Prior to our bookclub meeting, a group of bookclub members spent the weekend at the actual site of the Mountain Meadows Massacre and learned a lot about the events from our guide, co author of “Vengence is Mine: The Mountain Meadows Massacre and Its Aftermath,” the wonderful Barbara Brown.  

These insights from the site, and other impressions gained from reading a variety of materials on the Mountain Meadows Massacre, made this a fascinating and important discussion that I’m sure our listeners will find as meaningful as we all did.
