About Our Guest:

Gwenda Lambert is an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist who helps people navigate their emotional landscape as they move through grief and loss.

Gwenda provides online sessions one on one and group support programs for anyone experiencing grief.  Gwenda also offers a program called Helping Children with Loss for parents or individuals who want to be able to support young ones as they learn to process their emotional expression. By the time Gwenda was 21 years old, she had experienced the death of 17 people in her life.  She kept herself very busy and experienced tremendous successes in her career until a physical injury coupled with post traumatic stress forced her to give it all up.

The Grief Recovery Method helped Gwenda to unpack all her grief and rewire her nervous system in order to feel more whole and complete.

Be sure to connect with Gwenda!  Visit her website for more information on upcoming sessions starting in April.
