I really hate it when people treat others poorly because they think someone is beneath them… And it’s almost worse when people treat someone better than others because they think that person has some power over their situation. In personal and professional relationships, it’s important to remember that how you treat one person is how you treat everyone. 

We all have examples of people who have shown us their true colors, and in this episode, I share two recent stories about what I’ve learned from the way people have treated me and my team.
