God is everywhere, right? Well, yes, he's what theologians call "omnipresent." But that doesn't mean he's necessarily manifesting in power. He typically looks to Christ-Followers to set the stage for that. There is a protocol available. We can create "God spots" on the earth -- over challenges, opportunities, all kinds of relationships, projects, Kingdom initiatives, and on and on.
