What can we say we love starting businesses. Tune in for episodes about finance, marketing, profitability, growing a practice, and the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. It's time to work on your business. Turn your volume up and let's dive in to today's episode.

e have for our businesses for:

Happy New Year, Morgan. This is our first [00:01:00] episode of 2026. Happy New Year. I love some good New Year energy, like more than, you know, I feel like usually it wears off after the first couple of days. I mean, granted we're only in day five when we're recording this, but I still feel it so strong right now and I am loving it.

I've been avoiding mine as you know, because sometimes it overwhelms me and so I'm a little avoidant. I would rather be playing outside and skiing and dealing with it later, but here we are dealing with it and I'm starting to feel excited. So I'm happy we're doing this episode today. So go ahead and share your report. My report. So if this is your first report around here, this is what we are reading, eating, playing, obsessing about, recommending and talking shop about.

na say I'm obsessed with it, [:

Have you gotten to episode three yet? No, dude. Uh, for all you heated rivalry fans out there, I know I gotta give it maybe a couple more episodes, but we watched the first one in my household and we were like, love this. Love the queer representation. Love the like. Love of it all, but there was no plot or storyline or there's more, there's plots coming, the plot is coming, got a little lost, felt a little like all over the place with the three months and then the six months and the three months.

t I've heard people like the [:

And so I'm like 80% through the first book and have really loved it. I've heard the books are helpful for providing context because in the books you kind of get more of like their internal dialogue than you would in the show. So. I'm reading it. We're gonna make it through all six books.

I really like the series. I especially like all of these running playlists that have come out of the series because it has encouraged me so much on my runs, which I'll get to in a minute. Anyway, I'm reading Game Changers and then after this, as much as I wanna start book number two of the Game Changer series, I do in fact have to read our book Club book, which is Wild, dark Shore.

ed silly on a microphone. So [:

And so it's super cool just to see people, you know, doing really badass things in the universe and honestly, hands down the best like quick carb that I've tried ever. Like I've tried. I think you did the honey singer waffles. I used to eat those when I. Worked for the athletic department in college and they were, they tasted so good, but not it for me, whenever I'm running, I've tried Skittles.

. Okay. Can you describe the [:

They're very manageable. The texture, how do I even describe the texture? it's as if you were to take a gusher, like, you know, it's like a little hard on the outside and then jelly on the inside. It's as if you were to like blend that up in like a blender.

Like, it's like there's no liquidy part in the middle, but it's softer than the outside of a gusher. And they're about the same size, but I can literally chew. Okay. Did you ever have the chew it twice and it's going down the hatchet. Oh, that's nice. So it's not like I was gonna ask if it's like the Gatorade soft chew, those, I feel like you have to chew a little more.

No, and I think that's why I like these is 'cause you literally can like do like chomp, chomp, chomp, and then it's, and then you're good. You're golden.

ng right now is because I've [:

By the time you listen to this, I will have already ran my half marathon. I started training the end of August, couldn't even run three miles without wanting to like keel over. Like it was brutal. And I was like, there's no way that I'm gonna be able to successfully run a half marathon. I have shaved about two minutes off my mile time, even with like longer distances.

And let me tell you the confidence boost that this has given me. Is insane. It is crazy what four months of consistently doing something can do, and I don't think I'm gonna continue like super long runs, but like three to six miles, we're feeling good and so. That's what I'm playing with. I am enjoying it.

ind of fun now that I'm like [:

And again, it's your words, so it's a lot to be what you want. But I think the, the enjoyable part of running, quote unquote, 'cause it's still effort is like the flow state and then the feeling of accomplishment of like, wow, my body could do that. And I think that's cool. And if you ever decide you don't like it anymore, that's also fine.

And then we'll stop. Yeah. But yeah, I mean it's, it's enjoyable for now. I am, I am not dreading the race at all. Like I am so excited for the half marathon. The weather's also gonna be perfect. And yeah, it's gonna be, it's just gonna be a good time. So enjoying that, that you're gonna. I am obsessing over new year planning, which we're obviously talking about today.

h some friends at the end of [:

Anyway, large book, but my friend who was reading it was like, have you seen the 2019 little women movie? And I said, no, I haven't. She goes, oh, it's a really good movie to watch going into the new year. And so naturally I rented it. I was a little skeptical of it, but naturally I rented the movie. I am obsessed with this movie.

t little women is about four [:

And these women are writing and performing and doing these things that are not expected of them, like running their household while their dad is at war. And Greta Gerwig, who directed the Barbie movie, is the director for this rendition of Little Woman.

Like, it's just good. It's just like empowering and yeah. So I'm obsessed with it. I now own it. So whenever I come visit you, that should be my obsession. I'm coming to visit you How we not talked about that. Okay. I figured we were gonna get there because I'm gonna talk about polar bear lane for my obsession, so, okay, great.

own. I am recommending snail [:

I don't wanna do like a big hoopla gift, but I wanna mail people birthday cards. So I spent last year collecting everybody's. Birthdays as they came up. I wrote it down in a note section of my phone, and this year is the year of actually mailing birthday cards. So snail mail, highly recommend. I also just like the holiday season, I loved unknowingly returning home and having cards to open.

Like that was so fun for me during the holiday season. I was like, let's keep this up all year round. I love that too. And I wanna set intentions around snam as well. I love that you. A recommending. I'm taking that recommendation. I'm gonna do it. Love it. And then I am talking shop about YouTube. Well, I tried to start a YouTube channel last year with the eating expedition.

rgan Sinclair Designs and do [:

I think I'm much better and I'm more engaging whenever I'm talking versus someone reading something that I wrote. Not to say that I'm gonna try to blog to. I just like, I'm in this era of loving long form content, but I made my first YouTube video last week and it was so much freaking fun. It was all about my ideal schedule.

It was great. And so I'm gonna keep talking about it as we experiment with this. Amazing. I love it. I started watching your video and it was top notch. Oh, thanks. And that is my report. Tell us about your report. All right. My report, so reading, I initially wrote not reading shit. I just haven't felt like picking up too much of a book.

[:

That's the first book. That's the easiest way to say it. So Onyx Storm is the fourth book of the fourth wing series, whatever. I've been reading that book for like two years now. I just, I'm in like the first 20 pages. It's fine. I will read it eventually. I love the others. I've also got Madrigals, Spanish Madrigals.

ly. Yeah. It is a great like [:

And then I have some half read books on my Kindle. I have the house on Mango Street, the Spanish version that I've been reading for like a year. I'm also reading The mini retirement book, oh. It's called Retire Often.

It's great. Highly recommend. It's great if you're considering taking a sabbatical. Um, I'm just a fan of the author's work and it's nice to be reminded of like, you can do these things many times in your career, but all of these books, I just like read a couple pages and then I fall asleep. That's the season that I'm in.

I think probably 'cause I'm spending so much time outside and like. Doing things, I just don't have as much downtime before bed, . So I'm cool with it. I did just start reading the book, the Good Enough Life, which by the title I'm like, oof. This book was made for me. My husband's, brother, one of his brothers was reading it and left it here for me when they came to visit.

he's a sweetie peti, so he's [:

So I'm reading it, I'm getting through it, I'm savoring it. It's good. That's where I'm at with reading, eating my favorite breakfast on repeat. Right now we're staying at this place. I'll talk about it because I'm obsessed with it, but there's a waffle maker. And it's like one of those old ones from the freaking nineties and two thousands.

So I've been making waffles and bacon and fruit, that combo like the waffle with the butter and then the maple syrup, and then the bacon on top, and a bite of that fucking delicious, favorite breakfast. It slaps every single time, obsessed, but it's my eating. Please continue to be obsessed with that for like two more weeks so we can have that while I'm there.

hile you're here. Playing. I [:

We're skiing up, skiing down once. Really fun. I love it. It's just such a nice way to be out in nature and like do something physical and I finally feel like I am in a flow state with skiing, not you feel like you're decent at it. Yeah. Yeah, I was gonna say decent. And I'm like, no, I just told Morgan, don't say decent.

out like sports and activity [:

Better and you find your flow state. So I've really been flow skating with skiing and I'm also running, I have been running, I did my half in October and I'm gearing up to maybe train for another half soon. I know in it's funny how quickly we can change our mind. So I think maybe I said in our last episode that for when we were talking about our Q4 recap and our Q1 projections, that I wanna run a half in a marathon, but I think I'm gonna settle on three halves this year just to like keep building my foundation of running because I am really enjoying it and I'm also so excited that my hamstring injury is healed.

. Um, I'm also obsessed with [:

People know who actor is, right. That's my husband actor. Yeah. It's also weird to say husband, but it's also awesome. Anyway, Hector and I rented a house in Winter Park. Well it's in Frazier, which is like 15 minutes from the ski resort and it's on Polar Bear Lane, which I didn't realize how cute it was until I was telling you about it.

And you're like, polar Bear lane, are you kidding me? And I was like, oh my God, you're right. It's so cute. And it is truly magical. We are in this neighborhood where it's just a few houses, a shit ton of trees, a bunch of snow. It's like this house that was built in the nineties, so it's very outdated and just like Woody and there's a fireplace and cozy, like for example, there's the waffle maker I talked about earlier.

n a place that's not my home [:

It's just I thrive when I go into different places, and so I'm just really enjoying it. Like we had our first week here. Actor siblings came to visit. It was so fun. We skied, we played games, we did puzzles, we watched a lot of movies and I just, I love a ski house. I love a go out and play all day in the snow and then come home and cook dinner, relax.

It's like amazing. So I am obsessed and we're probably gonna do this every year where we rent a house. And we have, actually for the last three years we did, in Sandy, Utah, which was like 40 minutes from five different resorts. Then we did. What was the name of the place? It was near Aspen, but we did that with actors family, which was nice.

my newly closet after. It's [:

And so I reactivated my newly and yeah, had a bunch of things in my polar bear lane closet that I got to rent. Morgan sent me that screenshot and I was like, you are so extra in the best way. I love this. It makes me laugh so hard. I tried to tone it down. I tried to like find practical down things that were also cute, but I was like, Hannah knows me.

She's just gonna have to accept the fact that I'm going to use any excuse to dress cute when it's winter. I am obsessed with you. I think you're hilarious, and I love it. And you are just like, like I said, extra in the best way. And anybody who knows you, knows that and loves that about you, like it is a key.

found some real cute clothes.[:

Okay. Recommending, I am recommending unring and building in more buffer time than you need, which is. Gonna be talked about more when we actually get into the episode. This is our long ass report. 'cause it's been a while since we've done one. We haven't talked in so long. I'm, I know. At least I'm also Yeah, we've gotta catch up.

I'm also recommending putting your phone in black and white if you don't know how to do this. Tell me and I will send you a screenshot, a screen recording of how to do it. It changed my life. It makes things way less addicting. Makes Instagram way more boring. I only turn it on to like, look at pictures or like look at maps when I'm trying to find a place to eat it.

It's great. I don't dunno how to do this. Don't wanna be, you're gonna have to tell me how to do this. Okay. I'm intrigued. Okay. I will. I mean, just as a short little thing for anybody listening, if you have an iPhone, pull out your iPhone, swipe down to where the menu comes up, and then there's the little, the little guy.

It's like disability [:

It's like color black and white, I think.

We'll figure it out after we Maybe colors. Yes. Yes. But anyway, you go through one of those, I think it's the top one. It says like colors inverted or like, and it changes it to black and white. I can't see your screen. You and I will figure out your phone later. Anyway, highly recommend. It is great, especially if you find yourself picking up your phone and just scrolling through Instagram.

Shop, I am talking about the [:

We love New Year Energy over here.

We love fresh starts, we love new quarters. We love anything that we can look forward to, to have a reset because it allows us to be more intentional with the time leading up to that reset. It is the beginning of a new year and we are talking about our words of the year, phrases of the year,

ins and outs that we have for:

If you're feeling a little bit unsettled, like I have been [00:24:00] sort of avoiding the New Year energy, even though I love it when I'm in it. We're gonna give you some ideas and some things that you can take like word of the year, phrase of the year, doing some ins and outs with some different categories to give yourself a little bit of reflection and intentional thinking time so that you can sort of ease in too.

Something that I've been doing, and I think that you've been doing too for the last couple of years, is setting an intention for the year through having like a word of the year or a phrase of the year. I think last year I had both. It felt really good to have both of them.

This year as well. I always find it to be a little tricky, and I think maybe this is why I like having both of them because one of them feels a little more relevant for my personal life and one of them feels a little bit more relevant for my life as an entrepreneur. I think they can both go hand in hand, but it's kind of nice to have the separation and the distinction a little bit as well.

Okay, interesting. [:

I don't know. Nancy, you, we probably have a podcast episode where we talked about this, but I, as you were talking about that I did remember my word of 2025. It just took me a minute. Yeah, so just to normalize with you all, if you're like, I had a word and then I forgot it. This is the year where we're gonna remember our words and phrases.

ep. I'm gonna text it to you [:

I think I still traveled a lot, but it was like I took five trips, six trips in the state of Texas. I only had two international trips and it was Mexico City both times. And so like that feels less than what I am used to doing. So I feel like overall that was a pretty good word of the year. That is a good word.

financial goals I wanna meet [:

So that felt good. Hell yeah. If I'm remembering correctly, I think my word of 2025 was space, which led to taking Wednesdays off, giving myself a lot of reflective time, having less meetings, and I feel like I did live by that and it did give me peace. So that's nice.

year, so that might have been:

I think it's still, [00:28:00] it's true, like I just, I love doing things like if I am questioning whether or not I should do something, I'm like, you know what? Do it for the plot. I think that's an excellent way to live your life anyway, of just like, yes. Yeah. Which kind of goes into like our phrases of the year, but before we dive into all of that, tell us about your word of the year for 2026.

ng New Year stuff. My word of:

How [00:29:00] much rushing and being late and hurrying, and it just makes me feel so overstimulated and dysregulated, and that's when I become a person. I don't wanna be like, I can become very ungrounded. I can become snippy, I can become unpleasant and reactive, and I don't wanna do that. So. My word is unr. I'm gonna unr.

It doesn't mean that things aren't a priority or that I can't work fast or hard, it just means that I'm gonna build in buffer time. Like one silly little example. And I think it's just silly because I'm an outdoor girly and wearing makeup is not practical. But I bought some like new blush and mascara and one of those eye things that make your eyelashes curly, I don't know what they're called.

m-hmm. And like, look at me. [:

Yeah. See, that's the trick. So natural, so great. Effortless, but it was, was effort in unring so that I didn't just like roll in after skiing, not make my delicious breakfast and open my computer. I'm like, Nope. I can take the time, make my breakfast, make fresh coffee. Go to the bathroom and actually do a little makeup, wash my face and then get on the computer.

take it. What's your word for:

Present. Present and presence. Oh my God. I was wondering why you wrote present twice,

they're not all technically [:

So present, we have present, which is my intention of becoming a better presenter. I as literally as I said that with my uppe. I wanna stop ending my sentences on the up. We gotta go back down because I'm not questioning everything. I'm making a statement. And so I asked chat GPT to give me exercises to do in the morning to stop saying, um, and to retrain my brain to take a half step down when [00:32:00] I'm finishing a sentence versus finishing it on the up and up.

I'm like, do I finish on the up and up? I think I do. And now we're both gonna be like trying to Correct. We're we're we. Pause it in advance for the cadence of the rest of this episode. There was a girl who I saw on TikTok and she was talking about something and I was really engaged with what she was saying, and then naturally go to the comment section to see.

What other people are saying about it. And the comment section was roasting her on her up speak. And I was like, you know what? Screw all of y'all. But also I need to fix that about myself because I don't wanna be roasted on the internet and the chance, you know what? We've made it four years of podcasting and no one has called me out on it.

y conversational where we're [:

How you do when you're talking with a friend or a colleague or someone. It's not That's what I'm trying to stop. I'm trying to, we're trying to be like confident, like end it with the downstroke, not an upstroke unless it's an actual question, and then I'll end it with an upstroke. Uh, my brain hurts. I know.

Anyway, so that's my present. So we have present, present, and then we have presence, which is primarily related to my online presence. I have decided that this year. You know, I think about marketing every year with my business. I haven't done a ton of intentional marketing outside of having a website, talking on a podcast, things that are just naturally ingrained into my life.

have to offer. I just wanna [:

Oof. I love that. And to me, that's how marketing always, I don't wanna, should, should be. No, but it should be. Yeah, and, and I've always thought this, that, and I know you and I, for example, we do this by offering our quarterly business webinars where we're like, we wanna be helpful. We wanna pack this full of value.

We're gonna tell you Accountability club is here, but if it's not for you, that's okay. Like take this CEU and run with it. I hope you enjoyed this and like it helps you in your business because if you're gonna put that much effort into something like you hope that it's just gonna help at minimum. And then the quote unquote best case scenario, if someone's like, I wanna be in your aura, then they're like coming into your aura.

word of the year. Shout out [:

Well, I wonder if the present part of like being present, I mean that I feel like you're good at in your personal life. I am two. I am actually quite good at that. Professionally, not so much.

year. What is your phrase of:

And I, I told Hailey, I was like, I'm borrowing this. So my phrase of the year is, you know what? Hell yeah. Because it just kind of speaks to the importance of not planning everything out and having a bit of spontaneity in your life, and when someone gives you like a bid for connection or an opportunity to do something, I wanna be open to that, even if it inconveniences me because for so long, and I can even speak to 2025 as part of my space.

self. Other stuff overwhelms [:

So I wanna have an attitude this year where I'm like, you know what? Hell yeah. What if I don't get to bed on time? So what? Like I'm gonna say yes to this thing my friend is doing, or, oh, I don't know anybody at this event. What if I just go anyway? It's fine. You know what? Hell yeah, I'm gonna do it. I love it.

e too. What is your phrase of:

And then she gave you a prompt and you're supposed to reflect on it. And you know, there is a really good opportunity that this is gonna feed [00:38:00] some delusions in my life. And I'm gonna have to be like slightly careful with it because I feel like I already, like, I'm such a dreamer as it is, but. I feel like I need something to help me challenge black and white thinking, view things from a different perspective and get better at being able to hold multiple viewpoints at once or multiple challenges at once.

was gave my BFF chat, GPT. My:

Thoughtful. What if questions? Well, and also it's giving you an opportunity to think about your phrase of the year every single week. So you are sure as shit, not gonna forget it this year. Correct. And if anyone is curious, my phrase that I am reflecting on this week is.

Okay, but what if I don't need to explain myself to be understood?

ity? I was just about to say [:

Like you're not supposed to just have a capped answer. You're supposed to think about like what that brings up or what that has you think about or like where your brain goes. So I love that you're kinda meditating on it and that's why we're giving each of them a week. That way I can kind of revisit it every morning and see if anything else has like come into my brain from having it kind of tucked away for the week.

If you lead a group practice, one of the hardest parts isn't setting caseload expectations. It's supporting accountability in a way that's transparent and actually sustainable. That's why we've partnered with Practice Vital. Practice Vital connects to your EHR and gives you clear visibility into caseloads, cancellations, and utilization across your team.

using WI at checkout. You'll [:

Let's talk about our business ins and outs. Ugh, let's do it. We've got four categories that we're talking about. The first one is our business ins and outs as entrepreneurs. Morgan, kick it off before we dive too far into this. Hannah emphasized this, but these are our business ins and outs. If we share an in or an out that you're like, but I was gonna do that or, but I wasn't gonna do that.

ryone else is doing. Preach. [:

Okay. My third in finding a therapist for high achieving women that can hold the duality and the tension of entrepreneurship and being a human. Okay. Question. Yeah. Why therapy and not a coach. That's a great question. I feel like at the end of the day, being an entrepreneur impacts my personal life more.

n entrepreneurial. But they, [:

Cool. My out as an entrepreneur is overcommitting to projects, and my second out as an entrepreneur is saying the word. Um, I really don't feel like you say, um, that much. And I talk to you all the time. I've, I've been, I've. Thought through this and have been intentional with it for a couple years now.

There are still some ums that slip through and it is usually whenever I'm starting a sentence, which drives me bonkers. I think if it came in the middle of a sentence, it would be a different story. But I hate starting sentences with, um. So we're just gonna, we're gonna nip it in the bud. We're gonna get rid of it because I am so over it.

dcast episodes after they've [:

Like it's, it would be fine and maybe preferred to just have space to think about what you're gonna say. Like silence. Yeah. Like I don't need to be filling. The space in between thoughts with the word. Um, I just need there to be space. Yeah. I do know the word, um, in Spanish. It's Este. Don't even tell me that.

Spanish. Okay. But listen, I [:

That's fair. So we're in saying more Este. Este. Okay. What is in for 2026 for me as an entrepreneur in being present in my current project and enjoying them. That's it. I feel like, I feel like the enjoying them was very intentional. Yes, yes. I'm gonna have fun in more speaking engagements.

I'm ready to talk again. I have my first one coming up in February. And I'm sort of gonna be lurking in spaces outside of the eating disorder space to see what kind of opportunities there are. Talking about entrepreneurship, business, money, all that jazz, because I just don't see a lot in our space.

Anyone can correct me [:

And as a leader, it feels important to be able to see them most of the time, especially since this year. I have some plans to be a little bit virtual. So I wanna make sure that I get to connect even if it's just once a week for an hour as a group. And that feels good to re-engage in that way. And we're also focusing on company culture like we always are, and that part of that is engagement.

the buffer time in the world [:

That's right. And I understand sometimes you have to, but if I don't have to, I'm not gonna valid.

are in for me financially in:

My second in is I'm going to finally open a business credit card. I have [00:48:00] been putting this off for so long, out of fear of credit card debt, and I'm feeling really good and sustainable with business finances right now where I know that I will have enough to pay for my. Monthly expenses or yearly expenses and it just makes more sense to put it on a credit card and get some points.

're doing that and my out for:

I love that for you. I, okay. I've got lots of ins and outs for finances for financially. No one's surprised. No one's surprised. One is surprised. I love this shit. Okay. In. Yeah, knowing what is enough and remembering the law of diminishing returns. So this is kind of stemming from I know exactly how much I'm gonna get paid this year.

laid out that you can arrive [:

So that's in and I recommend. Also in maxing out all tax efficient retirement accounts. Again, that is my HSA, my Roth, my 401k. Those are all the tax efficient ones. In talking to my friends about money, I know that's kind of personal, but a lot of my friends are also colleagues. So let's talk also in a no by quarter.

So we're gonna drop a lot of money on travel this year and. I have everything I need and I wanna have an intentional quarter of not buying stuff, because at this point it would just be because I want it. And I feel like delayed gratification is good to experience sometimes. So I'm having a no by quarter.

at that is happening monthly [:

And the thoughts of what if I lose my income X, Y, z, like all very valid thoughts that a lot of people have. And I, I'm saying it's out worrying about that all the time because it, if you're doing everything that's in your control, like doing the work, providing value, if that changes, there was nothing you could do.

th when we're recording. [:

Numbers can be good to No end is not good. Yes, the same numbers over and over when they always result the same. Mm-hmm. Don't need to do it. Category three is marketing. I have two very simple ones for marketing. My in is long form content. I am trying out a new system. I actually started in Q4 of last year where I create long form content, AKA, my whole piece of bread, and then.

If I ever get inspired or have a creative itch to do shorter form content such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, things like that, I will not have to recreate the wheel. I will just pull little pieces of breadcrumbs from my long form content, AKA, the whole piece of bread, and then my out for marketing is waiting for the quote unquote right moment.

out things. I feel like with [:

So my, I have two ins and one out for marketing. My In is setting Better Marketing KPIs with my team. I'm not doing any of the marketing for Nourished, and I've been coaching our leadership team on how to go about this, but I think we're kind of at the point where they just need a tangible, like here's how many meetings to have.

ically. You and I have plans [:

I wanna start sending out more newsletters, kind of just spread the word about this. Awesome. Like the accountability Club and our podcast are both really. Great. And it brings us so much joy and we know it brings people joy who are involved with it, and we just wanna find a few more peeps that would really benefit from this.

And so I wanna be consistent with marketing and actually make a strategic plan and execute it this year and see what that can turn into for we, maybe it doesn't do shit, but at least I'll learn. And so I'm, I'm here for it. It's in and what is out for me, is social media.

e, it's so much energy and I [:

But here we are. Social media is still out for me. In category number four, which is growth for me, my in is bite-sized progress. I think half marathon training has definitely factored into this in, and it's kind of seeped into professional as well, is not expecting a really big outcome when I'm putting in the bare minimum let's do consistent steps forward to find that bite-size progress. I think that's, that's a key to business and sustainability. I'm like, yes, yes, yes. My out for growth is waiting for augmentations to do it all. I am so notorious for having these grand ideas specifically related to my template shop, where I was like, I need a [00:56:00] whole uninterrupted week to get this done.

I'm over that. I'm not waiting for an uninterrupted week. I'm finding time within my week to do it. And then my other out for growth is being fearful of rocking the boat. I, uh. Have control over lots of things. There's a lot of things in my business that are very calculated and very perfected, and I, uh, feel like there are also areas that I'm playing it small out of fear of rocking the boat and making mistakes and having to learn from 'em.

So we're gonna challenge that this year. It's out and for growth for me, what is in is growing at a sustainable pace full of intentionality and not. Just because out is scaling, just to scale, like we're hiring one more dietician this year. That's the most dieticians we're gonna have. And then we're gonna hire one to three therapists, depending on intern, pre-license, license, and whoever's values aligned.

so good to be in this place [:

So good. We hope this was reflective for you as well. We would love to hear what your word of the year is, what your phrase of the year is. If you have any ins and outs, if they match any that we've got going on over here, let us know. We love the community that this podcast has created. We wanna hear from you, and more than anything, we just hope that you are feeling good and grounded and ready for another year of entrepreneurship. [00:58:00]
