I love this quote by Brene Brown; “The definition of vulnerability is uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure. But vulnerability is not weakness; it's our most accurate measure of courage” As leaders in our life when we access our vulnerability we connect to empathy, courage, authenticity and open up possibilities, it’s a super power 100%

We are going to take on the value of vulnerability this month on the podcast and I am really excited about it.  

Before we dive in I want to share some changes that we are making through the end of the year with the podcast.  We are moving from a weekly format to a bi-weekly format so that there is more time to implement all the tips, strategies, and practices that we share.  I am excited about this change and trust you will be too.  Episodes will drop every other Monday right into your libraries so if you are not yet subscribed wherever you listen to your podcasts, do it and you will never miss an episode.
