Are New Year's resolutions a good idea? I am not convinced. Perhaps it is my rebellious nature or simply that I have gotten to know myself better over the years, but I have a developed a different approach to getting things accomplished and finding fulfillment and joy in my life. As result I get to challenge myself every day to see how much joy I can handle. I hope this insight and slight adjustment in my mindset will be helpful to you, too.
