John 3:16:
For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. When you really think about it: This, in itself, is God’s character and desire revealed in one picture. It is the reason why we were created in his image. It is the reason why God has prepared a new home for us. It is the reason why our hearts beat and why we have breath in our bodies. It is how others will know who we follow and to whom we belong.

One of our #fhcTAKEAWAYS from this message asked: … Love has been defined as a "readiness to serve." How can this definition be enlarged as you mingle with the people in your community? Personally, I find that when I look back on situations that really make me happy and satisfy my soul with peace and contentment, they almost always have the same component: giving. Giving of time, talent, treasure, kind words, the all feel good and all make me feel loved for doing my best to love someone else. How do you measure love?
