Isaiah 30:31 (NKJV) -- For through the voice of the Lord Assyria will be beaten down, as He strikes with the rod.

Psalm 29:3-4 (NKJV) -- The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of glory thunders; the Lord is over many waters. The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.

Psalm 110:2 (NKJV) -- The Lord shall send the rod of your strength out of Zion (i.e., the people of God). Rule in the midst of your enemies!
