In this episode, some of my clients will inspire you with their experiences with health, fitness and wellness and how they’ve gone from struggling to exercise regularly to making it an integral and important part of their lives. These are all busy women who have found their own individual reasons to exercise, and who have also found ways to include fitness and wellness into their lives, in a way that works for them. 

Today I'm joined by Hannah, an interior designer with two kids, and Emily who’s executive director for a small charity, also with two children. They both started attending my postnatal fitness classes several years ago and are still clients to this day at ChickFit Online.
