John Passante brings 35 years experience in human resources and organizational development experience to the podcast. John is a member of the steering committee for the Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS) and for the GAAS Scholarship committee that annually grants scholarships to students studying for careers in the automotive aftermarket.
In 1995, Passante was inducted into the Automotive Aftermarket Hall of Fame and in August 1980, he received the University of Toledo Pacemaker Award, an award given annually to outstanding business alumni. In 1990, he received the Automotive Aftermarket Education Award from Northwood University.
Passante is a motivational speaker who conducts many seminars for major corporations throughout the U.S., Canada and internationally. He has published many articles on leadership, communications and motivation.
