The other day in my Facebook group Launch. Grow. Explode. Your Podcast, there was a post from someone who had a coach tell her that podcasts aren’t for sales. They’re a long-game relationship builder, but you can’t sell from your podcast. Other members in the group were quick to hop in and prove that wrong!

Here’s the post to prove it >>>

If your podcast isn’t converting and you have already positioned it like we talked about in Episode 9, the problem is your content.

Are you doing any of this?

  • Having guests just to have guests
  • Pulling any old topic out of your ass
  • Your podcast doesn’t relate to your business at all, but you’re expecting an ROI

Knock that shit off. It’s not doing you any favors. In this episode I’m going to give you tips for creating content that converts, INCLUDING the exact framework I teach my clients.

Angie Jordan:

Okay, so this is my absolute favorite part, favorite

Angie Jordan:

thing to talk about when it comes to podcasting, and it is content because

Angie Jordan:

content marketing is everything.

Angie Jordan:

So if you haven't listened to the previous episode, that's about positioning,

Angie Jordan:

I want you to go back and listen to that one, because what I'm going over

Angie Jordan:

are the foundations that I believe

Angie Jordan:

help you to create a podcast that pays for your business so that you

Angie Jordan:

can sell your offers, grow your audience, all of that good stuff.

Angie Jordan:

So don't skip step one.

Angie Jordan:

Go back and listen to the last episode about positioning and

Angie Jordan:

then come and listen to this one.

Angie Jordan:

Okay?

Angie Jordan:

So, This is my very favorite thing to talk about because this

Angie Jordan:

is the foundation of everything.

Angie Jordan:

This is where we begin for everything.

Angie Jordan:

This is where it begins.

Angie Jordan:

When I work with clients, no matter where they're starting in their process, if

Angie Jordan:

they're just getting ready to launch, they just barely have an idea, or they've been

Angie Jordan:

for a while, but things aren't working for them or they're wanting to shake

Angie Jordan:

things up, or they're wanting to figure out why they can't convert and why things

Angie Jordan:

aren't quote unquote working for them.

Angie Jordan:

This is where we start with the last episode of positioning

Angie Jordan:

and then with this one content.

Angie Jordan:

Because if you do not have your positioning and your content right, you

Angie Jordan:

will not nail the piece of converting.

Angie Jordan:

As I'm recording this today in my group, there was someone who, uh, and I feel so

Angie Jordan:

silly like I'm talking about this again.

Angie Jordan:

Yes, I did a live about it.

Angie Jordan:

I did Instagram story about it.

Angie Jordan:

I did everything about it.

Angie Jordan:

I'm talking about it, and I, I love just, just content tip.

Angie Jordan:

F y I.

Angie Jordan:

Great content tip in general for social media and everything.

Angie Jordan:

It's like you should talk about those things when things spark something

Angie Jordan:

in you or there's conversations going on in your community or whatever,

Angie Jordan:

or something sparks conversation.

Angie Jordan:

Those things you should talk about, like it's great generation, for you.

Angie Jordan:

Right?

Angie Jordan:

And it's timely things.

Angie Jordan:

It's things that you know, people are thinking about who are in your community

Angie Jordan:

who have seen you talk about or you know, it's being talked about, right?

Angie Jordan:

So it's great to create content around this, but.

Angie Jordan:

Someone in the group posted that she had just read an email from a

Angie Jordan:

business owner who was telling her that podcasting is the long game.

Angie Jordan:

It's how you build your brand, get visibility.

Angie Jordan:

You nurture your audience, but it is not a sales platform.

Angie Jordan:

You do not sell from podcasting.

Angie Jordan:

And bless this person's heart.

Angie Jordan:

You know, I'm my southern oh, bless her heart.

Angie Jordan:

Like, bless her heart.

Angie Jordan:

there's no offense to that because I believe opposite, like she's

Angie Jordan:

trying to sell something else that's like, she's positioning in a way

Angie Jordan:

that's better than podcasting.

Angie Jordan:

That's fine, but it's untrue for a lot of people.

Angie Jordan:

And what it makes me think is, is if that's truly true

Angie Jordan:

for you, Then we need to talk.

Angie Jordan:

So I didn't even have to come into the post and, say anything.

Angie Jordan:

Everyone in my group.

Angie Jordan:

If you're not a part of my group, I have a Facebook group called Launch Grow.

Angie Jordan:

Explode your podcast on Facebook.

Angie Jordan:

there's about 4,000 people in there and we have a good time.

Angie Jordan:

So people in the group just came and they were like, you know, I

Angie Jordan:

sold such and such from my podcast.

Angie Jordan:

I sold such and such from my podcast.

Angie Jordan:

Like I actually was a listener to a podcast the other day,

Angie Jordan:

and I loved it so much.

Angie Jordan:

I joined the membership one time listening like things and

Angie Jordan:

stories that prove the opposite.

Angie Jordan:

It's like, I need to go bookmark that thread.

Angie Jordan:

Actually, I think I will link that thread.

Angie Jordan:

Sarah, who's our wonderful podcast producer, when you listen to this, you

Angie Jordan:

would just grab that post and put that in the show notes so that people could see

Angie Jordan:

that as evidence of you need evidence, that shit does sell from your podcast.

Angie Jordan:

Go to that link, go to that thread, get in the group and just read the thread

Angie Jordan:

of all of the people who were in there saying all of the stuff that they sell.

Angie Jordan:

From their podcast, which I loved, right?

Angie Jordan:

And so what conversation came up around that for me was, and I, I did a live

Angie Jordan:

video immediately after the conversation.

Angie Jordan:

And the conversation was, what content are you creating?

Angie Jordan:

If you are going into your podcast with the intention that you want

Angie Jordan:

to sell and you wanna grow your business, it should look different.

Angie Jordan:

Your content should look different.

Angie Jordan:

Right.

Angie Jordan:

Your content should be something that is going to convert.

Angie Jordan:

you shouldn't be up here talking about rainbows and butterflies and,

Angie Jordan:

oh my God, I'm just, you know, here to inspire you and motivate you.

Angie Jordan:

No, then you know what's gonna happen.

Angie Jordan:

You are only going to inspire and motivate people.

Angie Jordan:

And they're not going to buy.

Angie Jordan:

And then you could just go ahead and put your podcast into the

Angie Jordan:

podcast graveyard of, I have this podcast, but it doesn't convert.

Angie Jordan:

But if you don't want your podcast to go over to podcast Land of Podcasts

Angie Jordan:

that don't convert or podcasts that get forgotten about and not loved because

Angie Jordan:

they're not getting an r o roi, then you need to pay close attention to

Angie Jordan:

the content that you're producing.

Angie Jordan:

Okay?

Angie Jordan:

It's ridiculous to think that you don't.

Angie Jordan:

It's the most important piece is the content that you are creating.

Angie Jordan:

That's where it begins.

Angie Jordan:

That is where I will begin with all of my clients, no matter where they're at.

Angie Jordan:

I had a client once who already had a podcast with 4 million downloads.

Angie Jordan:

We started with our content, completely revamped it.

Angie Jordan:

Okay, so that's where We begin.

Angie Jordan:

this is why I love content.

Angie Jordan:

I love to create it for people.

Angie Jordan:

I love to create it with people.

Angie Jordan:

It's actually the place that I shine when I do my one-on-one calls with people is

Angie Jordan:

like, let me show you how to take these ideas and turn into a season of content

Angie Jordan:

that's gonna help sell your shit, period.

Angie Jordan:

That is what we do.

Angie Jordan:

So, Here are some of my do not fucking dos or pet peeves if you wanna call

Angie Jordan:

them around your podcast content.

Angie Jordan:

Number one, having guests just to have guests.

Angie Jordan:

These people who live in the place of your podcast don't convert.

Angie Jordan:

This is one of the number one offenses.

Angie Jordan:

Stop having guests.

Angie Jordan:

Just to have guests.

Angie Jordan:

If your goal is to convert and sell shit to your people, stop having

Angie Jordan:

random Suzy, Sally, John, James.

Angie Jordan:

Stop having them on your podcast.

Angie Jordan:

Like your guests should still be helping you sell.

Angie Jordan:

Your shit shouldn't all be about, let's just have a random conversation

Angie Jordan:

because random conversations They're not gonna get you paid.

Angie Jordan:

So stop having random guests.

Angie Jordan:

I remember once I had a, a biz bestie of mine.

Angie Jordan:

She had her podcast and, her podcast manager had recommended to her to

Angie Jordan:

have her friends on her podcast because it'll help with networking,

Angie Jordan:

which is not a bad thought.

Angie Jordan:

Right.

Angie Jordan:

And so she did.

Angie Jordan:

And I just remember.

Angie Jordan:

Listening to the episode where she had one of her friends on, and I literally

Angie Jordan:

put in my notes, hire this person, reach out to this person to hire them.

Angie Jordan:

Not the friend, the biz bestie, the fricking person

Angie Jordan:

who she had on our podcast.

Angie Jordan:

not only that, not only did I wanna hire her guest, I still had no idea

Angie Jordan:

what she was selling in her podcast.

Angie Jordan:

And she was my fucking bi bestie.

Angie Jordan:

and I think that just illustrates it perfectly, how sometimes we just get

Angie Jordan:

caught up in doing things we think that we should be doing because we see other

Angie Jordan:

people doing it, or we, think that's the way that podcasts are supposed to work.

Angie Jordan:

we gotta have these guests, right?

Angie Jordan:

gotta have as many as possible, right, wrong, wrong.

Angie Jordan:

And then we let the guests dictate what the episode is about.

Angie Jordan:

Wrong.

Angie Jordan:

You should be dictating what you want, your.

Angie Jordan:

Listeners to experience, and then you give them that content, you make

Angie Jordan:

that guest fit in that box for you.

Angie Jordan:

Okay?

Angie Jordan:

I'll give you a quick tip about guest, two really good guests to have one

Angie Jordan:

your clients best guest to ever have.

Angie Jordan:

Okay?

Angie Jordan:

Can you please create an episode that is a entire testimonial.

Angie Jordan:

Like, why the fuck not if you're trying to sell, right?

Angie Jordan:

It's like you talk to your clients because then everybody sees you

Angie Jordan:

work with your clients, everybody's gonna see your clients' results.

Angie Jordan:

So it's like you're having an interesting conversation and, and you are actually

Angie Jordan:

going to sell your shit because you're showing people what it's like

Angie Jordan:

to work with you behind the scenes.

Angie Jordan:

Right?

Angie Jordan:

You're pulling back that curtain.

Angie Jordan:

You're showing them this is a business look, this is my client.

Angie Jordan:

This is what she got results.

Angie Jordan:

Let's talk about the things that she worked on to get her results, but

Angie Jordan:

at the same time, you are selling.

Angie Jordan:

It's a way to sell the second type of, guest you can have as an expert,

Angie Jordan:

who doesn't do exactly the same thing as you, but who supports what you do.

Angie Jordan:

An example would be if you're a health coach, if you're a health

Angie Jordan:

coach, and maybe you stress to your audience the importance of sleep.

Angie Jordan:

And so maybe you find a naturopathic doctor or someone who is an expert on

Angie Jordan:

hormones, and so now they're coming on, they're the expert coming on,

Angie Jordan:

and we're talking about hormones and we're talking about sleep.

Angie Jordan:

And what happens to your hormones when you don't get enough sleep

Angie Jordan:

versus what happens when it does.

Angie Jordan:

And so this expert has now made you what you teach even more valid, has

Angie Jordan:

taught your audience something deeper and is not in competition for you, and

Angie Jordan:

gives your audience a lot of value.

Angie Jordan:

And it's actually supporting what you do.

Angie Jordan:

Those are two great podcast guests to have, and those are only two I

Angie Jordan:

think you should have to be honest.

Angie Jordan:

Okay, so guests, that's one of my like old time pet peeves,

Angie Jordan:

like stop doing that shit.

Angie Jordan:

And then another pet peeve is.

Angie Jordan:

I know this is happening with some of you What happens is on Monday, so let's

Angie Jordan:

say our podcast comes out on Tuesday, Monday night or Monday afternoon, we

Angie Jordan:

know that we have this podcast coming out on Tuesday, so we're like, oh my

Angie Jordan:

God, oh my God, what can I talk about?

Angie Jordan:

What am I gonna do?

Angie Jordan:

Or whatever.

Angie Jordan:

I mean, maybe it's not coming out on Tuesday, but we're like down to the wire.

Angie Jordan:

We gotta put this shit out, but we have no idea what we want to talk

Angie Jordan:

about, and so we just literally pull something out of our ass that.

Angie Jordan:

Doesn't really go with anything in our business.

Angie Jordan:

It's just a topic.

Angie Jordan:

We just, let's talk about this topic, right, which can be okay.

Angie Jordan:

But my point of that is, how much more effective again, can the content that you

Angie Jordan:

create was planned, strategized properly, if it had to do with your business?

Angie Jordan:

If it was in conjunction with what you're doing with your current marketing, if it

Angie Jordan:

supported that, if it all tied together so it's working together for you and your

Angie Jordan:

business versus Oh shit, what topic can I pull outta my ass today to talk about

Angie Jordan:

because I have to do this podcast episode.

Angie Jordan:

Right.

Angie Jordan:

So it's just a different way of looking at it.

Angie Jordan:

that shit out.

Angie Jordan:

it's time to be looking at your shit in a holistic way.

Angie Jordan:

And not in a way that is just per episode.

Angie Jordan:

And the last thing that's really rubs me the wrong way is, and I already touched

Angie Jordan:

on it in this last, point, was just the idea that you're doing something

Angie Jordan:

separate than your entire business.

Angie Jordan:

Like if you're creating your podcast content and your social media content

Angie Jordan:

and all of your content marketing, Two different ways and they're not speaking

Angie Jordan:

to each other, then you are fucking it up.

Angie Jordan:

Like you fucking it up.

Angie Jordan:

You're missing an opportunity to make this shit a whole lot easier for yourself.

Angie Jordan:

You're, you're missing an opportunity to have cohesive content

Angie Jordan:

marketing that streamlines what you're doing and makes it easier.

Angie Jordan:

The whole point, my goal when I work with clients or their

Angie Jordan:

podcast, is to make that shit.

Angie Jordan:

Easier for them is to have their podcast be something that is actually giving

Angie Jordan:

them more ease than making it feel like that's a whole additional thing

Angie Jordan:

that they have to do in their business.

Angie Jordan:

So yeah, those would be my pet peeves.

Angie Jordan:

Okay.

Angie Jordan:

Here are the Different ways you can look and create your content

Angie Jordan:

that could potentially help you jog ways that you can do your content.

Angie Jordan:

Number one, I love to create my content in seasons.

Angie Jordan:

I love to say, okay, what am I, talking about this season?

Angie Jordan:

What am I creating this season?

Angie Jordan:

That's what I want.

Angie Jordan:

This is the goal of this season.

Angie Jordan:

you'll hear me talk about this if you're ever on a workshop with

Angie Jordan:

me, ever talking about content, I talk a lot about the goals.

Angie Jordan:

What is the fucking goal of the episode?

Angie Jordan:

What do we want people to leave with from this episode?

Angie Jordan:

What do we wanna change their minds about?

Angie Jordan:

What do we want them to be thinking about?

Angie Jordan:

What do we want them to do?

Angie Jordan:

What is the goal of this episode?

Angie Jordan:

same with the episode.

Angie Jordan:

What is the goal of this season?

Angie Jordan:

what do we want to do with this, right?

Angie Jordan:

So you can create your content based on an offer that you have.

Angie Jordan:

So now all of the questions, that we begin to ask around creating

Angie Jordan:

content and what we wanna talk about.

Angie Jordan:

If we're talking about an offer, then what are we talking about?

Angie Jordan:

What's the framework of the offer?

Angie Jordan:

What's the breakdown of what we're teaching them?

Angie Jordan:

What are objections people have to the offer?

Angie Jordan:

That's the kind of shit you can be talking about in your podcast episodes

Angie Jordan:

that you can outline that will make it.

Angie Jordan:

Cohesive and make it make sense and have it working for you, and it can work

Angie Jordan:

for you over and over again because you can create a podcast season about one

Angie Jordan:

offer, and you could re-release episodes.

Angie Jordan:

You could release those episodes in a funnel, like you can do so many

Angie Jordan:

things and reuse those episodes when you're selling that same offer again.

Angie Jordan:

All right.

Angie Jordan:

Saving time, making, creating ease for yourself, creating more time.

Angie Jordan:

People always talk about how time consuming podcasting is, but like,

Angie Jordan:

if you do it the right way, it can actually streamline a lot of shit in

Angie Jordan:

your marketing and it can make it easy.

Angie Jordan:

Like, I put in chat g p t yesterday, take this transcript and write me a blog post.

Angie Jordan:

and it did, it wrote a whole blog post.

Angie Jordan:

save time.

Angie Jordan:

What can we do to save time that people say it takes too

Angie Jordan:

much of to create a podcast?

Angie Jordan:

you can use your content in a smart way.

Angie Jordan:

Another way you can do is if you don't wanna think about this and you don't

Angie Jordan:

wanna do it in seasons, you can write out tips and tricks all you want.

Angie Jordan:

Okay?

Angie Jordan:

So you can generate content like that.

Angie Jordan:

You can plan out q and a episodes.

Angie Jordan:

That could be a, type of content that you create q and a might be

Angie Jordan:

very valuable for what you do.

Angie Jordan:

sharing client stories and feedback.

Angie Jordan:

Very valuable.

Angie Jordan:

Very valuable.

Angie Jordan:

And you can do interviewing clients these are all ideas for your content, right.

Angie Jordan:

Now those are ideas.

Angie Jordan:

And now I'm gonna tell you what I do for mine, and I'm gonna actually give

Angie Jordan:

you the fucking framework that I use with my clients, with all those people

Angie Jordan:

who are commenting, saying they're making money from their podcast.

Angie Jordan:

I'm going to give you that fucking framework.

Angie Jordan:

This is what I teach inside of my membership.

Angie Jordan:

This is what I do for my one-on-one production clients.

Angie Jordan:

Here is the framework.

Angie Jordan:

Okay?

Angie Jordan:

We're going 12 episodes.

Angie Jordan:

This is what I want you to do.

Angie Jordan:

Your first episode is an opening episode that is gonna give us the mission.

Angie Jordan:

I call it the mission episode.

Angie Jordan:

It's gonna tell us the mission of this fricking season.

Angie Jordan:

You can do this every season.

Angie Jordan:

What's the mission?

Angie Jordan:

Why are you doing this?

Angie Jordan:

Why should we care?

Angie Jordan:

Who's this for?

Angie Jordan:

What's the outcome?

Angie Jordan:

Why should people, you know, latch onto this?

Angie Jordan:

your episode's two through five or six.

Angie Jordan:

These are all, I want you to think of these as belief shifting, myth busting.

Angie Jordan:

Stop, start doing episodes.

Angie Jordan:

So ask yourself these questions.

Angie Jordan:

What do you want your people to, your ideal client, your dream

Angie Jordan:

client, to stop and start doing?

Angie Jordan:

If you could shake them, slap them, shake 'em into like reality stop.

Angie Jordan:

Fucking do with this.

Angie Jordan:

What are those things?

Angie Jordan:

What are myths they currently believe about why they can't achieve this?

Angie Jordan:

Right.

Angie Jordan:

For me, one of those big ones is like you can't start a podcast

Angie Jordan:

until you have a big audience.

Angie Jordan:

That's a myth.

Angie Jordan:

So I did a podcast episode about it because I wanna shift how people

Angie Jordan:

believe, and then write down the myths.

Angie Jordan:

And then another one is like, What is the worst advice out there around your topic?

Angie Jordan:

is the worst advice?

Angie Jordan:

So your episodes two through six or whatever can be all about that.

Angie Jordan:

Then you move on.

Angie Jordan:

So the third part would be your framework.

Angie Jordan:

So now that we like shifted people's beliefs with that second part, now

Angie Jordan:

this part, let's tell them how we work, what's our system, what's our framework?

Angie Jordan:

Now that we've told you what not to do, here's what to do.

Angie Jordan:

Here's the proprietary framework.

Angie Jordan:

just like what I said, here is the framework that I use in my membership.

Angie Jordan:

So this is behind a paid whatever.

Angie Jordan:

this is like behind paid programs and people who pay me thousands of

Angie Jordan:

dollars to produce their podcast.

Angie Jordan:

Here you go, right?

Angie Jordan:

My framework.

Angie Jordan:

So I want you to own it like that.

Angie Jordan:

This is my framework, right?

Angie Jordan:

So you do your episodes like six through 11 on your

Angie Jordan:

framework, and you break it down.

Angie Jordan:

You do your first episode as kind of like a, overview of all of the steps,

Angie Jordan:

and then you break down each step.

Angie Jordan:

And you're telling them why this is important, why they should

Angie Jordan:

incorporate this, why this matters.

Angie Jordan:

The reason why you wanna do this is because you are

Angie Jordan:

building credibility authority.

Angie Jordan:

You're showing them your way of doing things.

Angie Jordan:

You're giving them a glimpse into what it's like to work with you If

Angie Jordan:

you wanna sell from your podcast, this is, this is what we're doing.

Angie Jordan:

And then your last episode in this 12 episode season is your sales

Angie Jordan:

episode slash your girlfriend chat.

Angie Jordan:

I started calling it a girlfriend chat and people just love it so

Angie Jordan:

much better than a sales episode.

Angie Jordan:

Now, a girlfriend chat you can get with most people, can get with most

Angie Jordan:

people don't wanna do a sales episode, they wanna do a girlfriend chat.

Angie Jordan:

And so what that means is like the girlfriend that you see fucking up

Angie Jordan:

and that you see that you can help and you're like, I need to just pull

Angie Jordan:

her ass aside and tell her the truth.

Angie Jordan:

That's who I want you to act like you're talking to in this episode.

Angie Jordan:

So who needs you?

Angie Jordan:

I want you to act like you're talking to her.

Angie Jordan:

Like, let's have a heart to heart.

Angie Jordan:

Come to Jesus girlfriend.

Angie Jordan:

Chat.

Angie Jordan:

Let me just be honest and tell you, if nothing changes, nothing changes.

Angie Jordan:

If you keep doing this, this is the result you're gonna get.

Angie Jordan:

If you don't take a solution, this is what's gonna happen.

Angie Jordan:

This is what I've seen happen.

Angie Jordan:

This is why it's so urgent for you to act now.

Angie Jordan:

This is why you need support versus trying to do this on your own and

Angie Jordan:

getting information on your own.

Angie Jordan:

That's the kind of stuff you need to do in a sales episode,

Angie Jordan:

right in your girlfriend chat.

Angie Jordan:

So that was my framework in a very quick, quick way of my content

Angie Jordan:

and how I create content over and over and over for everyone.

Angie Jordan:

And I want you.

Angie Jordan:

To understand that this framework is not for everybody.

Angie Jordan:

the way I teach is not for everybody.

Angie Jordan:

This is for you.

Angie Jordan:

If you have a business and you want to sell your shit from

Angie Jordan:

your podcast, this is for you.

Angie Jordan:

If you have a business and you wanna talk about whatever you wanna talk

Angie Jordan:

about and you don't want it to tie back to your business, this ain't for you.

Angie Jordan:

we can create and be creative and figure something else out to eventually

Angie Jordan:

monetize you, and that's fine.

Angie Jordan:

But this ain't for you.

Angie Jordan:

So you know, this is for you.

Angie Jordan:

If this is call into you, if you know you need to go deeper, if you

Angie Jordan:

know your content fucking sucks and you need an overhaul, you need to

Angie Jordan:

carry your ass the podcast@pays.com.

Angie Jordan:

Go get in my membership, 10 fucking dollars a month.

Angie Jordan:

$10 a month.

Angie Jordan:

Okay?

Angie Jordan:

You can get access to this information.

Angie Jordan:

You can get access to a community, a group.

Angie Jordan:

We do coaching, we do co-working.

Angie Jordan:

We hang out, answer questions.

Angie Jordan:

We help each other like that's what you need to do to get

Angie Jordan:

started, so you should do that.

Angie Jordan:

And after this episode, if you liked it and you want to talk to me again

Angie Jordan:

or you're mad cuz I kept cursing you out and dragging you, whatever.

Angie Jordan:

But if you wanna talk to me, come over to my Instagram at Angie m

Angie Jordan:

Jordan because I love to talk to you.

Angie Jordan:

Come in my dm, say hi.

Angie Jordan:

Tell me what you think about this episode.

Angie Jordan:

Okay.

Angie Jordan:

So just remember, content is where it all starts.

Angie Jordan:

This is where it begins.

Angie Jordan:

And just to leave you with this one thought, another thought,

Angie Jordan:

another thing to think about.

Angie Jordan:

Is We ain't all come out the womb or out the podcast.

Angie Jordan:

Womb.

Angie Jordan:

The new podcast, womb great podcasters, great content creators, great at

Angie Jordan:

doing interviews, skilled at doing episodes where we can include all of

Angie Jordan:

the things that I teach you to include.

Angie Jordan:

It don't happen overnight.

Angie Jordan:

It is a thousand percent a practice.

Angie Jordan:

It is a thousand percent about getting into your groove.

Angie Jordan:

It's just like becoming a great writer.

Angie Jordan:

The more you write, the better that you become.

Angie Jordan:

This is the same thing, and you have to do it in practice.

Angie Jordan:

You are never gonna sit there and sketch out and write out the best episodes ever,

Angie Jordan:

sitting there writing and not talking, and not getting in your flow of how you use

Angie Jordan:

notes and how you map things out, and what works for you and what feels good, what

Angie Jordan:

helps to keep you going on your episodes.

Angie Jordan:

You're never gonna get into that flow if you don't start recording.

Angie Jordan:

If you're not ready to record real time and you just wanna practice, I say go in

Angie Jordan:

your voice notes and knock yourself out.

Angie Jordan:

That's actually really good practice.

Angie Jordan:
