Welcome to 100 days of Happy - 100 ways to include Happy practices in your life.

These are short podcast episodes - aiming for between 7 - 10 minutes where I explore was to build positivity and energy into your day.

With the fear and discord that is present and building in the world, I invite you to help me lift the energy of planet by starting with you and Choosing Happy for a few minutes each day.

Day 2 -The Happy Release

Today I invite you to release all you've been holding on to and that's being holding on to you. To release anything that is foreign to you and replace it with light and your own lost energy and a smile.

This is the step two in a 5 step 'reset' exercise that I practice every morning. I bring it together as a full, longer exercise on day 6.

Community and Connection

My belief is that we win when we are compassionate, connecting and communicating unconditionally. When we are building a community of like-minded souls supporting each other through the dark days.

Be kind to those around you. They are living their own version of reality. If you want to be in conflict ensure it's aimed in the right direction. Be the example, by rejecting separation and embracing all, no matter where they are on their journey. Be the light, the example others want to follow.

So let's get started.

I'm Heather masters, and this is the choosing happy podcast.

Hello, and welcome to the happy release.

Speaker:

Let's get writing cause they want to make these recordings as short as possible.

Speaker:

Yesterday.

Speaker:

We started with the happy, relax.

Speaker:

This is a layering process.

Speaker:

There are five steps to this.

Speaker:

So in this one, it's the happy release.

Speaker:

And we're going to start off where we started yesterday.

Speaker:

Again, please don't do this.

Speaker:

If you're driving, you really need to be able to focus on your

Speaker:

body and focus on your energy when you're doing these exercises.

Speaker:

So let's begin.

Speaker:

Find a comfortable place to sit.

Speaker:

Just shuffle around, make yourself comfortable.

Speaker:

Make sure your energy centers are lined up and open.

Speaker:

So you're not folded arms across legs.

Speaker:

You have your feet on the floor if possible.

Speaker:

And then just close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Speaker:

And then release.

Speaker:

And take your awareness to your breath as you breathe in.

Speaker:

Um, And then release.

Speaker:

And one last time breathing.

Speaker:

And then

Speaker:

Release.

Speaker:

Now once you to, uh, mention.

Speaker:

That you've completed.

Speaker:

The relax.

Speaker:

So you.

Speaker:

All relaxed throughout your body.

Speaker:

For this exercise, just imagine.

Speaker:

Uh, Ray of light from sauce, just flowing through your body from the

Speaker:

top, all the way down into the ground.

Speaker:

And is it just so it relaxes every part of your body and we're

Speaker:

going to do this fairly quickly.

Speaker:

You can pause this and take longer if you want, but just for this recording.

Speaker:

Let's do that quite quickly now.

Speaker:

So it's flowing from your face.

Speaker:

Daniel neck.

Speaker:

Mousing over your shoulders, releasing all of that tension.

Speaker:

Relax.

Speaker:

Relax.

Speaker:

Relax.

Speaker:

All the way down your size.

Speaker:

And to your knees.

Speaker:

Dan to you costs and into the ground.

Speaker:

Oh, swearing that relaxed position.

Speaker:

And we're aware of our body and very present.

Speaker:

Let's imagine.

Speaker:

That you're attaching a rope and you can choose what type of rope this is.

Speaker:

I like to make them colorful.

Speaker:

So my rope at the moment is purple and white.

Speaker:

It's combination of different colored ropes.

Speaker:

And I touch it to my tailbone.

Speaker:

And then these are, and has a hook and it's a really long rope and I'm

Speaker:

going to throw it and imagine it's going down deep into the earth,

Speaker:

deep into the core of the earth and hooking into the center of the earth.

Speaker:

And I'm going to give an imaginary tug to make sure it can't move.

Speaker:

And this is the happy release.

Speaker:

So, what we're going to do is just scan our bodies.

Speaker:

And as we scan our bodies, We're just going to request that

Speaker:

anything that is present that is.

Speaker:

Outside of me that is foreign to me, foreign to my body for

Speaker:

foreign to my energy field.

Speaker:

Is released into the center of the earth and back into the universe.

Speaker:

Anything that might be a limiting belief, a limiting thought.

Speaker:

Uh, limiting pattern.

Speaker:

As I scan through my body and scan through my aura, my energy field.

Speaker:

And releasing anything that is not there for my highest good.

Speaker:

I only want what's for my highest good.

Speaker:

To remain.

Speaker:

So if there's something foreign.

Speaker:

And.

Speaker:

Against my highest goods.

Speaker:

I want to let it go now.

Speaker:

I want to imagine that the clumps of whatever it is.

Speaker:

S flowing and melting through my body and down.

Speaker:

Into this cord and into the center of the us.

Speaker:

And just take a moment to do that.

Speaker:

Go really deep into.

Speaker:

The cells of your body.

Speaker:

So any potential illness.

Speaker:

You're releasing that now, any potential foreign body you're releasing that now.

Speaker:

You really see any.

Speaker:

Potential for an energies.

Speaker:

That might be in your field.

Speaker:

And release those into the center of the earth.

Speaker:

And as you release that,

Speaker:

I want you now to.

Speaker:

Think about a happy sun above your head.

Speaker:

So really happy sun.

Speaker:

And it wants to go out and collect all the parts of you.

Speaker:

All the energy that has left your body and is yours all the soul parts.

Speaker:

If you like that have left your body and are ready to come back.

Speaker:

I want you to instruct this happy son to go collect the energetic

Speaker:

parts of you that have left and to wash them like it's a washing

Speaker:

machine and bring them back to you.

Speaker:

And watch that happy sun with a smiling face.

Speaker:

Disappear off while you continue to release.

Speaker:

And as you release, imagine a golden light of happiness, pure joy.

Speaker:

Flowing into your body and helping to push all of the foreign.

Speaker:

Intruders.

Speaker:

Out of your energy field, out of your belief system, out of your

Speaker:

thoughts, patterns, push them all.

Speaker:

Out and down this called into the center of the earth.

Speaker:

So that all you're left with is a feeling of.

Speaker:

And joy.

Speaker:

Being here today in this melons present with life itself.

Speaker:

And just allow that now.

Speaker:

And the final part of this exercise in terms of releasing.

Speaker:

Is to cuts any energetic cause any imaginary chords and he

Speaker:

twines, uh, ropes on knots that you feel are attached to you.

Speaker:

I want you to cut them all.

Speaker:

Anyone who's been pestering you or who's been constantly on your

Speaker:

mind and you want to release them.

Speaker:

Cut the cord.

Speaker:

Between you and then just cut those imaginary chords, take huge pair

Speaker:

of happy scissors and those cars sending them away with loving lights.

Speaker:

And just releasing yourself.

Speaker:

From any of those courts.

Speaker:

And by now, your son should have come back and it should be above

Speaker:

your head on your crown chakra.

Speaker:

And just imagine that your.

Speaker:

Tapping your crown chakra to open it up and asking that happy

Speaker:

son to release all of that.

Speaker:

Really good.

Speaker:

Healthy energy that's being regenerated.

Speaker:

And that wants to return to you.

Speaker:

This is a, your energy.

Speaker:

Your.

Speaker:

Last parts that have come back to return and to integrate with here.

Speaker:

Just imagine that flowing down right to your feet.

Speaker:

And filling you up, filling you up through your legs, through

Speaker:

your knees, through your size.

Speaker:

Moving into your body.

Speaker:

Filling up and through your chest to every organ and every cell.

Speaker:

Into all the spaces in your body.

Speaker:

Into the nanoparticles.

Speaker:

And in between.

Speaker:

And.

Speaker:

C flowing into your arms and out of your fingertips, into your aura.

Speaker:

And through up to your neck, into your head out of your ears,

Speaker:

out of your nostrils and eyes and flowing into your aura.

Speaker:

So it's filling up your energy field.

Speaker:

And just.

Speaker:

Putting happy and a genetic.

Speaker:

Renewed energy into you.

Speaker:

All of these last parts are integrating into every cell in

Speaker:

every energy particle around you.

Speaker:

That is yours.

Speaker:

Just imagine.

Speaker:

Gold.

Speaker:

Wonderful.

Speaker:

Happy light.

Speaker:

Surrounding you.

Speaker:

Embracing you.

Speaker:

And you can sit with that for awhile.

Speaker:

Sank your son.

Speaker:

You're happy sun.

Speaker:

And allow it to leave.

Speaker:

Imagine your crown chakra closing.

Speaker:

Transcribing...

Speaker:

And if you've cleared everything, you feel you need to clear.

Speaker:

Ask the rope to close.

Speaker:

You can leave it there.

Speaker:

You don't have to detach it and ask it to release anything that

Speaker:

comes to you during the day.

Speaker:

And you can sit beside a while and just feel the happiness and

Speaker:

the joy and feel the release.

Speaker:

You've let go of so much today.

Speaker:

And when you're ready.

Speaker:

Here's come back to the room.

Speaker:

And open your eyes.

Speaker:

Tomorrow we move on with step three.

Speaker:

And I look forward to seeing you, then I'm having masses.
