This week on the Building Championship Mindsets podcast, Dr. Selking discusses the importance of quietness in our lives and how it can serve as both a refueling strategy and a decision-making strategy. When we find quiet spaces and quiet time to process information, discern, and make decisions that are aligned with our beliefs, identity, and goals, we can be more in tune with ourselves. Dr. Selking also shares why the amount of quiet time needed can vary for each individual, and why it is important to understand one's own processing time.
