Shownotes

While attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is commonly characterized by symptoms such as inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity, the emotional aspect is equally crucial yet sometimes overlooked. Emotional dysregulation in ADHD poses a significant challenge for both children and families, impacting various aspects of daily life such as but not limited to social interactions and relationships.

That's why I'm here – to provide families with the appropriate tools and support needed to help children with ADHD regulate their emotions effectively. Together, we can create a harmonious and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
