Shownotes

The True Grief Podcast is presented by The Compassionate Friends Queensland. This is an organisation that offers peer to peer support for people who have lost children, siblings, or grandchildren. If you have sadly lost someone close to you, or you are a friend, colleague, or business, trying to support a grief-stricken person, we hope these conversations will give you an insight about how to help. These conversations will include conversations on grief, interviews with experts, and advice for helping people.

In this episode we discuss how various members cope with Christmas and other special occasions. Jen Reader TCFQ Volunteer Coordinator shares her thoughts and TCFQ members correspondence on how they deal with the Christmas period when their loss can feel at its most acute. Christmas is centre around children and the family. What is the best way to navigate this?
