01:14:11,029 --> 01:14:14,170

Um, Callie will help maintain that

bonus in, or, I'm sorry, that balance

:

01:14:14,199 --> 01:14:16,129

in her coaching if you use the AI tool.

:

01:14:16,330 --> 01:14:18,279

Um, because there are places where

I am gonna read your copy and say,

:

01:14:18,279 --> 01:14:19,169

"Hey Megan, here's why I would…

:

01:14:19,669 --> 01:14:20,270

Let's trim this.

:

01:14:20,270 --> 01:14:20,749

Let's focus.

:

01:14:20,749 --> 01:14:21,639

This feels a little long."

:

01:14:21,830 --> 01:14:24,359

But there are also places where it's

gonna be like, "Okay, this copy's good.

:

01:14:24,459 --> 01:14:26,140

What can we do to make it more engaging?"

:

01:14:26,199 --> 01:14:27,570

'Cause it's, it's pulling some weight.

:

01:14:27,709 --> 01:14:29,179

So it's, it's a yes and no on that one.

:

01:14:30,080 --> 01:14:31,469

Um, awesome.

:

01:14:31,889 --> 01:14:32,489

All right.

:

01:14:32,519 --> 01:14:35,019

Lisa said, "I'm sorry, I didn't quite

understand how a two-week absence in

:

01:14:35,019 --> 01:14:36,479

October would affect my enrollment."

:

01:14:36,669 --> 01:14:38,150

Yeah, Lisa, so you're gonna jump in.

:

01:14:38,318 --> 01:14:41,318

Your 16 weeks are gonna start

with us as, as, um, it will

:

01:14:41,318 --> 01:14:42,699

with everyone on August 24th.

:

01:14:42,879 --> 01:14:45,229

If you need to step away for a couple

of weeks, you'll continue to get

:

01:14:45,229 --> 01:14:47,079

your weekly emails from our team.

:

01:14:47,309 --> 01:14:49,959

You'll continue access to the

Facebook group and things like that.

:

01:14:50,080 --> 01:14:52,469

If you're not able to engage,

that's perfectly fine.

:

01:14:52,660 --> 01:14:55,740

You might wanna move around your to-do

list a little bit, and we have some,

:

01:14:55,759 --> 01:14:58,699

some resources for that in the vault

to sort of guide your experience.

:

01:14:58,940 --> 01:15:01,579

But I would suggest essentially

signing off, giving yourself those

:

01:15:01,580 --> 01:15:03,280

rest and realignment weeks together.

:

01:15:03,520 --> 01:15:05,410

Um, and then maybe you move

around what it is that you're

:

01:15:05,410 --> 01:15:06,859

working on outside of that trip.

:

01:15:07,099 --> 01:15:09,149

Um, but nothing will change

as far as your access.

:

01:15:09,149 --> 01:15:12,009

You can jump straight in as soon

as you return from your vacation.

:

01:15:12,309 --> 01:15:14,689

And everyone works through this

process a little bit differently.

:

01:15:14,699 --> 01:15:18,799

So while week, you know, 10 might

be specialty pages, you might

:

01:15:18,800 --> 01:15:20,009

be wrapping up your about page.

:

01:15:20,139 --> 01:15:20,919

That's okay.

:

01:15:20,979 --> 01:15:22,879

Submit your about page

for us to take a look at.

:

01:15:23,059 --> 01:15:26,220

Um, it's not that you have to do things

on a very, very specific timeline.

:

01:15:26,220 --> 01:15:28,219

So it's absolutely, absolutely fine.

:

01:15:28,489 --> 01:15:31,455

All right Absolutely.

:

01:15:31,455 --> 01:15:33,755

Debbie, yeah, if you'd like us to take a

look at your website, go ahead and fire

:

01:15:33,755 --> 01:15:36,465

that off to [email protected].

:

01:15:36,705 --> 01:15:38,125

Um, we're happy to take a look there.

:

01:15:38,146 --> 01:15:41,005

Um, that way we can give you the, uh,

you know, the time that it's worth to

:

01:15:41,005 --> 01:15:42,755

give you a, a worthwhile recommendation.

:

01:15:43,835 --> 01:15:44,196

All right.

:

01:15:44,226 --> 01:15:46,106

I think I got all the questions here.

:

01:15:47,036 --> 01:15:47,675

Amazing.

:

01:15:47,805 --> 01:15:49,055

Guys, thanks for being here today.

:

01:15:49,116 --> 01:15:51,276

Um, like I said at the beginning, I care.

:

01:15:51,465 --> 01:15:52,835

I believe in the work that you do.

:

01:15:53,065 --> 01:15:53,975

Um, I care about it.

:

01:15:53,975 --> 01:15:56,684

I wanna see you do more of it,

and if this workshop gave you what

:

01:15:56,686 --> 01:15:57,975

you needed to do that, amazing.

:

01:15:57,985 --> 01:16:00,066

Please go take these things and

fuse them into your marketing.

:

01:16:00,066 --> 01:16:01,076

Put them into action.

:

01:16:01,315 --> 01:16:03,476

If Confident Copy can

help you do that, amazing.

:

01:16:03,786 --> 01:16:06,995

If I get to support you in a, you know,

and I get to know you in Confident Copy

:

01:16:06,995 --> 01:16:10,075

Live, I would love nothing more than

to get, to, to get to do that if you

:

01:16:10,075 --> 01:16:11,895

decide to enroll before August 13th.

:

01:16:12,155 --> 01:16:14,805

Whatever it is that you do, please

know you have someone here cheering you

:

01:16:14,806 --> 01:16:16,235

on, believing in the work that you do.

:

01:16:16,915 --> 01:16:21,125

And, um, yeah, just wanting

to see you be successful.

:

01:16:21,266 --> 01:16:24,735

That email one more time,

[email protected]

:

01:16:24,845 --> 01:16:25,826

that you can fire that off to.

:

01:16:26,725 --> 01:16:27,155

Thanks, guys.

:

01:16:27,165 --> 01:16:27,646

Appreciate you
