Shownotes

In this episode of Power Hour, Carlie Terradez shares a powerful lesson from the School of Supernatural Healing on how to destroy the lie of fear. Fear is one of the enemy’s greatest tools to keep people bound in torment, sickness, and unbelief—but God has given us His perfect love, His peace, and His Word to break fear’s hold.

Carlie teaches how fear and faith operate in opposite directions, how fear can become a destructive habit, and how the love of God drives out torment and restores confidence in His promises. You’ll be encouraged to renew your mind, silence the lies of the enemy, and stand in the truth that healing, peace, and freedom belong to you through Jesus.

If fear has been trying to control your thoughts, your body, or your future, this message will help you identify it, reject it, and walk in the freedom God has for you.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

So that was last week.

Speaker A:

Many of you.

Speaker A:

We saw many of our partners this past weekend in Phoenix at our Abundant Life event.

Speaker A:

And man, we had a great turnout for that.

Speaker A:

It was awesome.

Speaker A:

We saw lots and lots of people baptized in the Holy Spirit.

Speaker A:

Lots and lots of testimonies of healing.

Speaker A:

It was absolutely just, just off the chain.

Speaker A:

And we had people that were set free after literally decades of pain or immobility.

Speaker A:

And, and so that's really exciting to see.

Speaker A:

And we had them testifying.

Speaker A:

So I want to encourage you, our team has got all the footage from that event and they're going to make that into little video clips and stuff to be able to share those powerful testimonies with you.

Speaker A:

So if you gave a testimony at the Cure at a Cure, if you gave a testimony at Abundant Life just recently in Phoenix, be looking out for your testimony because we're going to get those out there.

Speaker A:

And we will be having another Abundant Life event in Orlando the 6th and 7th of February.

Speaker A:

So make sure you join us for that.

Speaker A:

We've got a lot of upcoming events.

Speaker A:

Actually.

Speaker A:

Let me let you know what's going on on Saturday.

Speaker A:

This Saturday, I'm going to be teaching at Legacy Chapel's Ladies Tea.

Speaker A:

I've not done a ladies Tea before, so that'd be fun.

Speaker A:

At Legacy Chapel.

Speaker A:

That's in Denver.

Speaker A:

Then we head over to Orlando for the event and.

Speaker A:

And then Ash is going to be speaking there at Nations Church in Orlando on the 8th.

Speaker A:

Through that week, we're going to be teaching at the CFAN School of Ministry.

Speaker A:

And then on the 15th, we're going to be at Grace Life Church in Wildwood, Florida.

Speaker A:

Grace Life Church in Wildwood, Florida.

Speaker A:

And then we're back here in Denver for Wealth Builders.

Speaker A:

And then we head off on our international travel.

Speaker A:

So that's just a few of the things that are coming up.

Speaker A:

February is an extremely busy month, so you will see us out and about in all the different places.

Speaker A:

Who do we have on here?

Speaker A:

Simi isn't on here from Trinidad and Tobago.

Speaker A:

That's awesome.

Speaker A:

I see.

Speaker A:

Hello family watching from Nigeria.

Speaker A:

Love it.

Speaker A:

Love it.

Speaker A:

Nigeria's also been to Lagos.

Speaker A:

At Jacksonville, Florida.

Speaker A:

That's Melissa in Jacksonville, Florida.

Speaker A:

Joan is in Colorado.

Speaker A:

Come on.

Speaker A:

Representing Colorado.

Speaker A:

I'm not the only one on here from Colorado.

Speaker A:

That's good to know.

Speaker A:

Sometimes you get some locals as well.

Speaker A:

They wouldn't know that because it's live stream.

Speaker A:

I guess it doesn't really matter as much.

Speaker A:

But that's some of the things that we're up to in the, in the coming month and then our international travels.

Speaker A:

They're going to take us all over the world.

Speaker A:

I think last year we actually went around the world like three times or something like A third of the way to the moon they said.

Speaker A:

So we're going to be going to Hong Kong, we're going to go into Manila, Philippines, we're going to go into Gold Coast, Australia, Brisbane and then over to Auckland, New Zealand.

Speaker A:

Man, we're going to be getting going everywhere.

Speaker A:

So we'll catch some of you Australians and New Zealand's hopefully.

Speaker A:

That'll be awesome.

Speaker A:

Who else have we got on here?

Speaker A:

Prayers from St. Louis, South Africa.

Speaker A:

Someone's just saying hi to Ashley's dad.

Speaker A:

He's pretty awesome actually.

Speaker A:

Speaker A:

Hi Ashley's dad.

Speaker A:

I love her.

Speaker A:

People chit chat.

Speaker A:

Well, today we're going to be getting into lesson 44 and if you want to get the notes from these lessons that we're going through, you can be, you can do that by becoming a Power Academy student.

Speaker A:

Power Academy is our tuition free online Bible school and all you need is an email to sign up and the team will put a link in the comments so that you can follow that.

Speaker A:

You can also get to it from our from our website@terrydes.com but Power Academy is a free Bible school paid for by the partners.

Speaker A:

It really is an amazing tool and if you want to find these specific notes you need to go to Healing Module 1, Lesson 44 and then you'll be able to get the notes.

Speaker A:

It's a PDF, you can download it or you can read along.

Speaker A:

You can read along with me.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

But I'm going to be going through that today and then we're going to be praying for your prayer request.

Speaker A:

So hold on.

Speaker A:

This is going to be awesome.

Speaker A:

Okay, well let's take a moment and just pray.

Speaker A:

Father God, I thank you for this time that we have together.

Speaker A:

Thank you for the word that you set aside for us, the word that you sent to heal our bodies and restore our souls.

Speaker A:

Lord, we love you and we can't wait to hear everything that you have for us today.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name, Amen.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

Well, get your Bibles out.

Speaker A:

We're going to get right into this teaching today and we're going to be talking today about destroying the lie of fear.

Speaker A:

Now fear is something the scripture says it creates a lifetime of bondage.

Speaker A:

And you know, I want to read this scripture to you before we get into this.

Speaker A:

This is in 1st John 4:18 and it says there is no fear in love.

Speaker A:

But perfect love casts out fear because fear involves torment.

Speaker A:

But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.

Speaker A:

We love him because he first loved us.

Speaker A:

So that's really important.

Speaker A:

There is no fear in love.

Speaker A:

But perfect love casts out fear.

Speaker A:

Now that actually gives you one of the antidotes to fear and condemnation right there.

Speaker A:

But it also describes a little bit about what fear, fear looks like.

Speaker A:

Now, there are different words for fear in the scriptures.

Speaker A:

The word fear here is involving torment, right?

Speaker A:

And really what.

Speaker A:

This is where we get the word terrorist from or torment.

Speaker A:

It's this, it's the same kind of root to it.

Speaker A:

It's just an organized form of terror.

Speaker A:

Fear is an organized form of terror that our modern world would call a terrorist.

Speaker A:

But that's where it comes from.

Speaker A:

And the enemy organizes really demonic influences and circumstances to create fear, fear in people, to, to as a way of torment and bondage.

Speaker A:

It's a way to really keep people captive.

Speaker A:

And you know, the, it says the perfect love of God casts out all fear.

Speaker A:

You see, fear and faith are really polar opposites.

Speaker A:

But one thing that fear does is it chips, chips, chips, chips very subtly away at our ability to trust in God.

Speaker A:

And it does that by producing in us that seed of doubt.

Speaker A:

That question very.

Speaker A:

The very same thing that we see in Genesis chapter three.

Speaker A:

You know, fear didn't enter into the scriptures until Genesis chapter three.

Speaker A:

That was the fall at which Adam and Eve ate of the tree in the garden.

Speaker A:

And they shouldn't have done.

Speaker A:

The moment that they did that, it says that they, you know, they, they knew that they were naked, their eyes became open, they, they became.

Speaker A:

And they were afraid.

Speaker A:

They were afraid.

Speaker A:

That is the first incidence of fear that you see in the scripture.

Speaker A:

God did not create a world for fear to exist in it.

Speaker A:

Fear was something that mankind created when they took the trust and the confidence that they should have had in God, in the word of God, and put it in the lie of the serpent.

Speaker A:

And the minute they misplaced their faith, their trust and confidence in the enemy, in the light, in the, in the lie of the serpent, the snake that fit faith misplaced became fear.

Speaker A:

Fear entered in.

Speaker A:

It was a manipulation of faith.

Speaker A:

And this is one of the ways the enemy, you know, gets us to buy in.

Speaker A:

He needs us to be afraid of him.

Speaker A:

He has no power of his own.

Speaker A:

He's defeated.

Speaker A:

We read that last week and Jesus saw him fall like Satan, like lightning from, from heaven.

Speaker A:

He was defeated.

Speaker A:

But, you know, he still roams around the earth looking for whom he may devour.

Speaker A:

And he's looking for unsuspecting people that will buy into his lies, that will receive the condemnation that he's out there peddling and put more trust in what he's doing.

Speaker A:

Than more than they do in the word of God.

Speaker A:

And you know, you could say that faith is the currency of the kingdom of God.

Speaker A:

Well, fear is the currency of the plans of the enemy, the kingdom of darkness.

Speaker A:

It's the complete polar opposite.

Speaker A:

But very, very slowly, very, very subtly through those same kind of questioning.

Speaker A:

The questioning that the serpent had when he interacted with Eve is the same kind of subtle, sneaky doubting questioning that he, he lays before us to see if we, we have an appetite for it.

Speaker A:

And he needs us to listen to him, to give him a listening ear and to tune in and to really absorb it because he know he, he can't do anything, he doesn't have any power of himself unless he, unless he's able to work through people.

Speaker A:

So fear is, is sneaky and it's subtle because it is a characteristic of the enemy.

Speaker A:

And we can see that characteristic on full display right there in Genesis chapter three.

Speaker A:

But it chips away our ability to trust God by, by doubting.

Speaker A:

Did God really say?

Speaker A:

Those are the questions that the serpent came to Eve with.

Speaker A:

Did God really say?

Speaker A:

Did God really say?

Speaker A:

And because she wasn't there when God gave Adam the instructions in the garden, she had a secondhand account of really what, what was going on.

Speaker A:

So you know what it's like when you don't hear something firsthand, you hear a secondhand something.

Speaker A:

We call it hearsay.

Speaker A:

You know, in a court of law, hearsay is not even permissible as a testimony on the witness sound because that person wasn't there.

Speaker A:

They just heard from somebody else that maybe thought they was there or saw something that she was not an eyewitness account.

Speaker A:

And so there's room in there for, you know, misinterpretation.

Speaker A:

There's room in there for doubt, there's room in there for manipulation.

Speaker A:

This is why it's really, really important that we have a first hand relationship with God, not a secondhand one on the, off the back of somebody else's faith.

Speaker A:

You know, if you're, if you're hoping to get to heaven because of somebody else's faith, you're sadly mistaken.

Speaker A:

We have to have a first hand relationship with Jesus Christ.

Speaker A:

It can't be like our mum's savior or our Auntie Flo's savior.

Speaker A:

He has to be our savior.

Speaker A:

We have to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in order for us to be saved and have an experience, eternal life, but also authority over the enemy, authority over the fear he peddles and the condemnation he dishes out.

Speaker A:

We have to have a firsthand eyewitness account of, of our relationship with him.

Speaker A:

Because when we do, when we have that closeness, that intimacy with Jesus, there's no room for the lies of the enemy to circumvent that, to get in between us.

Speaker A:

And so doubt, or so fear, or so unbelief.

Speaker A:

Super important.

Speaker A:

But it says here, if you're just joining us, we're reading here in First John 4:18, and we're going through destroying the lie of fear.

Speaker A:

It says, there is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.

Speaker A:

This is talking about the.

Speaker A:

The more that we allow the Lord to love us, the more of his love that we receive from him, the closer that we draw to him, the less room there is in our hearts for that fear and that doubt and that anxiety and that torment to stay.

Speaker A:

Literally, as we get filled and refilled with the love of God on a consistent basis, those lies of the enemy have no room to stand day.

Speaker A:

It's almost like if you had a cup.

Speaker A:

I've got a mug here of water.

Speaker A:

And if I, if I kept filling that cup with water until it got to the top, you can see the water level there until it got to the top.

Speaker A:

Eventually, you know what, I'm not going to move away.

Speaker A:

So it's good that water is going to bubble up and it's going to overflow, overflow, overflow.

Speaker A:

That's like the love of God.

Speaker A:

When we stay in the presence of the Lord, our cup gets full to overflowing.

Speaker A:

But when we pull back, come away from that, away from the, the faucet, the, the tap, the, the, the source, when we pull back, we actually withdraw ourselves.

Speaker A:

God doesn't withdraw from us, but sometimes we withdraw our hearts, you know, that flow stops and, and slowly, if nothing else, you know, if we don't do anything else, if we're not moving forward in our relationship with the Lord, you know what's going to happen to that water?

Speaker A:

It's going to go stagnant and eventually it will evaporate.

Speaker A:

It doesn't leak out, the cup sealed.

Speaker A:

We don't leak the love of God.

Speaker A:

But that relationship gets stagnant and evaporates until it's left with this huge cavity again, which the enemy, if we're not careful, if we don't fill it with the love of God, I'm telling you, he'll come fill it with fear, lies and deceit every single time.

Speaker A:

He is waiting for it.

Speaker A:

It's absolutely waiting for it.

Speaker A:

So when we have fear in our lives, we could say we haven't fully understood in a complete way the love that God has for us, because if we did, fear wouldn't be resident in our lives to the degree that it may be.

Speaker A:

It is.

Speaker A:

You know, and I'm not basing this off just Carleology here.

Speaker A:

I'm basing this off this scripture right here.

Speaker A:

There is no fear in love.

Speaker A:

The love of God has no fear in it.

Speaker A:

Now people will say, well, Carly, you know, one of the words for fear in the scripture is reverence.

Speaker A:

Yes, but that's not the word that's used here.

Speaker A:

This word is talking about torment.

Speaker A:

When we see the fear that the enemy brings, it's never about reverence.

Speaker A:

It's always about the bringing torment.

Speaker A:

So this love here, there is no fear in the love of God, no torment in the love of God, because his perfect love cast that out.

Speaker A:

God's love and the fear of the enemy are not going to be cohabitating in your cup, right?

Speaker A:

That's not going to happen.

Speaker A:

Now when we look at fear, fear comes in all shapes and sizes and packages.

Speaker A:

And this is why one of the.

Speaker A:

I'm just gonna hold this up here because I like the.

Speaker A:

I like the subtitle on this book.

Speaker A:

We're doing a giveaway on this, by the way.

Speaker A:

If you want to share the live stream, you'll be entered into win one of these.

Speaker A:

But this is Fearless, my book on fearless.

Speaker A:

And the subtitle is Breaking the Habit of Fear.

Speaker A:

Do you see that?

Speaker A:

And that is because fear becomes habitual.

Speaker A:

It's very subtle, it sneaks in.

Speaker A:

But if it's, you know, and it might sneak in through illogical things, you know, know, irrational things.

Speaker A:

Many fears are illogical or irrational.

Speaker A:

You know, I used to be really terrified of escalators.

Speaker A:

And this became a problem.

Speaker A:

You know, where I lived in the.

Speaker A:

In the.

Speaker A:

In the small town that I lived in, there wasn't really any need on a daily basis to go up or down an escalator there shopping.

Speaker A:

We didn't even have a, you know, a big shopping mall or anything with escalators.

Speaker A:

It wasn't a big need.

Speaker A:

So I could avoid them.

Speaker A:

Now that, that fear of escalators.

Speaker A:

I didn't wake up one day and just, you know, decide to be afraid of escalators.

Speaker A:

It was based upon our experience that I had as a child.

Speaker A:

I remember being five years old, being in a big department store and I was playing on around the top of the escalator.

Speaker A:

My mum was looking at clothes and different stuff and she told us, you know, stay away from the escalators.

Speaker A:

But there was something while she was distracted looking at something else.

Speaker A:

You know, I was watching the handle of that escalator, and I was just fascinated how the rubber handle go all the way around and then down, almost like it was.

Speaker A:

It was being swallowed up.

Speaker A:

I was.

Speaker A:

I was fascinated watching the handle come out one way and go through and going another way, wondering what happened to, where did it disappear to?

Speaker A:

And I placed my hand on the handrail at the top of that escalator and watched my hand be pulled by the.

Speaker A:

By the motion of the escalator all the way down until I didn't realize that I was still gripping the handle of the escalator and it was pulling me down.

Speaker A:

And so I fell all the way from the top to the bottom down that metal, metal edge escalator.

Speaker A:

And I remember having lose kinds of cuts and bruises, and I wasn't seriously hurt or anything.

Speaker A:

But the fear of that, other than bumps and scrapes and bruises, really left a deeper impact on the inside of me to the point where when I was older and maybe went into London or something, and they have the big underground system and the tubes, and some of those are very, very deep.

Speaker A:

And you have to get multiple escalators.

Speaker A:

I would do anything I could to avoid going on an escalator.

Speaker A:

It made my palms sweat.

Speaker A:

It literally made me like I thought I was going to pass out.

Speaker A:

Made my head spin.

Speaker A:

I had so much fear internalized.

Speaker A:

Because that fear, even though I was a grown adult now, it was based on a trauma that happened long, long ago.

Speaker A:

See, some fears are irrational.

Speaker A:

They're not based on anything.

Speaker A:

They just come out of nowhere.

Speaker A:

But some are based on previous experiences now, you know, fear is not logical.

Speaker A:

I could have said to myself, you know, I'm a grown adult now.

Speaker A:

I know better than to, you know, let the escalator handle pull me down, down the steps.

Speaker A:

I know how to stand still and hold on properly.

Speaker A:

I'm not five years old anymore.

Speaker A:

But, you know, something on the inside of me, it attached itself to that fear to where it didn't matter that it was illogical or irrational.

Speaker A:

It was very real to me, and it had physical symptoms.

Speaker A:

And through my life, I learned to be afraid of things.

Speaker A:

You know, fear is actually.

Speaker A:

It's not necessarily a bad emotion.

Speaker A:

It's a response.

Speaker A:

It's a response to something.

Speaker A:

So, you know, when your kids are little, you got toddlers or grandchildren, you tell them, don't touch that, that's hot.

Speaker A:

Don't stick your finger in the plug outlet in the plug socket, it's dangerous.

Speaker A:

There's a measure of fear, like there will be a consequence.

Speaker A:

You don't want that child to have to experience the consequence of putting their hand in the fire to figure out what's hot or plugging their finger into the socket and get electrocuted to figure out that's not a good idea.

Speaker A:

You warn them.

Speaker A:

And those words carry a measure of fear as a deterrent because the consequences for, for that action would be far worse than the fear that's attached to those words of deterrent.

Speaker A:

So fear is natural in, in a sense as part of just being in this, this world.

Speaker A:

But so often we take that, our body internalizes that fear process and relies upon it.

Speaker A:

And instead of having our faith process developed, we over develop our fear processes.

Speaker A:

So no longer is that sense of fear there, that, that understanding, that discernment of danger there to keep us safe.

Speaker A:

Now it goes into overdrive.

Speaker A:

And even as adults, we can carry on irrational, illogical fears way beyond our childhood years, way beyond the end of the trauma of the event that happened to us, because our brain is still stuck in that cycle of fear responses.

Speaker A:

It's almost like this.

Speaker A:

Imagine living in a house and the burglar alarm goes off.

Speaker A:

And you know, if you're, if you're in a building and the alarm goes off, maybe it's the fire alarm or whatever, maybe it's a false alarm, but it is so piercingly loud.

Speaker A:

And then eventually, you know, problem, false alarm, whatever, you know, they turn, they turned that alarm off.

Speaker A:

Danger has passed.

Speaker A:

Hey everyone, you can go back to bed now.

Speaker A:

But imagine in your head, even though the alarm's been switched off and it's not making that horrible piercing noise anymore on the inside of your head, it didn't get switched off.

Speaker A:

And so your body is still responding to the sound of that five alarm fire.

Speaker A:

Even though there is no five alarm fire.

Speaker A:

This is what the enemy does.

Speaker A:

Through fear and torment.

Speaker A:

He gets us to buy into natural circumstances, things that have happened in the past and you know, traumas that we've been through, words from other people, opinions, reports from the doctor.

Speaker A:

And even though some of those things have passed, he keeps that five alarm fire going through the spirit of fear.

Speaker A:

And then we wonder why.

Speaker A:

Hang in a minute.

Speaker A:

It's really difficult to, to trust God.

Speaker A:

It's really difficult to even hear God.

Speaker A:

Because I'm so, I'm so in tune to hearing that fire alarm going off.

Speaker A:

I'm so in tune to hearing the lies of the enemy.

Speaker A:

I'm so in Tune to everything going wrong that I'm planning for things to go wrong, even that haven't gone wrong yet.

Speaker A:

That's fear based responses going off on the inside of you.

Speaker A:

This is a big deal and it becomes, it becomes a habit.

Speaker A:

And this book, if you've got a habit of fear, this book's really going to help you.

Speaker A:

But we can break that habit.

Speaker A:

You know, we were not designed to as creatures made in God's image to have even a capacity to fear.

Speaker A:

That's why it seems so tormenting for us.

Speaker A:

Because it's not actually part of your born again nature.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

The nature of God.

Speaker A:

It contains joy and love and peace.

Speaker A:

It doesn't contain fear and torment.

Speaker A:

Fear and torment can only reside in our soul.

Speaker A:

That's our unrenewed mind and in our flesh.

Speaker A:

So we, we can, we have something that we can do about that.

Speaker A:

Let's look, let's look at this scripture in Hebrews 2, verse 14.

Speaker A:

It says this in as much and it's verse 15.

Speaker A:

In as much as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, he himself likewise shared in the same that through the death, through Jesus death he might destroy him who had the power of death, that is the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all of their lifetime subject to bondage.

Speaker A:

See, the plan of the enemy is for you to be terrified your entire life.

Speaker A:

It's a lifetime of bondage.

Speaker A:

Jesus came to destroy death itself.

Speaker A:

Last week we talked about Jesus our destroyer.

Speaker A:

All of the things that Jesus came to destroy.

Speaker A:

He's our savior, he's our healer, he's our friend, he's our protector, he's our healer, all of those things.

Speaker A:

But he's also a destroyer of the works of the, the enemy.

Speaker A:

And this, you know, through his death, he destroyed death itself.

Speaker A:

You know they've done studies and there's so many different fears in the world, but they've realized that they all trace back to one root cause.

Speaker A:

You could call it the mother load of all fear.

Speaker A:

And that is the fear of death.

Speaker A:

You think about some of the different fears that people deal deal with.

Speaker A:

What about fear of, of lack?

Speaker A:

Well, if you really, if you really follow that thought, fear of lack, what does that mean?

Speaker A:

Does that mean I'm going to run out?

Speaker A:

There's not going to be enough, you know, I'm not going to be able to have enough money to provide shelter of, for my family.

Speaker A:

I'm not going to have enough money for, you know, to keep warm, to, to pay the utility bills.

Speaker A:

I'm not going to have enough money to, you know, put gas in the car, to get to work, to earn money, to buy food.

Speaker A:

All of that really.

Speaker A:

Is that coming down to our basic need for survival?

Speaker A:

I'm not going to be able to survive if I run out of material things.

Speaker A:

And if I.

Speaker A:

If I'm not going to be able to survive, I'm going to die.

Speaker A:

There it goes.

Speaker A:

We've traced the fear of lack all the way back to the fear of death.

Speaker A:

You could say.

Speaker A:

What about sickness, the fear of being sick, the fear of a sickness.

Speaker A:

You know, sickness and disease puts fear into people.

Speaker A:

Why does it put fear into people?

Speaker A:

Well, ultimately, because the ultimate end result of sickness and disease could be death, right?

Speaker A:

What about, what about loneliness?

Speaker A:

Know the.

Speaker A:

Or the fear of missing out of something.

Speaker A:

Why am I afraid of being lonely?

Speaker A:

Why am I afraid of missing out of something?

Speaker A:

Because I might miss out on something good.

Speaker A:

I might miss out an opportunity.

Speaker A:

I might have something taken from me.

Speaker A:

I might not have enough.

Speaker A:

I might have lack.

Speaker A:

I might not be able to survive.

Speaker A:

I might have death, right?

Speaker A:

You can trace all of these fears, irrational or otherwise, back to that mother load, which is the fear of death that underpins them all.

Speaker A:

And the thing I want to point out in this scripture is, you know, the devil had the power of death on this earth, but Jesus destroyed him.

Speaker A:

He destroyed him and the power of death along with that.

Speaker A:

Now we know that our earthly bodies are going to die at some point, right?

Speaker A:

They're mortal in this life, but our spirits are eternal.

Speaker A:

The power of death has been broken.

Speaker A:

The only place the enemy can afflict you is here on earth.

Speaker A:

It won't be in heaven.

Speaker A:

It won't be one.

Speaker A:

When we, when we pass on to, to be with Jesus in heaven.

Speaker A:

The only place that fear and condemnation has any effect is here on earth.

Speaker A:

Because that's the only place that the enemy has has license to operate right now.

Speaker A:

And it's for a short period of time.

Speaker A:

The death has lost its sting.

Speaker A:

So the enemy's play in this world is by using fear to keep us in bondage and his bondage.

Speaker A:

The assignment on that bondage, it says here, according to scripture, is a lifetime, right?

Speaker A:

It's a lifetime of bondage.

Speaker A:

That's his whole plan.

Speaker A:

But he's.

Speaker A:

But, but when we become believers, we know that we're going to get a new body and we're going to have.

Speaker A:

We have hope, we have a future.

Speaker A:

Everything that the enemy comes to destroy in this world on earth is irrelevant because we, for us as believers because we have eternal life.

Speaker A:

That's why we can have hope and know that we have a future even beyond this life.

Speaker A:

You know, it isn't.

Speaker A:

And thinking about this whole idea of the ultimate mother load of fear being death, it isn't necessarily even death itself for believers that they really struggle with because they know that they have this hope, they know that they have this eternal life.

Speaker A:

But the fear happens in the process of death.

Speaker A:

That's what really grips people.

Speaker A:

Is that going to hurt?

Speaker A:

Am I going to suffer?

Speaker A:

I don't want to feel that pain, right?

Speaker A:

That process of, of losing things, of losing control.

Speaker A:

It's that whole process that, that death is touching that really, really draws people in.

Speaker A:

But you know, here's the other thing about fear.

Speaker A:

Fear can motivate you.

Speaker A:

It's a motivator and it's a horrible motivator, but it is a motivator.

Speaker A:

And the reason it's a horrible motivator is because fear involves torment.

Speaker A:

So it might, you know, you can control people, people's behaviors and people's words and people's actions to a certain degree with fear.

Speaker A:

Like I gave that example of a toddler.

Speaker A:

You tell that toddler, no, don't do that, don't put your finger in that, an electrical socket or there's going to be a consequence.

Speaker A:

You use fear in your words, but, and it will motivate them to a certain degree.

Speaker A:

But it involves torment.

Speaker A:

And that's a problem because if we have to be motivated by fear, we're going to be subject to torment.

Speaker A:

And I want to give you an example of this, right?

Speaker A:

Fear can motivate us to go and seek help for a medical condition, right?

Speaker A:

Fear can motivate us to go on a diet to make some radical life changes.

Speaker A:

You know, because we realize if I carry on down this path, it's not going to be a good path for me, health wise or mentally.

Speaker A:

I'm going to have to make some changes because what I'm doing now isn't working.

Speaker A:

And these effects on my body are going to get worse and worse.

Speaker A:

So fear can motivate you to do, to make some positive changes.

Speaker A:

But the problem with that fear is it still involves torment.

Speaker A:

And if the, if the fear of death is propelling you to take action, ultimately the action is going to fail because it's based on torment rather than on love.

Speaker A:

So in, in relationship with God, sometimes people, their, their relationship with the Lord becomes much more ritualistic because they're afraid of, of the consequences of their actions.

Speaker A:

They're afraid of you know sin or they're afraid of making a mistake or they're afraid of God being angry with them.

Speaker A:

And so they'll, they'll ritualistically keep themselves very well behaved and you know, very far away from sin.

Speaker A:

But the problem with that, the other side of that is that that sin becomes alive on the inside of them.

Speaker A:

The law in the scripture says it's the law that makes sin come alive.

Speaker A:

I know, right, Just, it just sounds crazy.

Speaker A:

But when you have a law, when you have rules that you have to keep and there's consequences if those rules are broken and there's a fear based control, you live this life you keep by these rules or these, or you're going to have these consequences.

Speaker A:

There's a measure of fear that keeps people inside the lines, that keeps people in controlled boxes.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

But the problem is that, that, that, that strips those, when we're talking about being believers here.

Speaker A:

Well, that strips that believer of having any intimacy because now their relationship with Lord is based upon following rules, following the law.

Speaker A:

You now when you look in the Old Testament, the Old Testament before Jesus was all law.

Speaker A:

It was all law.

Speaker A:

And this before Jesus there was no other.

Speaker A:

There was no ultimate sacrifice for sin.

Speaker A:

So they had to keep the law to keep them from sin, from sin, and the power of the enemy from destroying them.

Speaker A:

So the law was there as a protection because there had not yet been a Savior.

Speaker A:

There was not yet a payment to permanently remove the stains of sin.

Speaker A:

So the best way to keep them as live as long as possible was to give him a box, rules to live in.

Speaker A:

But in those rules was a lot of fear, much more fear than there was intimacy.

Speaker A:

When you read the New Testament in light of Jesus, he's been the payment for all of our sin.

Speaker A:

Now we get to live in grace.

Speaker A:

Grace is your, your sin has been paid for.

Speaker A:

It's taken away the box.

Speaker A:

There's no boundary now between us having an intimate relationship with the Lord and because we don't have to fear the Lord.

Speaker A:

I'm not talking about the reverence of the Lord.

Speaker A:

I'm going to have to fear making mistake.

Speaker A:

We don't have to fear stepping into sin anymore.

Speaker A:

Grace is a freedom from sin.

Speaker A:

It's not a license to sin.

Speaker A:

There's a difference.

Speaker A:

So now when we read first John 4:18, there is no fear in love, but perfect love.

Speaker A:

Love casts out fear.

Speaker A:

We're coming back to hang on a minute.

Speaker A:

Jesus also destroyed the power of flesh, fear and torment because he paid for our sin.

Speaker A:

You know, we could not live in this place of perfect love, casting out all fear.

Speaker A:

If we didn't accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior in the first place, because otherwise we'd be back under the law, responsible for all, all of our actions and the consequences.

Speaker A:

But now we live in the age of grace, in the age of grace, because of Jesus, we get to live free from, from the effects of sin, free from these effects, the law, free from, from the effects of fear and torment.

Speaker A:

Because even if we make a mistake, even if we, you know, we do something and it's our own stupid fault, even if we, you know, we, we make an error and we have lack and it's our own doing, we can still trust God to supply.

Speaker A:

We can still trust God to heal us.

Speaker A:

We can still trust God that he's not going to draw away from us, but He's.

Speaker A:

He's right there with us.

Speaker A:

He's never going to leave us or forsake us.

Speaker A:

Man, there's a boldness here.

Speaker A:

And he says in the scriptures in Proverbs that the righteous are as bold as lions.

Speaker A:

Why?

Speaker A:

Because we're living in the light of everything that Jesus has done.

Speaker A:

He has broken you free from the bondage of fear.

Speaker A:

That the accusations and the condemnations of the enemy has no effect on us whatsoever.

Speaker A:

It has no power over us whatsoever.

Speaker A:

You see, here's the one, two punch of the enemy.

Speaker A:

I'm going to give you this example in the realm of healing, right?

Speaker A:

He makes you sick in the first place because he's the author of all sickness and all disease.

Speaker A:

But then he poops some condemnation knowing that it's his fault in the first place.

Speaker A:

Then he'll say, oh, but you know what?

Speaker A:

You kind of brought it on yourself.

Speaker A:

And if you're, if you're listening more to the lies of the enemy than the truth of God, of God and living, you know, allowing him to love you, you might buy into that.

Speaker A:

You might think, well, you know what?

Speaker A:

I, I didn't take care of my weight.

Speaker A:

You know, maybe I did bring it on myself.

Speaker A:

I did make some poor lifestyle choices.

Speaker A:

You know, maybe, maybe I did bring that on myself, right?

Speaker A:

He starts to heat condemnation.

Speaker A:

He caused it in the first place and now he's putting condemnation on you, making it seem like it's your fault when it's.

Speaker A:

He knows it's his fault all along.

Speaker A:

But when we, when we know the love of God, when we allow the love of God to, to, to just fill us up to overflow when we make a mistake, maybe we have made some bad choices.

Speaker A:

Maybe we have, you know, made some wrong decisions.

Speaker A:

Maybe we haven't had the healthiest lifestyle, but we can say, oh thank you Lord that your healing for my body is not dependent on me.

Speaker A:

I thank you Lord that your healing power is still available for me even in the light of my mistakes.

Speaker A:

I thank you Holy Spirit that you give me wisdom and ability to be able to change my lifestyle.

Speaker A:

That you give me self control to be able to resist the things that are bad for me.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord that you have freedom for me.

Speaker A:

You see the difference?

Speaker A:

We've shut the door to the lie of the enemy through fear and condemnation.

Speaker A:

And now we're open to receiving the healing from power from God.

Speaker A:

Because condemnation is not, is not layering over our heart saying I want to be healed, but really in the back of my mind I think it's my own fault.

Speaker A:

You see the difference there?

Speaker A:

Fear and, and condemnation have an assignment to keep you in bondage.

Speaker A:

They could be the very things that are affecting you from receiving your healing.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

So this is super important that we learn to break that cycle of condemnation.

Speaker A:

So how do we get to the point where we receive the life of God on the inside of us and make permanent life giving changes in our lives?

Speaker A:

This is why we here, right?

Speaker A:

Because we want to see permanent life giving changes and supernatural power in our life.

Speaker A:

Well, those changes, actions and thought patterns have to be motivated by faith rather than fear.

Speaker A:

So your motivation for receiving healing can't be because I'm afraid of death, can't be because I'm afraid of the pain, can't be because I'm afraid of being lonely, I'm afraid of losing my ability, I'm afraid of losing my hearing or my sight or my, you know, whatever or my job.

Speaker A:

Your M.O.

Speaker A:

If your motivation for receiving healing is based on a fear of losing something you already have, it's motivated by fear and not by faith.

Speaker A:

You're going to have a hard time receiving.

Speaker A:

You really are.

Speaker A:

So we change that around.

Speaker A:

And just like the words that the, the example I gave there for lifestyle, we can, we can start saying things like Lord, I thank you that your healing power is for me.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord that it is irrespective of my previous actions.

Speaker A:

It is irrespective of my ability to receive it or earn it.

Speaker A:

Thank you.

Speaker A:

Your healing power for me is just because you love me.

Speaker A:

There's nothing that I could do to earn it.

Speaker A:

There's nothing, there's nothing I need to do to receive it.

Speaker A:

I thank you Lord.

Speaker A:

It's free.

Speaker A:

It's for Me.

Speaker A:

Thank you, Lord.

Speaker A:

And you start magnifying God above the fear of death.

Speaker A:

You can rebuke those things.

Speaker A:

By the way, the fear of death has no place in my heart.

Speaker A:

I'm not afraid.

Speaker A:

You know, sometimes when our bodies need to hear out of our mouth, I'm not, I'm not afraid of pain right now.

Speaker A:

Pain.

Speaker A:

You have no power over me.

Speaker A:

Pain.

Speaker A:

I refuse to allow you to put fear on the inside of me.

Speaker A:

I do not fear pain.

Speaker A:

I do not fear whatever we can break with our words, the attachment of fear that symptoms has to it because there's a little hook there.

Speaker A:

And our heart will find ourselves being very divided if.

Speaker A:

Do not let your motivation for receiving healing be paced ultimately on the fear of death, Lord.

Speaker A:

Thank you.

Speaker A:

I want your.

Speaker A:

I want to receive healing in my body because it's your will and your will rules in my life.

Speaker A:

That's good enough.

Speaker A:

It's been provided.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

We don't have to say, lord, I want to receive salvation because I'm afraid of going to hell.

Speaker A:

No, we say, lord, I want to receive salvation because.

Speaker A:

Because I.

Speaker A:

Because you love me.

Speaker A:

Because.

Speaker A:

Because it, I mean, you know, it's.

Speaker A:

There's salvation is so good in itself.

Speaker A:

Self.

Speaker A:

We don't need the added motivation that we're going to escape hell.

Speaker A:

We just want to, we just want to know God and let him know us because he's so good and he's so awesome.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

So receive healing because of what Jesus has done for you, because it's the will of God for your life, not because you're afraid of the consequences of sickness.

Speaker A:

Yeah, we've got people saying that on here.

Speaker A:

I do not fear pain.

Speaker A:

Maybe in the comments you need to put some things in there that you, you refuse to be afraid of.

Speaker A:

I do.

Speaker A:

And make it like, no, I will not be in the future, but right now, today, I break the power of fear in my thought life.

Speaker A:

I break the power of fear in my physical flesh.

Speaker A:

I break the, the fear that is attached itself to me.

Speaker A:

You know, it doesn't take any more faith to heal a cold than it does a cancer.

Speaker A:

But this is why cancer digs in deeper than a cold does because it has more fear attached to it.

Speaker A:

Cancer has a, a prognosis that is worse than a cold.

Speaker A:

If you have a cold, you might think, well, in a couple of weeks I'll be free from this.

Speaker A:

Worst happens, you know, maybe three weeks if it's, if it's a really bad cold, okay, I can survive that long.

Speaker A:

You know, your brain starts to Logic it out and think, well, I can, I can live with that fear.

Speaker A:

The problem is if you live with the, with the prognosis of a cold cold, your body is learning to live with and tolerate the prognosis of a cancer.

Speaker A:

Your flesh doesn't know any difference.

Speaker A:

We have to break that lie, recognize those lies and break them because otherwise they attach themselves with an assignment.

Speaker A:

I will not be afraid of cold symptoms.

Speaker A:

I will not tolerate them in my body.

Speaker A:

I will not allow cold symptoms to torment me.

Speaker A:

Ultimately, that's what cold symptoms do, right?

Speaker A:

They, they bring torment.

Speaker A:

Do you want to, do you want to accept torment in your body?

Speaker A:

No one enjoys a cold.

Speaker A:

No one.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

But if we learn to live with and accept a cold in our body, we're learning, we're retraining our body to absorb and live in a place of torment.

Speaker A:

Maybe it's low level torment, but it's still torment.

Speaker A:

So that when more serious things might, you know, rear their ugly head and give you an opportunity, you already have a process for living with torment.

Speaker A:

This is why we got to, we got to hate sickness in the same way that we hate sin.

Speaker A:

I don't want to have anything to do with it.

Speaker A:

I don't want to allow any little symptom to creep in my body.

Speaker A:

Any little symptom that creeps in my body.

Speaker A:

I'm like, oh, you get out in the name of Jesus, man.

Speaker A:

We got to have that inner tenacity to not tolerate even when low level symptoms.

Speaker A:

Super important.

Speaker A:

So how do we get to the point of where we, we receive the life of God?

Speaker A:

Let's go back to this and make permanent life giving changes.

Speaker A:

Learning to address and, and identify negative thought patterns is a huge one.

Speaker A:

Because the more we identify and, and just disregard and rebuke negative thought patterns in our own life, the clearer we will start to hear the voice of God on the inside of us.

Speaker A:

The clearer God.

Speaker A:

It's not about God loving us more or God loving us less or us loving God more or us loving God less.

Speaker A:

Intimacy happens through connection, through the ability to hear somebody's voice.

Speaker A:

It's really huge.

Speaker A:

And so, you know, imagine trying to have a conversation with someone that you love very dearly.

Speaker A:

But you're sitting in a room and the fire alarm is going off, right?

Speaker A:

And it's piercingly, you know, you don't want to, you don't even want to hear what they're saying.

Speaker A:

You want to cover your ears.

Speaker A:

And you're not covering your ears to exclude them.

Speaker A:

You're covering your ears to Exclude the piercing noise of the fire alarm.

Speaker A:

But the effect is still the same.

Speaker A:

While you're covering your ears, you're shutting everything out.

Speaker A:

The fire alarm and the communication that's happening with, with the person that you so dearly love sitting next to you.

Speaker A:

But the more that we learn to identify, oh, there's a fire alarm going off.

Speaker A:

We shut the fire alarm off.

Speaker A:

Then we suddenly we can hear the person that we dearly love, our, our Savior, our Lord, the God's voice more clearly on the inside of us, right?

Speaker A:

So learning to turn off those negative voices, recognize what, when it's the enemy speaking or whether it's our own flesh or our own previous negative patterns of fear and condemnation.

Speaker A:

You know, we've got to change the record.

Speaker A:

Sometimes changing the record really helps.

Speaker A:

You know, don't let those old records play on the, on the in, in your soul, right?

Speaker A:

The ones that tell you that you know good and you can't win and you know it's, it's never going to change and it's, you know, under the circumstances, it's the best that you can expect and well, it's hereditary, you know, it runs in the family.

Speaker A:

You can change those records.

Speaker A:

It doesn't run in my family.

Speaker A:

You know, I've got the DNA of Jesus in my vein, in my veins.

Speaker A:

Hallelujah.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

I've been adopted into a brand new family.

Speaker A:

I don't, I don't know those genetic things that doesn't run in my family anymore.

Speaker A:

It stopped, it stops right here.

Speaker A:

You know, the, the best I can believe for is everything that God has for me, right?

Speaker A:

I know the plans God has for me.

Speaker A:

Their plans to prosper me for have a long life and an expected end.

Speaker A:

And you can start to change with your words those negative thought patterns and those records that kind of go around on repeat.

Speaker A:

And as we start to do that, we'll find ourselves going from a place of bondage to a place of freedom.

Speaker A:

You know, fear tolerated, this isn't, this is nothing.

Speaker A:

Fear tolerated becomes unbelief.

Speaker A:

This is a problem.

Speaker A:

If we learn to tolerate fear, it'll become a place of unbelief and it'll become extremely physically damaging.

Speaker A:

So this is another reason why you don't want to allow fear to remain in your life and condemnation to that pathway for torment to remain in your life.

Speaker A:

Because it's cutting deeper every time.

Speaker A:

Kind of like a trickle of water when it goes across a rock.

Speaker A:

You know, every time it flows, it cuts a little deeper.

Speaker A:

And that's what happens when we when we tolerate fear, when we tolerate fear or when we entertain fear, we.

Speaker A:

We taught our kids when they were little not to use fear as torment.

Speaker A:

We're not even going to make light of it.

Speaker A:

We're not going to watch scary movies.

Speaker A:

We're not going to do that.

Speaker A:

Because fear as entertainment is the lie of the enemy.

Speaker A:

To get you to a place where you start to tolerate fear or even you get a high, you get a buzz from it, it becomes addictive and it has physical effects.

Speaker A:

And I can prove this to you if you watch a scary movie.

Speaker A:

I don't recommend it.

Speaker A:

I.

Speaker A:

And you know, before I was saved, I used to watch horror movies at like 9 and 10 years old.

Speaker A:

He'd go around my friend's house, watch horror movies.

Speaker A:

You know, I'd listen to my parents watching horror movies downstairs because my bedroom was above the lounge and I could hear them, right?

Speaker A:

And it.

Speaker A:

I'd be laying in bed, I wasn't watching, but I could hear them.

Speaker A:

And that torment got on the inside of me.

Speaker A:

It's a doorway to the devil operating in your life.

Speaker A:

And as a child, I was full of sickness and, and disease.

Speaker A:

And yet we entertained fear as a whole, as a household.

Speaker A:

It was absolutely damaging.

Speaker A:

We didn't know, we were ignorant, but the effects were still the same.

Speaker A:

And, you know, you go and watch that scary movie, and then as you're watching that scary movie, you maybe you have a pillow or a cushion in front of you, and you, you know, you're peeking, you kind of like don't really want to look, so you're behind that cushion, you know, every now and again you peek up, you know, because, you know, it's almost like you want to protect yourself a little bit from what you're seeing.

Speaker A:

And logic will tell, you know, the people that you're watching, you know, they weren't really harmed in the making of that movie.

Speaker A:

You know, they're actors, they're probably quite well paid.

Speaker A:

I'm sure they went home, they took their makeup off and they had a regular dinner like everybody else.

Speaker A:

You know, the mad ax murderer didn't really chase him down, down the street.

Speaker A:

That was, that was all make believe.

Speaker A:

That's all Hollywood.

Speaker A:

But, you know, when you're watching it, your body doesn't know any different.

Speaker A:

And that's why it's trying to protect you.

Speaker A:

It's trying to urge you to, to step away, to.

Speaker A:

To look away, to hide your face.

Speaker A:

Because the effects of what you see and what you hear, even though it's supposed to be entertainment, it's affecting your body in a way that your body can't differentiate what is true and what is, what is false.

Speaker A:

And, and it has physical effects.

Speaker A:

Not only does it make your heart beat fast and it makes you want to pull away, but when you turn that television off and when you walk out from that scary movie at the theater, you, you know, you act a little differently.

Speaker A:

You act a little bit more jumpy, a little bit more suspicious.

Speaker A:

Maybe you turn your lights on in your house when you get home, when you check under the bed or you make sure you lock all your doors and windows and you look for the boogeyman, right?

Speaker A:

You know that you just watched a movie.

Speaker A:

But that, that, that adrenaline from that, that, that fear drug, it becomes addictive, is still on the inside of you.

Speaker A:

Never use fear as torment.

Speaker A:

It is cutting a pathway for the plans of the enemy and the torment that he has for you.

Speaker A:

You're exercising muscles in the realm of fear that you should be exercising in the realm of faith.

Speaker A:

If we want to receive from God everything that he has from us, we want to build ourselves up in our most holy faith.

Speaker A:

Not.

Speaker A:

And feed, not feed fear in our life.

Speaker A:

You know, whatever you want to grow in life, you want to feed, do things, watch things, listen to things that are going to feed your faith.

Speaker A:

Whatever things you want to kill, you starve out.

Speaker A:

Starve out fear.

Speaker A:

Stop using fear as entertainment.

Speaker A:

When those thoughts come, you know, that are condemnation and fear based.

Speaker A:

You know, allow the Holy Spirit to help you identify but the truth from the lie and replace lies with the truth.

Speaker A:

This is so important.

Speaker A:

This is a process.

Speaker A:

But through this process we start to destroy the fear of death in our life.

Speaker A:

So that when symptoms try to attack our body, we can say, I don't think so.

Speaker A:

Really.

Speaker A:

No, I'm not even entertaining that.

Speaker A:

I'm not even entertaining that symptom, that lump, that bump, that whatever that I'm looking at.

Speaker A:

You're nothing.

Speaker A:

I'm not afraid of you.

Speaker A:

I don't care how ugly you look, you know, I don't care what part of my body you want to.

Speaker A:

You, you have it, you know, aspirations for.

Speaker A:

You're not taking over.

Speaker A:

You don't get to control me through fear or anything else.

Speaker A:

I rebuke you in the name of Jesus, right?

Speaker A:

There's, there's a, there's you.

Speaker A:

And you've been feeding your faith on, on the truth so that there's no room there for a misunderstanding.

Speaker A:

You've got a first hand account of the love of God and that becomes so strong on the inside of you.

Speaker A:

Your cup's running over.

Speaker A:

With the love of God.

Speaker A:

There's no room for the allies of the enemy to fear doubt and unbelief to come and reside in your cup.

Speaker A:

You're done.

Speaker A:

You're full up.

Speaker A:

There's no room.

Speaker A:

Those things might come to you, those symptoms might appear, but they cannot stay.

Speaker A:

Those symptoms will stop.

Speaker A:

Being able to put down roots because you've, you've, you've exercised this process of weeding out the doubt and unbelief and fear before it even takes root.

Speaker A:

Really, really powerful.

Speaker A:

This, what we're talking about here really is a lifestyle of, of health and wholeness.

Speaker A:

This book here, breaking the habit of here, I'm giving this away today to people that share the live stream.

Speaker A:

But share, if you share the live stream, it'd be entered into win either this one or digital copy.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

But this talks about how to learn to identify the truth.

Speaker A:

And when we know, once we know the truth, we can easily identify a lie and rebuke it and move, move away from it.

Speaker A:

It'll start to break the habit of fear.

Speaker A:

It'll start to break that cycle of condemnation.

Speaker A:

Now, and I'll give you the scripture here.

Speaker A:

This is really important.

Speaker A:

This is an Isaiah 26, verse 3.

Speaker A:

It says, you keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed upon you because he trusts in you.

Speaker A:

His mind is stayed upon you.

Speaker A:

You keep him in perfect peace.

Speaker A:

Perfect peace.

Speaker A:

Peace is an antidote to fear.

Speaker A:

You cannot be in peace and in fear at the same time.

Speaker A:

Because peace is a, is a characteristic of faith.

Speaker A:

It's a characteristic of faith.

Speaker A:

And the more we keep our mind stayed upon the things of God rather than all the distractions of the enemy, you know, we'll be, we'll find ourselves kept in perfect peace.

Speaker A:

That word peace actually is the Hebrew word for shalom.

Speaker A:

And healing is part of shalom, right?

Speaker A:

Healing is, you could say you keep him in perfect health whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you.

Speaker A:

He's, I mean, perfect.

Speaker A:

You could put protection, friendship, favor, all of those things are in there.

Speaker A:

You could replace that word peace with any of the means of shalom and they'll apply to you when we keep our mind stayed upon him.

Speaker A:

You know, I had a man one time actually was.

Speaker A:

I've just come back from Phoenix.

Speaker A:

It wasn't this time, but it was in Phoenix, Arizona.

Speaker A:

And he came to a conference that we were having and you know, he was absolutely just terrified.

Speaker A:

We could tell, tell, tell by looking at him.

Speaker A:

You could see that that fear on his face.

Speaker A:

And he was afraid of his wife dying.

Speaker A:

She was crippled.

Speaker A:

She was in too sick to come to the meeting.

Speaker A:

She was in a hotel room somewhere.

Speaker A:

And he said, would you pray for me that when I go back to the hotel room and lay hands on her, she might be healed.

Speaker A:

And you know, the first thing that the Holy Spirit had me do was.

Speaker A:

Was rebuke fear over this man and, and simply are.

Speaker A:

And just, just rebuke fear and commander, the peace that surpasses all understanding to fill his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Speaker A:

And as we, as I did that, hey, his countenance started to change that you could see that fear lift off him.

Speaker A:

Peace descended upon him.

Speaker A:

Remember, we have peace as the fruit of our spirit.

Speaker A:

You know, it's not alien to us.

Speaker A:

We have peace on the inside of us, even in the middle of all chaos.

Speaker A:

And you know that as that peace started to fill his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, you know, then I laid my hands on him and I prayed for, you know, prayed, anointed him to.

Speaker A:

With.

Speaker A:

For healing.

Speaker A:

And off he went.

Speaker A:

And then later that, that evening I saw him again.

Speaker A:

He came back to the meeting, this was in the morning.

Speaker A:

And he said to me, I need to introduce you to someone.

Speaker A:

And he introduced me to his wife.

Speaker A:

I'm like, it's really nice to meet you.

Speaker A:

And he says, no, you don't understand the whole story.

Speaker A:

She was crippled, she was bedridden, she was dying.

Speaker A:

And she was.

Speaker A:

She couldn't move out of the bed without me.

Speaker A:

So I just came down quickly to.

Speaker A:

To get prayer.

Speaker A:

I didn't want to leave her too long, but they see that something happened.

Speaker A:

The power of God hit her before I even got back to the hotel room.

Speaker A:

The power of God hit her in her hotel room.

Speaker A:

And she felt every symptom in her body leave her body.

Speaker A:

And now she's up, she's not crippled anymore, she's moving.

Speaker A:

She was in full mobility.

Speaker A:

She was up and showered and, and getting dressed.

Speaker A:

When he got back into, when he got back into the hotel room, man, I didn't even know God could do stuff like that.

Speaker A:

But what that showed me was the, the power when the moment that we broke fear off that, that healing that it was almost like it had been dammed up, held behind a dam.

Speaker A:

You see this, this the relationship that they had between a husband and wife was so close, but the.

Speaker A:

He was so afraid of his wife dying that.

Speaker A:

So that even though she wanted to believe God and she wanted to step out in faith, his fear was Holding a bond.

Speaker A:

In bondage, you see fear, sympathy.

Speaker A:

I say this sympathy will kill you.

Speaker A:

Sympathy will kill you.

Speaker A:

Sometimes we have people around us that are so afraid that even though as an individual you might want to believe God, you might want to step out in faith in some area, their fear becomes so toxic, it literally holds back that healing power from manifesting in a person's body.

Speaker A:

And that's what had happened with that man.

Speaker A:

But the moment that fear, fear was gone.

Speaker A:

That power was able to flow through that woman supernaturally and she was instantaneously restored.

Speaker A:

One of the most powerful things that testimonies I've heard and I didn't actually see it eye to eye.

Speaker A:

I wasn't in that hotel room.

Speaker A:

I heard it from, from those two first hand witnesses.

Speaker A:

Hugely powerful.

Speaker A:

So, so important.

Speaker A:

And that's how you break that power of fear.

Speaker A:

You, you don't, don't even tolerate it.

Speaker A:

Don't let it, don't let it take up room on the inside of you for, for a moment, for a heartbeat.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

For a heartbeat.

Speaker A:

So the antidote of fear.

Speaker A:

Let's talk about this for a moment.

Speaker A:

You know, the antidote of fear isn't just stop being afraid.

Speaker A:

You know, because one of the things that fear does is it paints a picture of the worst possible scenario on the inside of you.

Speaker A:

You know, it goes from 0 to 100.

Speaker A:

And even the things that haven't happened yet, your brain will connect all the dots and it will start telling you how the worst is going to happen.

Speaker A:

You'll start being afraid and worrying for things that haven't even happened might never happen.

Speaker A:

That is what fear does.

Speaker A:

So just deciding not to fear isn't, isn't the whole thing.

Speaker A:

We can't just stop it, right?

Speaker A:

There needs to be a mind renewal that happens.

Speaker A:

Let's go back to that scripture that we started out this teaching today.

Speaker A:

First John 4:18.

Speaker A:

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear because fear involves torment.

Speaker A:

But he who fears have not been made perfect in love, we love him because he first loved us.

Speaker A:

So your ability to even love God comes from the fact that he loved you first.

Speaker A:

And rather than spending so much time focusing on the fear, the answer isn't in focusing on the fear, whatever we focus on becomes bigger.

Speaker A:

The answer is in focusing on the truth because it's the truth that's going to set us free.

Speaker A:

We don't have to try to love God more, right?

Speaker A:

We only have to accept and receive the love that he already has for us.

Speaker A:

This isn't a Feeling.

Speaker A:

This is a.

Speaker A:

This is faith.

Speaker A:

This is a choice.

Speaker A:

It's a choice to believe God's word.

Speaker A:

It's a choice to believe in and receive his love for you.

Speaker A:

So how do you, how do you break the.

Speaker A:

The torment of you say?

Speaker A:

I choose to believe.

Speaker A:

Who.

Speaker A:

What you.

Speaker A:

Who you say I am, Lord, I choose to believe that I'm loved by you.

Speaker A:

I. I thank you, Lord, that you love me.

Speaker A:

I believe that you love me.

Speaker A:

I believe I am loved by God.

Speaker A:

We need to start affirming the truth of God's word in our own heart.

Speaker A:

I thank you, Lord.

Speaker A:

I'm chosen.

Speaker A:

I thank you, Lord.

Speaker A:

I'm adopted.

Speaker A:

I'm blessed.

Speaker A:

You know, I, I thank you.

Speaker A:

Go through.

Speaker A:

We've got identity cards.

Speaker A:

I'm.

Speaker A:

I'm looking around because I'm trying to find one.

Speaker A:

I don't think I've got one in arms reach, but we have an identity card that's super, super powerful and it will go through and it'll affirm in you everything that God says about you.

Speaker A:

You know, you put your name at the top and then you read through the affirmations, the com.

Speaker A:

The confession card.

Speaker A:

So, team, what I'm going to ask our team to do, can you put the link in the comments for our viewers right now where they can get the identity confession card?

Speaker A:

The identity confession, it's really powerful and you can get this instantly.

Speaker A:

I know I've got people in Pakistan, I've got people in New Zealand, I've got people in Africa, I've got people in Europe.

Speaker A:

Everyone everywhere in the world is watching here.

Speaker A:

Okay?

Speaker A:

But on it, the beauty of a download is that you can get that confession card anywhere.

Speaker A:

So the team will put that link up and I'd encourage you, if fear is something that you're really struggling with, start with your identity, getting that established because that is the key.

Speaker A:

The more we focus on the love of God and his identity on the inside of us rather than on the fear itself, there won't be any room for that fear.

Speaker A:

Fear to manifest anymore.

Speaker A:

That's right.

Speaker A:

We.

Speaker A:

I believe I'm loved by God, says Joni.

Speaker A:

I show.

Speaker A:

I choose to believe you love me, Lord.

Speaker A:

Yeah, that's a powerful, Melissa.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

Absolutely powerful.

Speaker A:

There is the teams put that link up where you can copy and paste that link and save it for later or whatever, but you can get that confession card on there.

Speaker A:

You know, this isn't a feeling.

Speaker A:

It's a faith and it's a choice.

Speaker A:

I choose.

Speaker A:

Now, there's one scripture I want to leave you with before I pray for you.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

This is John:

Speaker A:

And it says this.

Speaker A:

I have told you these things so that in me you may have perfect peace and confidence in the world.

Speaker A:

You're going to have tribulation and trial and distress and frustration.

Speaker A:

But be of good cheer, take courage, be confident, be certain, undaunted.

Speaker A:

For I have overcome the world and I have depressed, deprived it of the power to harm you.

Speaker A:

And I've conquered it for you.

Speaker A:

Man.

Speaker A:

That's a powerful scripture.

Speaker A:

That is John:

Speaker A:

Man.

Speaker A:

Let us pray.

Speaker A:

Father God, I thank you that you have healing available for us today.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord, that you have deliverance available for us today.

Speaker A:

Lord, we choose to believe that you love us.

Speaker A:

We choose to receive the revelation of your love on the inside of us today in a new and fresh and explosive way.

Speaker A:

Holy Spirit, we just ask that you help us to have revelation from these words of truth that we have listened to, that we've heard, that we've received today and and apply it to our life.

Speaker A:

And right now we refuse to live in fear any longer.

Speaker A:

Holy Spirit, help us to identify areas of our life where we have developed a pattern of fear rather than faith, where we have allowed fear to cut a path of torment, torment in our, in our soul and in our physical body.

Speaker A:

Right now we repent of those really those wrong ways of thinking.

Speaker A:

We repent of those negative, listening to those lies of negativity.

Speaker A:

We're listening to those lies of condemnation.

Speaker A:

Lord, we repent of putting more trust, more confidence in the lies of the enemy than we did in the word of God.

Speaker A:

And right now we rebuke the offense effects of fear in our bodies.

Speaker A:

Well, I thank you Lord that you have not given us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Speaker A:

And we receive that right now in Jesus name.

Speaker A:

I thank you Lord that your perfect love is casting out fear on the inside of us.

Speaker A:

We will not live in fear.

Speaker A:

We will not tolerate fear.

Speaker A:

We will not allow fear.

Speaker A:

You have no power over us.

Speaker A:

Symptoms.

Speaker A:

You have no power over us anymore.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name negative doctors, reports, opinions of other people.

Speaker A:

Right now you have no power over us.

Speaker A:

We rebuke those and we we call, we command them to come to nothing.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord that your perfect love right now is casting out all sickness and all disease prayers from amongst our members in Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord that you sent your word and healed us.

Speaker A:

And it is healing power to us today.

Speaker A:

It is restoring Our soul.

Speaker A:

And it is healing and health to all of our flesh and to our bones.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name we command.

Speaker A:

We command bones to be strong and healthy again.

Speaker A:

Joints to.

Speaker A:

To be full of life and motion and movement.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord for nerves to communicate and coordinate.

Speaker A:

To touch every part of our body and communicate and transmit correct signals and impulses.

Speaker A:

Right now I speak to the brain to create new healthy neurological pathways to restore new healthy cells and to shrink tumors that have invaded it.

Speaker A:

There's somebody that has a damaged brain cavity.

Speaker A:

There's just a black empty space in there right now.

Speaker A:

We command new healthy brain cells to form, fill and populate the cavity of the skull to create and make that brain to grow and regrow again.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord.

Speaker A:

We command every lying.

Speaker A:

Every lying word spoken about cancer.

Speaker A:

Every cell that's lit up on a scan right now to come to nothing.

Speaker A:

We.

Speaker A:

We say over cancer.

Speaker A:

You have no power in these bodies.

Speaker A:

No power cancer in these bodies.

Speaker A:

We break the fake fear of that cancer has attached.

Speaker A:

We break the fear that these conditions have attached.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name, we break the fear of genetic conditions.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord.

Speaker A:

You have no power over us.

Speaker A:

Genetic conditions have no power, no authority in these bodies.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name, we command all organs to thrive.

Speaker A:

No failure in these organs.

Speaker A:

In the name of Jesus.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord for normal, healthy development and growth.

Speaker A:

Right now we break the fear that our kids will be left just floundering as they get older.

Speaker A:

Right now we declare over our children as they grow into adulthood that they will thrive, that they will develop new abilities, new strengths, new new means of communication, of self control.

Speaker A:

We break addictions.

Speaker A:

Right now somebody's addicted to fear.

Speaker A:

Right now we break the addiction of fear and torment.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name, we break the addiction.

Speaker A:

The curiosity.

Speaker A:

There is a curiosity that goes with some of these fear that people want.

Speaker A:

They just.

Speaker A:

They just almost like they can't turn away.

Speaker A:

They're watching you.

Speaker A:

You've gotten addicted to watching programs and things where bad stuff happens and it's like you can't turn away.

Speaker A:

Right now we break that ungodly curiosity.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord.

Speaker A:

Thank you.

Speaker A:

The peace that surpasses all understanding now fills our heart and minds.

Speaker A:

In Christ Jesus.

Speaker A:

We speak to healthy immune systems.

Speaker A:

No more overactive immune systems.

Speaker A:

No more bodies and cells fighting against itself.

Speaker A:

Right now we say all teeth are rooted firmly in the gums.

Speaker A:

The Lord is restoring somebody's gums and their jawbone like a spiritual skin graft.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name, bone graft.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord for connecting the dots, for connecting things that have had disruptions in them.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord.

Speaker A:

There's a healing of the digestion.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Digestion is being healed.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord for normal healthy processing and digesting a food.

Speaker A:

Normal healthy bowel movements and and bladder movements.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Normal healthy kidney and liver and heart flow function.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Thank you.

Speaker A:

Somebody had a splenectomy.

Speaker A:

Right now we just command whatever has been taken to be restored to you.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name, we command those, those.

Speaker A:

The.

Speaker A:

The bile duct to regrow.

Speaker A:

To regrow and start producing healthy bile again.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Those.

Speaker A:

Those body parts that have been removed that you actually did need right now.

Speaker A:

We command them to come back as creative miracles.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord.

Speaker A:

Nothing missing, nothing broken.

Speaker A:

Every body part that we were designed to have, Lord.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord.

Speaker A:

For, for creating it again.

Speaker A:

Creating it again on the inside.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Thank you Lord.

Speaker A:

Lord, we believe and we receive strength and life in our bodies.

Speaker A:

Somebody's going to be getting some test results next week.

Speaker A:

Now you're going to have an opportunity to be discouraged.

Speaker A:

But I want you to hear this.

Speaker A:

The Lord says it's not the fine, it's not the final outcome.

Speaker A:

They can run those again.

Speaker A:

They can run those again.

Speaker A:

Listen, if you've had disappointing test results, understand this.

Speaker A:

It's not the final outcome.

Speaker A:

You can move the devil an inch at a time.

Speaker A:

An inch at a time.

Speaker A:

Do not be discouraged.

Speaker A:

This is really important, you hear me now, because sometimes fear creeps in as discouragement.

Speaker A:

And I feel like the Lord is giving you a heads up.

Speaker A:

Do not be discouraged.

Speaker A:

Be encouraged.

Speaker A:

It might not be the progress that you want to see, but there is progress there.

Speaker A:

You need to celebrate the progress.

Speaker A:

Really important.

Speaker A:

Celebrate the progress.

Speaker A:

And it won't.

Speaker A:

It.

Speaker A:

It will multiply.

Speaker A:

It'll gather speed.

Speaker A:

Celebrate the progress.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

That's a word for somebody today.

Speaker A:

Celebrate the progress.

Speaker A:

Thank you.

Speaker A:

We celebrate every win, every tiny little change.

Speaker A:

Thank you.

Speaker A:

We celebrate all of the.

Speaker A:

The progress that's being made, all of the development, all of the disease regression.

Speaker A:

We celebrate all of the, the healthy, the health that's been reflected in tell in test results.

Speaker A:

Thank you, Lord.

Speaker A:

Even if it's small, even if it's a tiny.

Speaker A:

Even if I hear the Lord say, even if it's just millimeters.

Speaker A:

Oh, somebody.

Speaker A:

That's a measurement for something somebody's having.

Speaker A:

It's probably an, an organ or a mass that's being measured.

Speaker A:

And the Lord says, celebrate even the millimeters, even the Smallest change.

Speaker A:

Thank you, Lord.

Speaker A:

Thank you, Lord.

Speaker A:

Right now we speak new vision into people.

Speaker A:

New vision into people.

Speaker A:

Healthy equilibrium.

Speaker A:

No more hot flashes, no more night sweats.

Speaker A:

No more floaters, no more cataracts.

Speaker A:

Thank you, Lord.

Speaker A:

For.

Speaker A:

For a normal, healthy vision and clear, crisp hearing.

Speaker A:

In Jesus name.

Speaker A:

Thank you, Lord.

Speaker A:

Lord, we believe and we receive and we combine.

Speaker A:

That pain to leave, too.

Speaker A:

That pain to leave too.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

Hormones normalize.

Speaker A:

Thank you, Lord.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

We speak health and strength to Lois.

Speaker A:

And we command healing for digestion and complete restoration.

Speaker A:

Absolutely.

Speaker A:

Absolutely.

Speaker A:

Thank you, Lord.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

Well, I believe the Lord is doing a work on the inside of you, and he's not picking.

Speaker A:

Finished.

Speaker A:

He's not finished yet.

Speaker A:

You know, what's really important now is that you.

Speaker A:

You know, I gave you that word to celebrate even the smallest change.

Speaker A:

Be around other people, other believers that are willing to celebrate the smallest changes with you.

Speaker A:

Be in an atmosphere, in an environment of faith.

Speaker A:

Being on things like boot camp.

Speaker A:

Super it.

Speaker A:

Super, super important.

Speaker A:

Being on things like Power Academy, super, super important.

Speaker A:

Being even on our underground platform or making use of the resources that we put out there really are going to help you to stay in that environment of faith.

Speaker A:

And it will be the antidote for fear in your life.

Speaker A:

I'm.

Speaker A:

I'm going to ask Ashley to come and join me.

Speaker A:

He's going to come in in just a moment because we have a special meeting.

Speaker A:

I'm gonna.

Speaker A:

I'm gonna get him a chair.

Speaker A:

He's gonna come.

Speaker A:

He's gonna.

Speaker A:

We're gonna do something.

Speaker A:

Do something a little different that we haven't done at the end of Power Hour before.

Speaker A:

But I'm going to ask him to come in and join me because we've got some.

Speaker A:

Something special that we want to talk to you about.

Speaker A:

Hey, honey, come on in here.

Speaker A:

Come on in.

Speaker A:

I've got your little chair here.

Speaker A:

Got to turn this.

Speaker A:

I know.

Speaker A:

I'm going to turn this around a little bit so they can see you.

Speaker B:

Joining Power hour here.

Speaker B:

Joining Power Hour.

Speaker B:

So it's a great power.

Speaker B:

I was watching online.

Speaker A:

Well, I forgot to do one thing before we get into an hour announcement.

Speaker A:

We have winners from last week, and I announced at the beginning, but.

Speaker A:

But I know that more and more people are on here now.

Speaker A:

So if you joined in last week, we gave away manifesting miracles.

Speaker A:

And if your name is Adrian Child from Opelika, Alabama, or Triumphant from Walsall, your winners.

Speaker A:

Speaker A:

Speaker A:

Make sure that you contact us infotainers.com and we'll get those sent out to you.

Speaker A:

And you Know what the win the weekly giveaways are today?

Speaker A:

If you would like to win a copy of Fearless.

Speaker A:

Gonna be my van and white or the digital version of the teaching Fearless.

Speaker A:

That's that one.

Speaker A:

The digital copy.

Speaker B:

No bears were killed in the making of this book.

Speaker A:

That's right.

Speaker A:

He's just sleeping, that one.

Speaker A:

He's been subdued.

Speaker A:

But if you'd like to be.

Speaker A:

If you'd like to enter to win those, all you need to do now is press share if you're on Facebook, like and subscribe if you're on YouTube.

Speaker A:

And you can also share from the link and then comment that you've shared it.

Speaker A:

And our team will pick some people.

Speaker B:

Everybody's saying hello, Ashley.

Speaker B:

Hello to you, too.

Speaker B:

Look at all these people in here.

Speaker B:

Let's say hello, Ashley.

Speaker B:

Praise the hello.

Speaker A:

Oh, what are you doing there?

Speaker A:

You're doing something.

Speaker B:

Well, no, I'm just.

Speaker B:

Oh, I'm saying hello.

Speaker A:

Oh, someone says look now.

Speaker A:

Now.

Speaker A:

New eyesight vision.

Speaker A:

Clear vision.

Speaker A:

Amen.

Speaker A:

That's right.

Speaker A:

Clear vision.

Speaker A:

Hallelujah.

Speaker A:

That's awesome.

Speaker A:

Very cool.

Speaker A:

And then some of.

Speaker A:

There's a testimony on here as well from.

Speaker A:

This is from Chris.

Speaker A:

Kristen Bearden.

Speaker A:

I had a bone or tooth coming through in the middle of my upper mouth.

Speaker A:

I prayed and cursed it, and I woke up with it completely gone.

Speaker A:

Hallelujah.

Speaker A:

I love that.

Speaker A:

That's awesome.

Speaker A:

Great, great testimony.

Speaker A:

We love to hear your testimonies.

Speaker B:

Great testimony.

Speaker B:

So we're gonna do something different.

Speaker B:

We're actually going to talk a little bit about boot camp.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

And that was the idea.

Speaker B:

Our round eight of boot camp is happening, and a lot of people have said they didn't know about it, what it is and stuff.

Speaker B:

So you were a boot camp leader?

Speaker B:

I was a boot camp leader.

Speaker B:

He was a boot camp leader, too.

Speaker B:

This is something we started, Kyle and I started, and we actually did them ourselves to start with.

Speaker B:

So what we did was we took, I think it was like six groups each.

Speaker B:

We did all day Tuesday from literally, like, I think my one started at 8 in the morning and all the way through.

Speaker B:

And there's ones that started as late as 10 a night.

Speaker B:

And we spent all day doing boot camp.

Speaker B:

What boot camp is, they're small groups of video calls.

Speaker B:

No more than you like this format.

Speaker A:

You'd really like boot camp because you're kind of used to live streaming anyway.

Speaker B:

Similar thing.

Speaker B:

But the difference is there's only a maximum of 12 people in each group, and you're on there as well.

Speaker B:

And we've trained leaders now, and those leaders are leading those boot camps.

Speaker B:

Every leader has been for at least one boot camp.

Speaker B:

And our staff, we actually have staff that actually manage our staff meet with the leaders every week to go through it.

Speaker B:

We have the curriculum.

Speaker B:

Carly and I wrote the curriculum, wrote the how it works.

Speaker B:

And so it's a great time.

Speaker B:

It was one hour a week.

Speaker A:

And each week they go through a different subject.

Speaker A:

So they're going to learn things like how to, how to explain your faith.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

What does faith mean?

Speaker A:

What does salvation mean?

Speaker A:

Who is the Holy Spirit?

Speaker A:

How to receive the Holy Spirit and get your prayer language.

Speaker A:

How to help other people receive their prayer language.

Speaker B:

How to lead someone in the baptism, the Holy Spirit, how to lead someone to the Lord.

Speaker B:

How to pray for healing.

Speaker B:

You know, colonized mandate authorities ministries is taken from Ephesians, well, a number of phases.

Speaker B:

One is, is Luke 18, which talks about the spirit of the Lord's upon me because he's anointed me to pray, preach the gospel.

Speaker B:

Also John:

Speaker B:

But also Ephesians 4, 11 and 12 talks about how there's, there's fivefold ministers and how those fivefold ministers are meant to be equipping the saints for the work of the ministry.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

So who are the saints?

Speaker B:

You're the saints.

Speaker B:

We're the same.

Speaker B:

Anyone who's born again is now, spiritually speaking, a saying.

Speaker B:

So our job is to equip you and train you in the work of the ministry.

Speaker B:

So we want to, we don't want to be doing all the work of the ministry.

Speaker B:

You should be doing the work of the ministry.

Speaker B:

We like coaches.

Speaker B:

If you like training, you have to do the work of the ministry.

Speaker B:

That's what boot camps about.

Speaker B:

We love these live streams.

Speaker B:

We love power.

Speaker B:

You know, Power Academy.

Speaker B:

That's a great tool, Power Academy.

Speaker B:

But we want to do something more.

Speaker B:

We want to do something more interactive, more one on one, more where you can actually do it yourself.

Speaker B:

So a good question, Angelica.

Speaker B:

How much is boot camp?

Speaker B:

It is free.

Speaker B:

0399 Free.

Speaker B:

Completely free.

Speaker B:

Is there now.

Speaker B:

There isn't a stipulation.

Speaker B:

You know, we did boot camp.

Speaker B:

This is our eighth round of doing boot camp.

Speaker B:

And we've prayed about it and we've had different, different, different in success.

Speaker B:

We had, we've had hundreds of students go through boot camp and we prayed about it.

Speaker B:

And one thing we realized is we really want people whose hearts are with us.

Speaker B:

So we want people who are connected to this ministry.

Speaker B:

We want people that receive from inquiry.

Speaker B:

We don't just want people on Facebook and YouTube, places like this, it's great.

Speaker B:

Anyone can just jump on and watch and be a part, that's fine.

Speaker B:

But we're looking for the people that are going deeper, that are actually receiving from our ministry, that feel a connection.

Speaker B:

Because not everyone's called to be connected to our ministry.

Speaker B:

Not everyone's called to learn from us.

Speaker B:

There's other great ministries out there.

Speaker B:

So we want the people that are really connected to us, that feel like they're learning from us.

Speaker B:

We want people who have a heart connection with us.

Speaker B:

And we prayed about people that really.

Speaker A:

Want to actually grow.

Speaker A:

You know, we called this boot camp.

Speaker A:

You know, it is a 12 week commitment and we, we found that people had like zero commitment, would do like one week and then not finish.

Speaker A:

And that was, that was, you know, you're in this as a team, right?

Speaker A:

You're a group that joined together every week.

Speaker A:

So it caused a lot of disruption and we just had find that people would start and not finish, not complete the course.

Speaker A:

And you know, it.

Speaker A:

Without any kind of level of commitment, the, the chances of people actually going through and graduating them got less and less.

Speaker A:

But when we started to require a commitment from is actually a pretty minimal commitment from people that they just, they were much more invested, much more engaged and they, you know, you get out of something what you put into it.

Speaker A:

So they, they just, the, the fruit of boot camp in their life was much more evident with a level of commitment.

Speaker B:

That's right.

Speaker B:

So Karen says boot camp was amazing.

Speaker B:

It really stretched me.

Speaker B:

That's awesome, Karen.

Speaker B:

Also, who's this here says regime, says that boot camp for the uk.

Speaker A:

Yeah, you can join the uk.

Speaker B:

We have boot camp.

Speaker B:

In fact, we have boot camp attendees literally from every continent, six continents, from Antarctica, I guess.

Speaker B:

Those penguins.

Speaker B:

Yeah, those penguins can't work out how to use zoom, but literally South America and North America, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia, we have boot camp attendees.

Speaker B:

So anyway, we wanted people's hearts.

Speaker B:

We wanted to make sure people's hearts were connected with us.

Speaker B:

So we prayed about it and we really felt the best way to, to differentiate that or the best way to find out whose hearts are with us is with partners.

Speaker B:

So if you're a partner, if you're a financial partner of any amount, we don't set the amount apart.

Speaker B:

If a lot of ministries say there's a minimum of a hundred dollars or five hundred dollars or that.

Speaker B:

No, we don't have any minimum amount of partnership.

Speaker B:

You can join for any amount, but we want you to be partners.

Speaker B:

You know, this is Jesus speaking in Matthew 6:21.

Speaker B:

Matthew 6:21, talking all about finances, he says, where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Speaker B:

So we know that when you give money towards something, it means your heart is there or there's a good chance your heart is with that.

Speaker B:

So that's why we've made this for partners only, which is good news.

Speaker B:

If you're not a partner, you can sign up to be a partner.

Speaker B:

If you are a partner, a lot of people don't even know that you can.

Speaker B:

You know that you can do boot camp.

Speaker B:

So boot camps open to any partner of terrorism Ministries, any financial monthly partner, and you can start your partners.

Speaker B:

If you want to start your partnership, I'm sure the.

Speaker B:

The team will put a link on there to start your partnership or to apply for bootcamp.

Speaker B:

In fact, if you put the application for bootcamp up team, then I think there's a step there to become a partner if you want to become a partner.

Speaker B:

So a lot of people say, well, you know, why did you do that?

Speaker B:

Hopefully you understand why.

Speaker B:

We've had hundreds of people in boot camp, and like Carly said, the dropout rate, the success.

Speaker B:

The.

Speaker B:

The success rate, if you like, completion rate.

Speaker B:

Thank you, graduates was very low.

Speaker B:

And we realized a lot of people didn't get it.

Speaker B:

And there was.

Speaker B:

There was even, you know, Kyber times when there's even heated debates in boot camp and stuff, because people didn't really understand our doctrine.

Speaker B:

They didn't understand terrorism industry.

Speaker B:

They didn't understand some of the truths we teach.

Speaker B:

So by having partners, we know they're already.

Speaker B:

They've already got the doctrine down.

Speaker B:

They've already.

Speaker B:

They're already with us in terms of.

Speaker B:

They believe the same.

Speaker B:

They have that message in them.

Speaker A:

Having a starting place where people are.

Speaker A:

Aren't on the same page.

Speaker A:

So you don't have to reteach everything.

Speaker A:

You can start at a level playing field, and people can go from there.

Speaker A:

That really helps.

Speaker A:

Got an interest in Dominique, and Jules was a bootcamp leader.

Speaker A:

There are different time zones that you can choose from to find a time that works for you in your country.

Speaker A:

Yeah, that's so important.

Speaker A:

Now.

Speaker B:

Almost 24 hours a day, they go around.

Speaker A:

I think all of our groups are in English currently.

Speaker A:

Occasionally we've had other languages as well, but definitely all the notes and the resources are in English.

Speaker A:

So I imagine that if you're listening to us on this live stream, you understand.

Speaker A:

Understand English to a certain degree, but.

Speaker A:

But they are in every time zone in every country.

Speaker A:

One of the fun things about boot Camp is that we've had people in other countries meet up and become lifelong friends.

Speaker A:

You will meet people all over the world.

Speaker A:

So that's kind of, that's really fun.

Speaker A:

Yep.

Speaker A:

Actually, somebody.

Speaker A:

I love this.

Speaker B:

Corbin says I, I, like, made lifelong friends.

Speaker B:

We had people that meet up.

Speaker B:

A couple of people met up in Africa that were boot camp attendees and graduates.

Speaker B:

I like what Angelica says.

Speaker B:

When she grows up, she wants to be just like Carly.

Speaker A:

I didn't grow.

Speaker B:

I've grown up.

Speaker B:

Yeah, she hasn't grown up very far yet, so it's awesome.

Speaker B:

Anyway.

Speaker B:

Frozen.

Speaker B:

Yeah, I had that one on it.

Speaker B:

Made lifelong friends.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

That's awesome.

Speaker B:

You see, you can apply for boot camp right here.

Speaker B:

You can apply for boot camp on terraders.com forward/bootcamp.

Speaker B:

And Carly and I try and visit all the boot camps.

Speaker B:

We try and get in there and see and meet you all face to face.

Speaker B:

And like I said, the maximum is 12.

Speaker B:

So sometimes there's eight or 10 people in a boot camp.

Speaker B:

And you'll get to know people around the world.

Speaker B:

Their video calls.

Speaker B:

If you're able to do this live stream, you have fast enough Internet to do a video call.

Speaker B:

I think at the moment we're using the platform zoom.

Speaker B:

It's very simple.

Speaker B:

In fact, they do training.

Speaker B:

They'll show you how to do it.

Speaker B:

We ask you to put your camera on so we can see you.

Speaker B:

We actually have good lighting and you can, you can join in.

Speaker B:

And it's boot camp.

Speaker B:

It's not, it's not just sit and do nothing.

Speaker B:

It's actually going to challenge you.

Speaker A:

They do, they.

Speaker A:

There's a curriculum and you get notes every week and you get homework.

Speaker A:

Homework is a Bible reading plan as well.

Speaker A:

So in 90 days in the three months of boot camp, we read through the New Testament together.

Speaker A:

So it's only, you know, it's only a couple of chapters a day.

Speaker A:

It's not arduous and you should be, hopefully you should be doing that anyway.

Speaker A:

But there's a little bit of homework involved and, but you, you'll end up learning how to even prepare teachings, how to get revelation from the word yourself and have opportunity to share those teachings and then have opportunity to pray.

Speaker A:

Pray for the sick.

Speaker A:

And I mean, it's, it's, it's actually very empowering.

Speaker A:

People loved it.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

You'll be blessed that you'll be blessed and receive so much if you become a partner.

Speaker A:

Absolutely is.

Speaker A:

It's a great, great program.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker A:

Great, great program.

Speaker A:

So it.

Speaker A:

There, it does start.

Speaker A:

We don't do this off all year round.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

So the reason we wanted to tell you about it today was to give you time to just take up this opportunity if the Lord's leading you to do that.

Speaker A:

But it starts, I think it's 23rd February is when the next round starts.

Speaker A:

But the applications have to be in.

Speaker A:

I think it's the 15th.

Speaker A:

Our team will have the.

Speaker A:

Hang on team.

Speaker A:

Let me scroll down and see and they'll, they'll have the actual information on there.

Speaker A:

If you go to the, to the link there, I'm sure, I'm sure it'll all become clear.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

There's quite a simple process to go through.

Speaker B:

People are asking about partnership again, I believe, I don't believe it.

Speaker B:

It's what Jesus said.

Speaker B:

I do believe it.

Speaker B:

It's the truth.

Speaker B:

It's not just something I've just come up with where your treasuries are, your heart be also.

Speaker B:

And also there's something powerful about partnership.

Speaker B:

Someone said on here is more than just being boot camp.

Speaker B:

Being a partner is, is a great benefit anyway.

Speaker B:

It really is.

Speaker B:

We've had so many testimonies about people being partners with us and seeing breakthrough and seeing things.

Speaker B:

And it's not about us.

Speaker B:

It's about you trusting the Lord with your finances and putting the Lord first with your finances.

Speaker B:

Amazing.

Speaker B:

The Lord showed me out of Luke 17.

Speaker B:

We very first started terrorist ministries.

Speaker B:

The Lord showed me out of Luke 17.

Speaker B:

In fact, it's Luke 17 starts around verse 14.

Speaker B:

Ten lepers came to Jesus for healing.

Speaker B:

And Jesus said, go your way as you go.

Speaker B:

You'll be healed.

Speaker B:

And all 10 of them went and were healed and they went to show themselves, the priest.

Speaker B:

Then one of them turned around, came back and thank God, said, God, thank you, Jesus, for my healing.

Speaker B:

Thank you for my healing.

Speaker B:

And the Lord said, Wasn't there 10 of you?

Speaker B:

Where's the other nine?

Speaker B:

And he said, because you've come back and said, thank you now you have been made whole.

Speaker B:

A different word from healing.

Speaker B:

It says made whole.

Speaker B:

There's a different word Jesus used there.

Speaker B:

So one, the nine were physically healed, but one was made whole.

Speaker B:

And I believe that partners like those that come back and once they've received the word of God, we give back to God by saying, thank you for that, for that word.

Speaker B:

Thank you for healing me.

Speaker B:

Thank you for making me complete.

Speaker B:

Thank you for making me whole.

Speaker B:

And that financial commitment is so powerful.

Speaker B:

Carl and I partner.

Speaker B:

We actually partner with children's ministries personally, but also we partner with other ministries because we believe in that we believe where you've been fed spiritually, you should sow materially.

Speaker B:

That's out of First Corinthians, chapter 9, verse 11.

Speaker B:

When you've received something spiritually, you should sow financially.

Speaker B:

And again, there's no minimum amount of partnership, so we're not excluding anyone.

Speaker B:

We have partners from Africa.

Speaker B:

Partners.

Speaker B:

We have partners from some of the poorest countries in the world.

Speaker B:

And it's amazing.

Speaker A:

And we do that because we need a level of commitment so that you stay the course rather than we.

Speaker A:

It's not, it's not a monetary number.

Speaker A:

It's just, it's just a heart issue on here.

Speaker A:

So somebody's put on here.

Speaker A:

Can my 15 year old join in?

Speaker A:

We have had older teenagers participate in boot camp.

Speaker A:

I think they, they have to have a parent with them, but our team, our team will be able to walk that through and, you know, it's our heart as well.

Speaker A:

Maybe at some point we'll have a group that's just.

Speaker A:

If we have a lot of teenagers, we can have a young people's boot camp.

Speaker A:

I think that would, that would be really great.

Speaker A:

I got some.

Speaker A:

First someone here on here for the first time.

Speaker A:

And this is Bob.

Speaker A:

Bob in.

Speaker A:

I think Bob.

Speaker A:

And west in Florida.

Speaker A:

First time here.

Speaker A:

Hope I catch the entire chat.

Speaker A:

Yeah, Northwest Florida.

Speaker A:

Yeah, it's great.

Speaker A:

We actually do have.

Speaker A:

I didn't announce this today.

Speaker A:

We actually do have a first time visitor gift.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

So it, there's a link on there and the team will put the link up and you go there and there's a gift that you can get through that, through that link.

Speaker A:

They'll put that up there for you.

Speaker A:

But it's.

Speaker A:

It's kind of like when you go to a church for the first time and they, you know, you go out the back and they give you a free mug or something.

Speaker A:

Yeah, it's not a free mug.

Speaker A:

It's not a free mug.

Speaker A:

But it's a first time visitor gift.

Speaker A:

Yes and yes.

Speaker A:

I think the code is first time.

Speaker A:

I think that's what you type in the coupon code and it gives you the.

Speaker A:

Whatever it is for free.

Speaker B:

But for now, we wanted to highlight bootcamp too, because we really believe in it.

Speaker B:

It's a great benefit for you.

Speaker B:

I believe it's a great way for you to be trained in ministry.

Speaker B:

And a lot of people come to and say, we'd love to do what you're doing.

Speaker B:

Well, you can do what we're doing if you get trained in ministry, but look exactly the same.

Speaker B:

You'll have the confidence to teach.

Speaker A:

Luke has a ministry for you.

Speaker B:

That's right.

Speaker B:

You know, Carly was used to be petrified of teaching and she used to.

Speaker B:

She never used to want to get up and teach or do anything with some ministry training and some things.

Speaker B:

It's amazing how, you know, she's.

Speaker B:

She got over that, as you can tell.

Speaker B:

Praise the Lord.

Speaker B:

And now she's an awesome teacher.

Speaker B:

So apply for boot camp.

Speaker B:

We'd love to see you all there on boot camp.

Speaker B:

Praise the Lord.

Speaker B:

I was thinking, Kylie, some people were saying this, we should do more lives together.

Speaker B:

It's a lot of fun when we do lives together.

Speaker B:

I think it's fun.

Speaker B:

We get after mischief.

Speaker B:

We can answer questions, we can pray for people and I think it's fun.

Speaker A:

She gets a little rowdy.

Speaker B:

If you would like some more lives give.

Speaker B:

You know, Carly and I do our own podcast together now called Tea Time.

Speaker B:

A little tea time with the Terror Desi.

Speaker B:

So this is one of the question cards actually that came in.

Speaker B:

So there you go.

Speaker B:

What.

Speaker B:

What is the number one thing that has made your marriage successful?

Speaker B:

This is a question they're coming from Tea Time.

Speaker A:

Jesus.

Speaker B:

You'll have to watch.

Speaker B:

That's the quickest podcast to find out.

Speaker B:

We have these podcasts.

Speaker B:

We're available on YouTube, Spotify, wherever you get podcasts from.

Speaker B:

But we have our own podcast that we do together.

Speaker B:

Carly has power hours of podcast.

Speaker B:

I have God wants you riches a podcast.

Speaker B:

So check out our podcast.

Speaker B:

But I think the live stream's a type of fun.

Speaker B:

Just coming on here, going live and having fun would be good.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Do more of that.

Speaker A:

Sounds asking.

Speaker A:

Do you have to do Power Academy before you do boot camp?

Speaker A:

You know, you don't have to do the entire Power Academy.

Speaker A:

There's a.

Speaker A:

There's a module, I think, or a couple of lessons they ask you to do first.

Speaker A:
