We're on the number one global business talk and news network on the Internet, IBGR. That's where we're broadcasting live from. It's international business growth, Radio. This is episode number three. The theme of this episode is the Influencers Formula Made Easy, your podcast and book, Roadmap No Guesswork plus Leverage boy, we have a lot to unpack in this one. But before we jump into that, remember, you can reach us at any time, either me or Ben@influencersformula.com. You can connect with us there. You can get to our socials, you can get to past episodes, all of that influencers with an S influencersformula.com. So as we're jumping into episode three, Ben episode three already. Oh, my goodness.
Ben Gioia ("joya")

Three is the magic number, as De la Soul says, right? And that made me think of a quote today, episode three and unpacking all the stuff, Donna, that you just mentioned. So this wonderful quote from Bill Gates. I choose a lazy person to do a hard job because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it. Right? So although you and I are not lazy people, we have found the lazy man's version to creating a podcast, to turning that almost instantly into a book and then leveraging the heck out of your message to elevate your business life and make a bigger impact with the transformation that you're offering to the world. So thank you for doing that. Thank you for being here. And, Donna, tell us more about becoming a person worth listening to.
Donna Kunde
::Play
Yeah, I'd love to. And you love that quote, too, Ben. I would say smart the smart person's way to this, not the lazy person, because you're jumping on our backs. We've done all the hard work for you in our thousands of podcasts and how many millions of words you've probably written and helped to write in your lifetime so far. So we're not actually calling anybody lazy here.
Ben Gioia ("joya")
::Play
Bill Gates's fault.
Donna Kunde
::Play
Yes. We'll blame Bill. There you go. So becoming a person worth listening to with a message, strategy and tactics that deliver real transformation is what the meat and potatoes of this episode is all about. It's about having a story that changes businesses and lives. And the way that we do that is with a roadmap. This is unique to IBGR, as far as I know. I don't know any other podcast people that talk about road mapping. And so this is really my secret sauce, Ben, in this whole thing.
Ben Gioia ("joya")
::Play
I'm so happy to be part of the recipe. If I can continue the analogy. Thank you very much.
Donna Kunde
::Play
Yeah, please do. Yeah, absolutely. And it really is mapping things out. Bill, my business partner, William Eastman, says, eat our own dog food. We're eating our own dog food. Ben and I, as we go through this process, because, Ben, you're living it. We did the roadmap, right? We were doing all of this.
Ben Gioia ("joya")
::Play
Sorry. Yeah. This has just been an amazing experience. The more I do road mapping with you, Donna, and the more I do it in my own business, with helping my authors write books, the more I see the benefit, like, I've seen the benefit from the beginning. We all understand the benefit. Like, we have the intellectual understanding of something, but it's not until you get it in the bones, get it in your body, have the experience that you can go, oh, my God.
Donna Kunde
::Play
The difference between knowing and doing. Yeah.
Ben Gioia ("joya")
::Play
So the roadmap is really the key. So please, listeners, live or in recording, stay with us. Stay with the roadmap. If you lose track, go back, follow up, catch up, because this will, day to day, week to week, literally change your business and life.
Donna Kunde
::Play
And it's changing it because of leverage. Right?
Ben Gioia ("joya")
::Play
Exactly. Leverage is the key to all of this, because, hey, we want to have lives here. Hey, I want to be that lazy person, that lazy, smart person, sometimes too oftentimes, too. I want to connect with my family. I want to travel the world. Right? I'm leaving for Spain in about a month. I have the space to do that without guilt and without a to do list that takes me years to accomplish.

irst podcast back in April of:Ben Gioia ("joya")
::Play
Quite a few hours. But at the same time, the leverage from that time is not only the 13 minutes, 13 weeks, 13 promises, but it's the groundwork for well, not even the groundwork. It's like 80% of a book being a little flippant with my numbers, but it's most of a book. It's most of an online or offline course, for that matter. Most of a four day training just tweaked out a little bit differently. Right? So from tagline to training, right? Four words to four days. All of the stuff is happening within this tight, condensed don. I loved what you said about boot camp. Your brain, this is so worth it because you get that done. I mean, remember in college? Well, I vaguely remember college, but I remember that if I had a term paper or a final or whatever the case, maybe I would do a little bit of stuff leading up to it. But the bulk of the activity was the night before or the 36 hours before. And although I was exhausted and kind of hating myself and hating my experience, and overdosing on Mountain Dew, I was also doing incredible work because there was no more thinking. It was just action. And that is the beauty of the roadmap, because you do your thinking, your creation over here, you let it bubble subconsciously. And when you deliver it, not only are you delivering what you've written and brought forth on the roadmap, but you're bringing forth all of the insight, all of the intuition. You have collaborated and partnered with your inner genius to bring forth truly transformational content for your people.
Donna Kunde
::Play
And I love the way that you said that you're collaborating with your inner self on this whole thing. You're taking a listener from A to Z, and why will they continue to listen to you? Because you're going to tell them ahead of time. This is what you're going to get in the end of this. When you listen to me. This is the promise. When you listen to me for 13 weeks over these 413 minutes episodes every week, we're going to go on this journey together. We're going to be transformed at the end of this. And that's really golden, I think, to build that following. Because I say this a lot and you've heard it before that the most valuable asset that a person has is time, because nobody has enough of it. You can't get any more of it. If you have extra, for whatever reason, you can't bank it for tomorrow. And when you're asking somebody to listen to you, you're asking them to trade their most valuable assets. When you're having a little takeaway each time in those 13 minutes segment and you tell your listeners every 13 minutes is going to be something for you to do, go do it and come and listen again. Go do it and come and listen again. It's these little how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. It's the same thing as we talk about actually road mapping. It the way that we do that, like a Google form, because you can change it. Nothing's permanent on a Google form. And you just write out 13 broad topics and then you write four talking points under each broad topic. And then you play a little Tetris and you organize them. Well, what's the logical order? And do these four things still? We did this, right, Ben?
Ben Gioia ("joya")
::Play
We did this. Yeah. And what a straightforward, direct way to get it done. And also a wonderful organizing principle, right? Because we could see all 13 episodes on one sheet of paper or maybe two sheets of paper with the four individual topics. So I could very easily understand the trajectory and the journey that I want to take the listener on through this process.
Donna Kunde

Yeah. For our listeners, for any of you that would like to have you can't edit it, but I'll let you see our roadmap. If you put a comment IBGR network. IBGR network. Go over to Resources and you'll find the show notes there. If you put a comment that you want to see our roadmap, then I'll let you see a copy of it, can't edit it or one better. Ben, if you would like a 30 minutes call with me to start your own roadmap, happy to do that. Let me live in my purpose to connect with you and help you roadmap your own journey so that you can start your own podcast and write your own book. There's a link in the show notes under number five, episode two. Number five, where you get my calendar link? Book a 30 minutes call. Let's knock it out. Let's get your roadmap started. Let's get your voice heard into this world.
Ben Gioia ("joya")
::Play
Absolutely, Donna. Thank you so much for offering. That. What a gift. Going back to, here's another gift besides your story is the roadmap. And what a valuable gift, because don't die with your story inside. This is what this is all about. People are waiting for your message right now. People need to hear. If you look at what's going on in the world, how can you not? We need more leadership, so we need your voice. The world needs your voice. You need your voice. And we are all about, as you know and hear and will hear again. Building your business, amplifying your business, 13 minutes at a time, right? So take your 13 minutes at the conclusion of this episode, start road mapping the listener journey. What is point A and point z for your listener during the podcast. And if you're not sure, book a call with Donna. Book a 30 minutes call with Donna because it will change your business and your life.

Yeah, thanks for that, Ben. You're podcasting in seasons, and each season has a transformation, and we'll talk more about that as we get into the next episode. But this one is wrapping up. Episode number three, the Influencers Formula Made Easy, your podcast and book roadmap no Guesswork plus leverage with Donna and Ben. And we're coming back for one more episode, so don't go anywhere.
