Episode Summary:

The fallout from State of Origin II takes centre stage as Ian Hawkins and Steve unpack what they describe as a disastrous night for New South Wales. From Laurie Daley’s controversial interchange decisions and team selections to Queensland’s dominance through the middle, the boys leave no stone unturned. They debate the futures of key Blues players, question whether the coaching setup has been exposed, and discuss who should take over the NSW job if changes are made. At the same time, they give full credit to Queensland, with standout performances from Sam Walker, Selwyn Cobbo, and the Maroons’ back five proving the difference in a performance that has the Blues searching for answers.

The episode also previews a huge weekend of NRL action, including crucial clashes that could shape the top four and top eight. The boys discuss the rise of the Manly Sea Eagles, the continued momentum of the New Zealand Warriors, the finals hopes of the Melbourne Storm, and whether the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks have finally found consistency. With Origin therapy, coaching debate, team previews, and plenty of strong opinions, this is one of the most passionate episodes of the season.
