Shownotes

In this episode, Tracey will introduce you to a mindfulness technique that can help you interrupt negative thoughts within a minute or two, and help get you in the right mindset for driving so that you are paying attention to now, before you drive, instead of paying attention to your thoughts.

This technique is great for anybody who is having negative thoughts about their driving, and also if you've had a busy day and are feeling distracted instead of paying attention to your driving.  The exercise will help to reset your mind and bring you back to paying attention to the present moment, exactly where you need to be before you go driving.

We recommend that you do this before you drive.  So please don't try this while you're driving.
