My name is Gillian Fish and I'm the CEO of the 6am agency in Sydney, Australia. In my view, the top trend from 2021 is the evolution of the description of audiences that we market to from B2C to B2H. That's business to consumer, to business to human. Why, during the time of lockdown, the lines became blurred between our personal lives and our professional lives. And what that came the need for marketers to understand their audiences, previously known as consumers in a more holistic way. We need in order to be effective in our connection to drive sales is ultimately we need to understand their hopes, their fears, the challenges that they're facing.
