About the Guest:
Judy Hamilton
Are you being the real you or the you someone else thinks you should be?
Hi, I’m Judy…
You probably know the power of believing in yourself and many say if we just believe hard enough then we can change ourselves and the world. Well, this is true at one level but if you don’t know who you are or have a skewed view of yourself then this model falls apart.
The reality is that we will act according to our views of who we truly are—whether these views are accurate or not.
So, if you find yourself in that never-ending loop of living out others’ expectations, second-guessing yourself, running fast but feeling like you’re getting nowhere, then having a clear picture of who you are might be the thing that is missing.
I’ve been where you are, I know the feeling….this was my journey but now I have a solid foundation.
Judy has always had a passion to build into people, she has experience as a teacher, a tutor, a leader, in project management - organizing teams and individuals. Judy has a particular passion for empowering women and has effectively accomplished this as a coach, facilitator, and mentor and ultimately led to her establishing her own coaching business.
This diversity of roles has provided Judy with experience, expertise, and opportunities to engage with and impact individuals at foundational levels which have resulted in life-impacting change.
