In this episode, I’m sharing a special excerpt from a Spirit to Spirit session with Jay. His mom asked what he would like to do for his birthday party, and she graciously gave me permission to let you listen in.
When I do these sessions, I record in real time as I ask questions and then share what I hear the child saying. You’ll notice there are pauses — sometimes the answers come quickly, and sometimes I have to wait and listen. I usually hear their voice clearly in my mind and repeat what I receive. Occasionally, they communicate through images instead of words, and I’ll describe what I’m shown.
After each session, families receive both the full audio recording and a written transcript so they can truly feel their child’s unique conversational style. That’s one of my favorite parts — each child communicates so differently, so beautifully, so distinctly themselves.
And one little heads up — if you hear me yawning, don’t worry. That often happens when energy is moving through me during a session.
I’m so honored to share this glimpse into Jay’s spirit-to-spirit communication with you.
This is just a few minutes of the 20 minute session...
Here is the transcript I sent along with the audio to his mom:

What would you like to add about celebrating your birthday on the 27th?
Jay - Party Desires
I do want music of lots of genres there at my party. Having a party with whoever is able to come in person is wonderful. My mom, my dad, my friends.
I do want my siblings to be a part of my celebration in some way. Whether they are there in FaceTime at the actual party or if they are able to talk to me at some point during the day. I wish my siblings lived closer and they could come all the time in person. That would be dreamy. If they could do that. However, I understand the limitations of earth and living far away makes it not probable that they could come in person. That would be a very long drive for them. I do appreciate in person interactions. However, I also appreciate FaceTiming with my loved ones who are far away.
I do hope my dad can come because it is not far for him to drive. He can come more easily.
I think it would be fun if each person shared with me a favorite memory that we've shared together. That would be a fun, interactive part of my party. Everyone sharing one memory of us together. And record it, because I think that would be fun to hear them saying it. I could listen again and again to what they shared and help me relive those happy memories with them.

Mm, yeah. Okay. I love that idea.
Anything else that would be fun for your party?
Jay
Those are the main things. And some yummy food too.
