Alison Gildert is a PUMA Taekwon-Do instructor who lives and teaches in Stavanger, Norway. She is an inspirational woman although she's very modest and would probably deny that. However, she has developed a strong martial arts school that incorporates students of all ages. In the early days of teaching, she built the school on her own with her single-minded determination and her enthusiasm for her art. She has done all this alongside being a wife and a mother to her two girls. She talks to the Dark Master about how she has lived her martial journey so far.
