Sam is a neurodiverse person who was diagnosed with ADHD and has learned to reframe the way we are conditioned to look at ADHD from being a problem that needs to be fixed to a unique brain that works differently. Sam helps to break down what ADHD is from his perspective and how he has been able to break free from the societal beliefs of ADHD and find mental peace and clarity.
One Thought Away From Better Mental Health
Sam also dives deep on how we are only one thought away from better mental health. He explains how we are not our thoughts, but rather we get so caught up in them that we fail to remember that we are the space between the thoughts. That is our true nature, love is our true nature.
