Summary:
Today, people don't want to have someone quote scripture and verse to them. They are looking for something alive and real. There must be a people who become the scriptures, so that when they speak it is Christ coming out of what they say. Now is the time for those living epistles read and known of all men to emerge.
Show Notes:
When we speak we must be the scripture, not just quote it.
Those believers in new testament times were writing the new testament in how they walked with God in their time.
Can we create a new age, and new testament?
We are sons of God and He has set us free to walk as Christ waked with the Father.
This walk with Him must always be exciting and new.
We must break out of the box of our limitations and fears.
We started out as babes and had th9se over us who guided us. But then we matured and grew out of the childish state and flowing together with the brethren.
We must read and eat the scriptures until we become those scriptures.
Quotes:
I am so convinced that God wants us to live in the scripture realm, in our heart, in the spirit.
This is what happened to the first New Testament church. They didn't have a New Testament, they were the New Testament.

People who have eaten the scriptures and become them is the answer for the cry in the hearts of men today. No more empty religion and a bible that people don't understand. Living epistles are in the earth again speaking a Word that is living and powerful sharper than any two-edged sword able to reveal Christ to hungry hearts.
Ken:
I know that we love to look up scriptures. That's good to confirm the Word that we're speaking. I am so convinced that God wants us to live in the scripture realm, in our heart, in the spirit. I want the Word to be alive in me, so that when I speak, and the spirit of that scripture comes through, not necessarily jot and tittle.
Ron:
This is what happened to the first New Testament church. They didn't have a New Testament, they were the New Testament. So what they were living is exactly what you're saying. They were living out a walk with God by the Holy Spirit, and they were literally creating spiritual history. They were forming a new age.
They were creating the Bible, the New Testament. This would be the challenge for believers. If you're a believer, if you're walking in the Spirit, it's the same Holy Spirit that they were walking with. Why can't we form a new age? Why can't we write a new Bible? Why? If it's the same Holy Spirit, why do we have to preface everything with a scripture?
Ken:
We have to think outside the box, that expression. We get stuck with religion, with religiosity. God revealed to them the things that were written down.
Ron:
We still want to preface everything by the scripture or prove it by the scripture. And I'm not saying that's bad.
They had to come together, believing that the Holy Spirit was within them and they had to listen to those who would speak. And then they had to believe that they could speak. Your whole walk with God has surrounded the Bible and maybe other speakers and that's not bad, I'm just saying there's a Walking in the now. A walking with the Father right now and hearing what He's speaking right now and being bold to speak without putting your weight down on something like the Bible Again, I'm not putting that down, obviously, because that's a foundation that we've always walked in.
And probably 99. 9 percent of anyone that believes in God walks in. God's pushing us, going, yeah, that's fine, and you'll never leave that. But there's a pressing into the frontier of something new. Who's going to speak the new revelations? Who's going to frame an age? I've never heard that before. Show me in the scriptures.
That's the first thing people say. Show me in the scriptures. What if you go I can't show it to you in the scriptures. I am the scriptures. I am. To me, that's pretty bold. Kind of like what Christ did. I am the Son of God. Most movements, if not all movements, start out that way. It's exciting, everything's new, there's no solidity, everything can be just, it's just movable, anything can happen, you don't know what's going to happen, what's going to be said.
It's exciting. And then pretty soon, slowly but surely, it starts solidifying into a movement or into a church or something like that. That's the very thing God doesn't want. That's why you go through siftings. internal siftings, and external siftings. You go through that because God's shaking up, going, no, you are not going to solidify this thing.
Stop trying to make it make sense. It's not supposed to make sense to your mind. And it needs to be stirred up and let the Holy Spirit lead it. Trust in the Lord, lean in Him. Don't lean on your own understanding. He's trying to break us out of every bit of rigidity and limitation. But I think the big one is fear.
The fear of making a mistake, the fear of saying things as heresy, the fear of doing something wrong, the fear, fear, fear, fear, fear, fear. For freedom did Christ set us free, to be free in the Holy Spirit.
Ken:
Everything that we've ever learned becomes a perimeter about what we believe. And the fear of going outside of that . That's why we talk about going out of the box, because it's going out where no man has dared to go.
Gee, I've never heard that before. I've never had that experience before. So, we don't know where the Lord is going to lead us. We have an idea because we've been told what to believe, but even that has to end. We can't believe everything that everybody's ever said to us. We have to have our own personal relationship with God.
If God is speaking by the Spirit and you hear it with your spirit, it's a confirmation that you receive inside of your own identity in the Spirit. And it becomes a reality to you. If you're leaning on what somebody else said that formulated how you've directed your life all of these years ago that doesn't really line up with what I've been taught.
Maybe there's more to what you've been taught. Maybe there's more of things that are going to set you free into a realm that you've never been into before. This experience that we're heading into is going to be like walking through a door into another room. You don't know what you're going to face. You don't know how to think.
You don't know what you're going to experience. We need to be free in our spirits. First, in our connection with the Father, and then, I hear Him speaking. He touched my heart. He touched my life. He changed something in my innermost being that I was afraid, like Ron did, I was afraid to change because of fear, because I'm getting outside of those perimeters.
We never stop trusting what God's leading us into, and then we look for confirmation. Absolutely.
Debbie:
When I was a child, I was taught as a child. I did childish things. I listened to my people that were over me, and I took that, and I ran with that. But then there's a time for growing up, a time for coming into maturity, a time from walking into that new room, a time of becoming who the Lord's made you to be.
That is not always an easy thing to do. That can be a scary place because when you don't know what's going to happen, it's hard to put your weight down on that. But if your relationship with the Lord is the basis and the Word is the basis, that you build on is a basis and you have that firm in your spirit in your heart and you know it and you know that the Lord is going to direct you.
You can trust in Him with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Don't go back. God's saying come up higher. Come on, guys. I need you to come up in My mature sons, I need you to grow into the presence of the Lord because I have many things for you yet to do. Many things yet for you to become.
Lois:
Read the scriptures, eat the scriptures, but when you deal with others, be the scriptures. They don't wanna hear you read a bunch of words. You become it. Yes, the Bible is the Word, but it's to be put in you it is not to be read to others. You be it to others.
