Ones To Watch is a unique professional development programme as part of our Being Bold initiative exclusive to our client-side corporate members. It builds upon our Manifesto for Marketing Leadership – which we launched in 2016 with leadership expert Steve Radcliffe. In this course we brought together the best of new talent to help build relationships with like-minded marketers. Over two half-day virtual workshops this year's crop of rising star marketers covered a range of topics, including leadership and personal branding. This year, particular emphasis was placed on the individual as a leader, understanding their values and developing their own leadership style with input from the UK’s top marketing leaders. In this session Brand Learning's Russell talks about delivering results.
