Shownotes

The desire to lead clients through your group coaching program is usually met with attempting to do so in the most non-invasive way possible.

Make sure everyone is happy. Don’t make a client mad. Give all of the group program participants tons of freedom.

That doesn’t always end well though and it leads to more frustration, pressure, and stress on your part. As well as very uncomfortable conversations with clients that could have been avoided.

You’re going to love this episode because I break down clear steps to harness your power as a group program leader and provide you with quite a few examples I have a feeling you’ll find deeply relevant.

16:40 - 3 mistakes group leaders make

19:17 - what happens when you don't enforce/uphold your power

25:21 - an example of losing control in your group

28:53 - rules of engagement are essential

33:00 - 3 goals to take into considering with your group
