What does fighting well look like in a marriage?

As young couples, many of us don't know how to assert our needs and wants well. How can we communicate our needs to the other so that our needs are met?

In this episode, join our host Delia Ng and marriage trainers Raymond and Jenny as they share about the five aspects of assertive communication, and provide tips on how to nail active listening so we can better empathise with our spouse.
