Shownotes

With the season of thanksgiving upon us--what are you grateful for?

It’s so easy to get wrapped up in what’s not working, or where we think we SHOULD BE--that we forget all our blessings.

Gratitude is one of the highest feeling emotions on the emotional scale.  When we are grateful, we experience a deeper appreciation for what we have.  It’s one of the most powerful directions of positive psychology.

In fact, being grateful can literally change our brain chemistry, and allow us to raise our collective vibration and frequency--which can make us available for attracting more of what we desire in our lives.

The past 18-19 months have been difficult for so many.  Perhaps you have encountered difficulty or tragedy.   This holiday season, it is so important to remember the power of gratitude, and all it does for us. Gratitude IS self care.
