The Rambam writes that G-Ds Essence & intellect is all one. The Alter Rebbe adds that this applies as well to his emotions, will & names. The Rambam writes that we can’t comprehend this Oneness as our first & highest form of connection/comprehension is via Chochma & Hashem is way higher. The Alter Rebbe explains the way we operate. Starting from: Chochma to Bina & Das than to the emotions ie based on the Das that is the extent of the emotions than to Thought from there to speech & than action.
