Shownotes

Our June theme is Keeping Time.

A rather strange sensation to arise during 2020 / 2021 (strange in that it feels somehow comforting that so many people are experiencing this feeling) is our changing awareness of time. How we are feeling the concept of “time” in often radically different ways now than we previously understood it. This month is about exploring our relationship to time through various lenses, such as its elastic nature (“too much” or “too little”), the feeling that we are left behind or out of sync, and how we listen to the insight of slow.

This week's session :

This week is "The Elasticity of Time" - how we have the ability to shift our perception of how we feel about time in any moment. We can do this consciously/willingly, such as allowing enjoyable moments to linger or unpleasant moments to go faster. We may also do this unconsciously or even as a response to a traumatic situation. Knowing this very human perceptual quality that we all have when it comes to time, how does this alter your beliefs about the boundaries of time in your day?
