Greg Louganis is the only male diver in Olympic history to sweep the diving events in consecutive games, winning gold medals in 1984 and 1988 in the 3-meter springboard and 10-meter platform events.
More than a famous Olympian, he's also an LGBTQ+ activist, author, motivational speaker, and the creator of the course "Finding Your Rhythm," designed to help people achieve their goals through visualization.
As a gay athlete during an era of the negative stigma surrounding the topic, Greg boldly came out and revealed his HIV-positive status to the world in 1994. Drawing from his experience in overcoming obstacles and achieving high-frequency success, he believes visualization is the tool that made a difference in his life.
When you have challenges, you can visualize the different ways to overcome them using your imagination. This week you’ll learn the difficulty of being a gay athlete in the 80s, why Greg publicly shared his HIV-positive status, and how he learned the power of visualization as a child.
