In 2008, Neda Schlictman became Chief Learning Officer for the U.S. and Global Tax at Deloitte and led the transformation of the talent development strategy for both tax organization and cross-business talent development. She had a principal role in establishing the learner experiences at Deloitte University and the learning experience at Deloitte overall.
