If pure professionalism and more hard work were going to create the promised land of the teaching vocation then I can't help thinking that they would have done so by now. However, more and more teachers seems to experience so much stress, burnout and exhaustion. Does it really have to be that way. In today's episode I want to recommunicate a desire that all of us make the firm decision to place the Holy Spirit front and centre if we want to see God take the reigns.
