Shownotes

This episode is a real-time check-in and logistical update about what’s coming next for the Living Your Design podcast as we close out Season One and move into the void space at the end of 2025. After releasing the core LYD curriculum, we're taking a short break from releasing new episodes to honor the holiday season, rest, and allow space for what wants to emerge next in 2026.

This episode covers what is and is not coming in the near future, where you can find more of Kelsey's work while the podcast is on pause, and how to stay connected and be in reciprocity if this transmission has been meaningful for you.

What's Discussed in this Episode:

  • Why the LYD podcast is taking a short break after this episode
  • “Considerations & Summations” episode as the completion of the core LYD curriculum
  • What’s coming next and early musings about a potential Season Two
  • Listen to Kelsey's other podcasts during the pause: The Maia Games, Lab Partners, and Quality Time
  • Ways to support the podcast and this body of work moving forward

If you would like full access to the course, including the videos and slides, make sure to join the Patreon, where you will find the full LYD course and exclusive Human Design and Astrology content.

Speaker A:

Welcome to the Living Your Design Podcast. I'm your experimentor, Kelsey Rose Tortorice.

This podcast is an audio only release of the full length in depth Human Design Foundations course I've been teaching over the last several years.

It is a no bullshit, comprehensive, embodied introduction to the human design system that will challenge your ego, mind and you in your process of reuniting with the unique wisdom of your body.

In episode one I speak a bit about the process that led me to releasing this course for free in podcast form and I offer a few notes that might be useful to contextualize and clarify what you'll hear in this episode and beyond. I recommend giving that short intro episode a listen if you haven't yet.

The LYD Podcast is part of a larger living body of work, a growing archive of my teachings about consciousness through the languages of astrology and human design. Host hosted in an online community space where I stay in orbit with my students, mentees, alumni, peers and collaborators.

For more information about how to connect with me and tune in to my archives and ongoing live teachings, including how to access the original LYD course complete with videos and slides, stay tuned to the podcast or check out patreon.com/KelseyRoseTort.

Thank you for tuning into my transmission of Living Your Design. It's a deeply personal and somewhat vulnerable share that I feel honored, humbled and excited to release into the world.I hope that it helps you remember and come home to yourself.

Speaker A:

,:

You're probably hearing this in the days shortly after I'm here to just share some logistical updates to give you a heads up of what is and is not coming over the next bit through the Living Your Design podcast.

I'm setting out to not get too into my stream of conscious context oriented tangents and just try to deliver the information, keep it concise and short. But I traditionally historically perpetually struggle with that, you know, motorized throat, undefined, sacral.

If you know, you know and you all know because you're learning that via the Living youg Design Podcast. If you want a more context based, reflection heavy update on what life has been like for me and where things seem to be heading.

I just recorded something like that on the Maya Games. You can check out the last episode of the Maia Games for that.

I believe it's episode 29 and it's titled holding it together versus holding it, together. So give that a listen.

Per the Living youg Design Podcast specifically, I just wanted to inform you all, dear listeners, that we're gonna be taking a break from releasing new episodes of the LYD Pod after this one. We're just embracing the holiday season void over here.

t is gonna come through me in:

I have some like really fun, cool, exciting things popping up that my collaborators and my community seem to be pretty jazzed about, and I just need a little bit of space to focus on that.

But also this break makes sense where we are curriculum wise because the last episode considerations and summations essentially closes out the standard LYD curriculum material.

Whenever I have taught LYD, I always include some lectures just briefly introducing Profile as well and the six profile lines because most people come into profile very early when they're studying human design. So I wanted to offer some teachings on that.

until sometime in January of:

I guess I might as well remind you that if you can't wait to listen to Profile, you can join the Orbit Field, my Patreon on the Solarium tier. It's only $10 a month. The entire Lyd course is uploaded there with videos and with slides and stuff.

So you can already check out those Profile videos there if you'd like.

I also wanted to let you know that I am dreaming up a possible season two of the Living youg Design podcast, but again, kind of need to enter my void space to discover what that might look like and what the timeline might be like for that. So nothing really to tell you on that except that wheels are turning, things are in motion.

Ideas I've had for a long time seem to be maybe coming into fruition because of this place on the Internet that now exists, that is the Living youg Design podcast as a place for some of these ideas I've had for a while to land. So excited about that.

In the meantime, before Living Your Design Season 2, question mark, question mark comes out question mark or during this little month long Capricorn season Void space where we're not dripping out any of the lectures, you can find more of me and other conversations I'm having other Connections that are being made relationally and communally around human design, astrology and consciousness in the following places, of course, the Maya Games. That's my solo pod. I think I might have a couple episodes coming out during this void space time there.

I also have Lab Partners, a collaborative podcast that I started since LYD came out, so it's not actually mentioned with the Maya Games and Conversations with the Zodiac, my other podcast projects. But it's fucking rich and good and real and you should check it out if you haven't yet.

It's me and seven other folks who are like deep, deep, deep, deep in their human design experiments. Many of us speak the language of astrology too. Yeah, go listen to that. This season there's like 16 soon to be 17 episodes that we put out.

And it's just. It's really.

Yeah, it's a place where you can listen to people who are integrating these themes in really embodied and multidimensional ways and differentiated ways into their lives. So check that out. That's available everywhere you can stream podcasts.

Those are the free places you can find me and my work and stuff if you're thirsty for it. While the Lyd podcast is on pause, Lab Partners in the Maia Games.

And then we also have behind some pretty modest, let's be real, some pretty affordable paywalls. Some other stuff, there's the Solarium is my lowest Patreon tier. $10 a month for elevated spiralic self study.

If you are a patron on the Solarium tier, you have access to my other new podcast. That's right. I started not one, but two podcasts since releasing the Living youg Design one.

So that would be three podcasts I started this year and more to come maybe. Anyways, Quality Time is my podcast. My private Patreon podcast. I don't really want to talk about it right now.

I just recorded a new ad that talks about that. So every other episode of the Lyd podcasts talks about Quality time a bit.

s. I taught one Last month on:

and what is going on with the:

The Discord server, you start to have some access at the Solarium tier so you can get in on the chats where people are chatting about their different profiles and type stuff And I'll be reopening the altar tier. I paused it for a moment. It got pretty full.

reopen that sometime in early:

And in the meantime, you can get in on a lot of the stuff anyways and even get a little bit of access to me and the community in the solarium tier. Okay, this is the part where I'm gonna ask you for support.

If you're listening to this episode, you were probably someone who was pretty actively keeping up with the release of these lessons as they were coming out. So if you haven't yet, and if it feels organic and generous in your system too, please consider supporting the podcast.

You can do that by leaving a rating and a review wherever you're listening. You can contribute a little tip. I started a new Patreon tier called, I think I called it a gesture of reciprocity. It's just $5 a month tip tier.

And then of course at five more dollars, the Solarium tier, you get all that stuff I rattled out a moment ago and more. And as I mentioned, the Altar tier will reopen in the new year.

I'm just feeling really grateful for and resourced by the folks that are showing up in that space right now. I've been putting so much of myself and my teachings into the world for so many years now.

And there' about this space where people from various cohorts of having worked with me in many different ways via human design and astrology are showing up. Many of them who have integrated these languages into their systems and their awarenesses so deeply. And it's just, gosh, it's.

There's like profound levels of authenticity and exchange and alchemical shift happening in these spaces. I feel so at home in them. I feel very secure and safe to continue with my own experiment in ways that are relational. And yeah, it's just, it's good.

I'm really happy that it exists. I'm kind of treating it like my full time job at the moment, but it's not quite resourcing me at a full time capacity. Not quite, not at all.

I think I'm making about a thousand dollars a month from the Patreon right now, which is fine.

And also I would love for more of you to be there if the work is resonating, if you are benefiting from this output, if you want to meet and connect with other people.

If you want a contained place to talk about this stuff, to practice this stuff, to challenge yourself to be a bit more authentic, a bit more yourself, a bit more vulnerable, we are doing all of that and more in the orbit field. So there's some logistics, there's some heads up. Thank you for listening.

nk you for being a part of my:

Or, you know, tag me on socials. Did I already say you can leave a comment? If you're listening on Spotify, you can send an email. Reach out, reach out and touch me.

I want to hear from you. I want to know that you're here. I'd love a couple little taps on the back to help me keep going.

And yeah, I hope that this podcast in this season felt like a little tap on your back. Maybe it felt like a shove. Maybe it felt like a little fire being lit under your booty. Maybe it felt like a funeral for your ego.

. I'll see you in the year of:

Karma, baby. Let's do it.
