Shownotes

During our conversation that was supposed to be on Sound Healing (see episode 15), we went on a tangent the piqued my interest and I hope you find it intriguing too. I've heard of Black Girls Run, Black Girls Juice, now I'm learning about Black Girls Golf. If you see me on the golf course you can thank Meg.

With over 14 years of healing experience, Meg Watt is a sound healing practitioner and mental health advocate. She attended her first sound healing session in 2019 and experienced massive healing. After experiencing an elimination of work stress, anxiety, depression, asthma, and grief, she became a certified sound healing practitioner in 2020.

She has facilitated over 250 sessions, practiced over 500 hours, and helped over 2000 people alleviate multiple conditions such as (but not limited to) stress, pain, insomnia, menopause symptoms, and high blood pressure.
