Umami Friends is the creation of Andrew Jack, a private chef hailing from Wisconsin. Combining his culinary passion with a love for board and card games, Andy crafted this unique game to celebrate his passion for cooking. Inspired by his experiences in the kitchen and his love for competitive strategy games, Andy set out to design a game where players feel the same satisfaction from cooking up clever strategies as they would creating a carefully crafted meal.
