Welcome to the Soulful Pause Minute. My name is Scott and today we're going to focus on finding solace in the routines that can bring comfort and healing during the grieving process. So we know everybody grieves differently, but for some people getting back into a routine can help kind of ease that sorrow.

We're going to do five affirmations. And just keep in mind that maintaining daily routines can provide a sense of stability and peace, even as we navigate this deep sadness of losing a beloved pet. So let's take a moment to honor these routines and the solace they can offer. When I say these affirmations, feel free to repeat them out loud or silently.

Let's begin. I find comfort in my daily routines, knowing they bring a sense of stability during this time of grief. I

Engaging in familiar activities helps me feel connected to my beloved pet and the memories we shared.

Each day I allow myself to find peace in the simple, everyday moments.

I honor my pet's memory by continuing the routines we once shared, finding solace in our shared experiences.

Maintaining my daily routines helps me navigate my grief and find moments of calm and healing.
