Speaker:

Welcome to the One Small Change again. I am thrilled to embark on

Speaker:

this journey of exploration and transformation with you. I'm your host,

Speaker:

Yvonne McCoy, and I bring almost 30 years of entrepreneurial

Speaker:

experience and a passion for discovering growth

Speaker:

through the power of a seemingly small change. And I wanna

Speaker:

thank you, as always, for taking time out of your busy schedule to join

Speaker:

me. And this week, we're talking to Adriana

Speaker:

Keefe. We just met recently, but you are going to

Speaker:

be as excited as I am in what she does and what

Speaker:

she brings. So she's got a small change that's going

Speaker:

to be something that's gonna help you and help you in your

Speaker:

business. Adrianna, thank you for coming.

Speaker:

Thank you so much for having me. I'm really excited to have this conversation.

Speaker:

So tell us about your small change and how it

Speaker:

impacted your business. My small

Speaker:

change, of course, it's gonna sound really big, but it

Speaker:

started really small, was when someone introduced me to

Speaker:

the world of human design. But what that really did, what

Speaker:

that small change really was was it introduced me to a

Speaker:

world of possibilities outside of the physical material

Speaker:

plane. It introduced me to the world of energetics,

Speaker:

spirituality. And when I was young, I

Speaker:

was raised in a house that was Christian, went to

Speaker:

church, but it never resonated with me. So as I was

Speaker:

growing up, I felt like I didn't believe anything else was out there.

Speaker:

And then when I was introduced to human design, it made me question

Speaker:

everything that's out there because you were simply

Speaker:

taking my birth information and putting it in a system,

Speaker:

and it told me everything I felt like I knew about myself when I was

Speaker:

younger. Before, I was told that I was too much or that I was too

Speaker:

talkative or that I had to sit down and stop being the the star of

Speaker:

the show. And so that made me wonder, if this is accurate,

Speaker:

what does that mean on the grand grander scale?

Speaker:

And so I started exploring energetics and what that

Speaker:

means in spirituality and how everything is a

Speaker:

cocreation together, how everything is energy, and it's just

Speaker:

changed my life ever since. Well, let let me

Speaker:

just let me just explore this a little bit because I

Speaker:

think that a lot of us are brought up with the idea of

Speaker:

religion being the same thing as

Speaker:

spirituality. And what I guess I've learned is,

Speaker:

one, they are not Yep. But they can definitely

Speaker:

coexist. I don't I

Speaker:

don't know if that is your point of view or not.

Speaker:

I agree. Because back when I was younger, I would have thought

Speaker:

eve well, even 5 years ago, I would have thought, oh, no. I'm not spiritual.

Speaker:

But I found what it is that I connect

Speaker:

with. And even though it's not set under one

Speaker:

specific religion, I think they do go hand in hand,

Speaker:

but they're also different. I think you can be spiritual and be

Speaker:

religious. I think you can be religious without feeling spiritual. I think you can

Speaker:

be spiritual without feeling religious. I think there's a lot of

Speaker:

connections in there, but you can also have one without the other.

Speaker:

Does that make sense? It does to me. And I I mean, for a long

Speaker:

time, I did not think that I was very spiritual, and

Speaker:

it's something that I I've

Speaker:

been working on. And then I had a friend say, you know,

Speaker:

being spiritual doesn't mean that you're woo woo. Do you know

Speaker:

that you, you know, that you have to,

Speaker:

you know, believe in in in things that are that seem very

Speaker:

weird. I mean, I do believe that there is a

Speaker:

greater force at work. I do

Speaker:

believe that that there are you know, we

Speaker:

can connect with people, and I do believe in the power of

Speaker:

intentions that if you, you know, that you think about something, you

Speaker:

can bring things to you because, you know and and I always

Speaker:

say, you know, we collect evidence to support our beliefs.

Speaker:

So, you know, the more I see that and and and for

Speaker:

me, it kinda happens in business as well. It's

Speaker:

like, if I put my intention out there to have good relationships

Speaker:

with other people in business and let them know what I

Speaker:

need, they in turn will let me, you know if they find something that I

Speaker:

need, they will bring, you know, point me in that

Speaker:

direction, if that makes any sense. So, you know, so you might say this

Speaker:

is a referral or this is affiliate program or whatever. But, you

Speaker:

know, it seems to me that the best ones come from the people that

Speaker:

I've just said, you know, I'm looking for this.

Speaker:

Mhmm. It is I like how you say the power of intention.

Speaker:

That feels that feels real. I think in the world of

Speaker:

energetics and in the world of spirituality, everyone now associates

Speaker:

that with manifestation. And people are very wounded

Speaker:

by the think positive to attract what you want because that's not

Speaker:

always how it works. But I like how you phrase the power of

Speaker:

intention because it truly is what our it's all

Speaker:

seated in what our intentions are. And so if you

Speaker:

just think positive, but your energy the intention

Speaker:

behind your energy isn't quite there, it just doesn't

Speaker:

it doesn't make sense. It doesn't cocreate, but the power of

Speaker:

intention does. Well, I think the other thing is,

Speaker:

I'm very much into knowing your purpose and knowing

Speaker:

your why. And I don't know if I shared with you, you know,

Speaker:

that I lost over a £150,

Speaker:

and apparently not from that look. No.

Speaker:

I was almost homebound. I weighed £440.

Speaker:

And I knew how to lose weight because I had done it before. I I

Speaker:

knew that all the rational reasons, you know, that I was gonna die

Speaker:

that, you know, for my health and stuff like that. But that was that

Speaker:

was not enough to make me do it or to

Speaker:

succeed at it. And it wasn't until I found out I was gonna be

Speaker:

a grandmother that I was like, I wanna be

Speaker:

an active grandmother. I want to play with my grandkids. I

Speaker:

wanna be here to see them grow and thrive and, you know, do

Speaker:

whatever they're gonna do. And that was the thing

Speaker:

that for me made me lose weight, you know,

Speaker:

or helped me lose weight and keep it off. You

Speaker:

know, and and, you know, I I what I say is, you know, you don't,

Speaker:

you know, you need a lifestyle change, not just a diet, and all that kind

Speaker:

of stuff. But the first thing is you need to know why you're

Speaker:

doing it, and it can't be for somebody else. It has

Speaker:

to be something that is really

Speaker:

important to you. Mhmm. You know, core to your being.

Speaker:

1000%. So tell me tell me more. Tell me

Speaker:

tell me how this human design and, so

Speaker:

so the things that I'm interested in, you know,

Speaker:

is you mentioned that the things that that

Speaker:

the way you were as a child, people tried to get you to stop

Speaker:

doing that, and human design help you to see this is actually who

Speaker:

you are. And that's what, you know, one of the things I do is help

Speaker:

people get back into their unique, you know, their unique,

Speaker:

power, the things that got educated out of them or, you know, the

Speaker:

society said they couldn't do. That's exactly it. And that's

Speaker:

why our mutual connection connected us because we're doing very

Speaker:

similar work just in very different ways. Because human

Speaker:

design, if you don't know what it is, it's think astrology

Speaker:

on steroids. It is literally the energetic blueprint of who you were born

Speaker:

to be before your family, your environment, your teachers

Speaker:

conditioned you to be something else. And I'm not saying that that's

Speaker:

your parents' fault or your teachers' fault or whoever, but that is

Speaker:

just the generation of or multiple generations of,

Speaker:

no. We have to look a certain way. We have to act a certain way.

Speaker:

We have to put on this facade. And so here I was, this

Speaker:

bubbly energetic child. I had so much energy. I still

Speaker:

have. I was diagnosed with ADHD, you know, telling me something was wrong

Speaker:

with me. And I was always wanting to be center stage. I was a

Speaker:

dancer. I was a gymnast an equestrian, but my light was

Speaker:

dimmed so much because I took up so much attention.

Speaker:

So I went through 20 plus years of my life

Speaker:

shut down. I would not be vulnerable. I pro

Speaker:

would pride myself on the fact that I didn't feel emotions, that I was numb.

Speaker:

I wouldn't open up to anyone. I wouldn't talk to anyone. But then what what

Speaker:

I realized when I was pregnant with my second daughter is I had a

Speaker:

a huge gaping hole in myself because I

Speaker:

felt so deeply unfulfilled. I had everything

Speaker:

from the outside that made it look like my life was so wonderful, and I

Speaker:

was so deeply unsatisfied. And that made that's that's what

Speaker:

ended up with me hiring a life coach who then introduced me to

Speaker:

human design because I couldn't understand what was wrong with

Speaker:

me. If I have everything, why am I so unhappy?

Speaker:

And from the condition standpoint, it was that that was a me

Speaker:

problem. Something was wrong with me. Mhmm. So I was in my head. I need

Speaker:

to fix my head. I need to fix my brain. And what it ultimately ended

Speaker:

up being was that I was just told that I was

Speaker:

the wrong type of person as a child, and I lost my

Speaker:

essence. I lost everything about me that made me me,

Speaker:

which I think everyone can relate to in this day and age. So

Speaker:

human design showed me, no. You are supposed to be front and

Speaker:

center. You are supposed to be in front of big audiences and on stage.

Speaker:

Guess what I do for work now? I literally am a speaker at conferences, and

Speaker:

I speak in front of so many people. And everything about me

Speaker:

when I was little was preparing me for what I now

Speaker:

do for my career because I've done so much of what we call

Speaker:

deconditioning work, peeling back the layers of what society

Speaker:

made me think I was supposed to be and coming back home to myself.

Speaker:

But I do it through the lens of a straw sorry, human design and

Speaker:

astrology, but you can do it in many different ways. Well, it

Speaker:

I I think it's interesting because, you know, I think,

Speaker:

we are beginning to realize that

Speaker:

I don't know how to say this. That that the way we were

Speaker:

educated before, we ignored the human

Speaker:

part of it, if that makes any sense. Mhmm. You know, I have been

Speaker:

in, I have just been in 2 programs,

Speaker:

and one had to do with eating because I'm revisiting, you know, the way that

Speaker:

I'm eating because I'm trying to get my diabetes under control.

Speaker:

And one of the things that she did was she took us

Speaker:

back to our childhood. Right? When what

Speaker:

was the first thing that you remember in your childhood?

Speaker:

And it was really amazing because as I went to and she brought

Speaker:

us forward, As I went through that, I realized

Speaker:

that I never had control of my food. I

Speaker:

never got to pick and choose really. I mean, in my family, my mother, you

Speaker:

know, she cooked what she cooked, you ate what she said, You

Speaker:

know? And, I mean, it wasn't the kind of thing, like, on your birthday, you

Speaker:

got a special meal that you could pick anything you wanted or anything like that.

Speaker:

And then, you know, fast forward, when I was

Speaker:

married, my husband did most of the cooking. He's a wonderful cook, and I'm

Speaker:

really happy about it. But he decides, like,

Speaker:

4 o'clock in the afternoon, this is what we're having. We you know what I

Speaker:

mean? You can say, okay. Let's have this tonight. And if he decides

Speaker:

he wants to have something different, he has something different. Do you know? And

Speaker:

and, you know, not to get me wrong. I mean, if I if I push

Speaker:

hard enough and say, can we have this this week, sometime this week? It'll

Speaker:

happen, but I it just made me realize how little

Speaker:

control I had or exerted,

Speaker:

right, over what I was

Speaker:

eating. I mean, just going back like that was, like, really amazing. And

Speaker:

you take that back, use that same kind of idea, and to

Speaker:

money. I mean, how many of us have heard, you

Speaker:

know, rich people are awful or, you know Mhmm. For

Speaker:

some reason we have shame about money, you know. Yep.

Speaker:

I I remember as a graduate, you know, when I graduated, I was making more

Speaker:

money than my father who was wonderful at what he did, and I really didn't

Speaker:

know what I was doing. And it it was, like, it was embarrassing. Do

Speaker:

you know what? It was, you know, I, you know, I couldn't say it. So,

Speaker:

I think that maybe as a society, we're getting somewhat

Speaker:

smarter, but I I don't know

Speaker:

that a lot of us are really open to that. I mean,

Speaker:

I guess what I'm looking for is if I talk to if you're

Speaker:

talking to somebody who's stuck and thinks that this is,

Speaker:

like, way out there, what kind of things do

Speaker:

you say to open them up to the idea that there's more?

Speaker:

I love this question. And this it's so interesting that you're asking me this

Speaker:

specifically because I went to school for science. I went to

Speaker:

college for a veterinary, and that's what I worked in for years.

Speaker:

And like I said, the the those religious spiritual realm,

Speaker:

even though I channeled spirit as a kid, I never believed in it as I

Speaker:

grew up. And what I've found through just

Speaker:

naturally sharing this and starting a podcast about human design and

Speaker:

building my community, what I found is that people say they come to me because

Speaker:

I meet them in the science and the spirituality. K. I

Speaker:

share about the science of the neutrino stream, which is the imprint of

Speaker:

energy that comes from the sun and the planets that comes into our skin

Speaker:

and our body when we're born. I share about the science

Speaker:

between the 64 gates in the human design or the I Ching

Speaker:

and the 64 genetic codon. Like, the research they're showing that they were

Speaker:

they're showing the same characteristics. I like to meet people where they're

Speaker:

at. That's why if you were to see me walking down the street, I don't

Speaker:

typically look like a very, quote, woo woo spiritual

Speaker:

person, but I deeply am. But

Speaker:

I think because I have that that nice mix of both, people

Speaker:

really resonate with that, and they ask me for more of the science. And I

Speaker:

love I love researching that, so I love to share it.

Speaker:

That's interesting. And and I guess the other part is,

Speaker:

I think if we have kids, we don't wanna

Speaker:

repeat the mistakes. And so how does

Speaker:

you being more enlightened impact your your

Speaker:

kids? Beautiful question.

Speaker:

I will start by saying I am not a perfect mother. I do have

Speaker:

3 kids, 3 young kids, and it is challenging. They're

Speaker:

10, 5, and 3, and they test me. And, also, I

Speaker:

see every single day an opportunity to do things differently.

Speaker:

The way that I was raised was there was physical

Speaker:

abuse. There was emotional abuse. There were other abuses that I will

Speaker:

refrain from talking about. And I really have the opportunity

Speaker:

to catch myself in the brief pause before I react.

Speaker:

And it's gotten a lot easier as I've grown into

Speaker:

parenting, but I will say the I have

Speaker:

this picture of my daughter who is 5. She

Speaker:

was using emotional freedom technique, which is tapping. This is like

Speaker:

tapping on the acupressure points of the body. And this is what I use with

Speaker:

her. She's a very highly sensitive she's a Cancer in astrology. Just

Speaker:

everything about her is sensitive. And she was

Speaker:

potentially on the spectrum. We don't really know. I think she's just very sensitive.

Speaker:

So I taught her an abundance of tools. And my older

Speaker:

daughter was very sick. And she was

Speaker:

crying, and she had a bad headache. And my I have a picture of my

Speaker:

5 year old going in and tapping with her. And it was one of those

Speaker:

see, I'm gonna cry. Just thinking about it. It's one of those moments where I

Speaker:

just recognize how much here we go. How

Speaker:

much differently I am doing it than my parents where they are allowed to

Speaker:

have their emotions. And they're also given tools to help the emotion

Speaker:

move through their body so they don't end up with disease and disorders like I

Speaker:

have for years of my life. So it's really taught me so

Speaker:

much in how to be a parent

Speaker:

or or any anyone of an older generation to the new generation coming

Speaker:

in and how we can just do things better, what not to do, I

Speaker:

guess. Well, you know, the thing that that I realized is

Speaker:

my my kids are grown adults. And so I have, you

Speaker:

know, kids, I have grandkids, I have 1 great grand. And it's

Speaker:

interesting because what I find is

Speaker:

as I change and learn new things, I try to share

Speaker:

that with my kids. And so it's interesting to

Speaker:

you know, the first the first reaction is, oh my god. I can't believe I'm

Speaker:

doing what my parents did or, you know, what my mother did. That's

Speaker:

like, you know? Mhmm. And and then, you know,

Speaker:

probably the the two things that helped me when I was parenting

Speaker:

was I read an article that

Speaker:

said, the things that drive you crazy with your kids

Speaker:

when they're young are the things that are probably gonna make them

Speaker:

highly successful when they become adults. Yep. And

Speaker:

it's so true. I mean, my youngest daughter is so I mean,

Speaker:

as a child, she was, like, so persistent, and as an

Speaker:

adult, she's so persistent. And I've watched her, you

Speaker:

know, get a grant to help her buy a house to, you know, get,

Speaker:

you know, her son into good schools and, you know, that kind of stuff.

Speaker:

And so that was a really good I mean, that was kind of, like,

Speaker:

the savings grace that I didn't try to, you know, grind them

Speaker:

down to the, you know, not not that I didn't do some grinding

Speaker:

because it was convenient. Yeah. You

Speaker:

know? The other thing was

Speaker:

that someone said be consistent. As a

Speaker:

parent, be consistent. Don't be a surprise to your kid because

Speaker:

you're trying to be something else. So, you know, if

Speaker:

there's something that that if you you wanna be a certain

Speaker:

way way, you should do that. So for instance, they were saying,

Speaker:

you know, don't say to your kids, what do you want for dinner if

Speaker:

they really only have 2 you know, you're only willing to cook 2 1 of

Speaker:

2 things. Yeah. And that was, like, so helpful to

Speaker:

me. I mean, especially when, you know, my plate was full and

Speaker:

I was going to graduate school and I was working and they were young and

Speaker:

I would come home and say, you know, you know, we have this for

Speaker:

dinner or, you know, this and they would say, well, can we have oatmeal? And

Speaker:

I'm like, yes. I can do oatmeal.

Speaker:

Yep. So okay. Before we run out of time,

Speaker:

tell me, like, three things that entrepreneurs

Speaker:

can do, that would help them be open to the kind

Speaker:

that, you know, that they can either start using right now that's gonna help them

Speaker:

or be more open to what you do. Entrepreneurs,

Speaker:

especially, the way that energetics and

Speaker:

your any sense of spirituality or cocreation with energies bigger

Speaker:

than you, the way that that's at play can help you so much.

Speaker:

So it doesn't matter if you're interested in human design, astrology,

Speaker:

numerology, whatever feels like it's piquing your interest right now.

Speaker:

Just start by going and downloading your chart or figuring out your life path

Speaker:

number if it's numerology, whatever that is, and just start taking in information

Speaker:

that's making you feel curious without putting pressure on it. Just start with

Speaker:

what feels interesting. 2nd, I would

Speaker:

say start to question or explore and reflect on

Speaker:

the things in your life where your body has told you

Speaker:

the answer and you didn't listen. And what I mean by that is,

Speaker:

like, your gut. You had a bad gut feeling about someone, and then the

Speaker:

your body ended up telling you you were correct or the

Speaker:

way that you were right about something. Maybe your gut was like, get off the

Speaker:

highway here, and you didn't know why, but you chose

Speaker:

to, and you avoided an accident. Reflect on those moments

Speaker:

where you've had this deeper knowing that was in your body that you couldn't

Speaker:

explain, And start building that trust muscle with your body

Speaker:

having knowledge that's greater than what we can logically think

Speaker:

of. 3rd, I would say start surrounding

Speaker:

yourself with more like minded people who are also

Speaker:

ready for growth and evolution. I live by that Jim

Speaker:

Jim Rohn quote. You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most

Speaker:

time with. You will, on a personal and spiritual development

Speaker:

journey and as an entrepreneur, outgrow relationships. It is a 1000% going to happen, and

Speaker:

it will get very lonely. It is a 1000% going to happen,

Speaker:

and it will get very lonely, especially on the online world, if you don't surround

Speaker:

yourself with other people who are also ready to grow. So those would be my

Speaker:

3 things. I gotta tell you,

Speaker:

the first two are great, but the third is

Speaker:

is so powerful. You know, someone talked

Speaker:

about the law of proximity. Mhmm. And when you

Speaker:

are with people who are,

Speaker:

you know, that that are at a higher place or, you know, ahead

Speaker:

of you and stuff, it is so rewarding for

Speaker:

you. But I think it also is a chance for them to give

Speaker:

back as well, And so they feel

Speaker:

they feel, empowered as well, and it

Speaker:

is so it will help your business grow so

Speaker:

much faster because you are growing so much faster. And they

Speaker:

will introduce you to people, And, again, I think that that's where

Speaker:

intention comes in. You know, not that it's like, I'm gonna

Speaker:

look for people that can help me. The intention is I wanna

Speaker:

look for people who share the same values I do that are

Speaker:

interested in the same kind helping people the way that I

Speaker:

do. And I just, you know, I have found that to be,

Speaker:

incredibly valuable this last 2 years or so.

Speaker:

So, you know, So absolutely. So tell us about your freebie

Speaker:

before we, run out of time. Absolutely.

Speaker:

If anyone's interested in human design and they wanna understand that, you can

Speaker:

download your chart right on my website for free, adriannakeefe.com,

Speaker:

and I have a whole free workshop on there you can watch. I have an

Speaker:

entire guide you can download. It will link you to podcast

Speaker:

episodes to learn more about your design. So that's a great place

Speaker:

to start if you're interested. That's fantastic. That

Speaker:

is so that's an action step that you can take right

Speaker:

away just to see just if your if your curiosity

Speaker:

has peaked at all. I I would highly recommend that you

Speaker:

do that. Thank you. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt

Speaker:

you. No. That was a I mean I mean, that was great. I have a

Speaker:

retreat coming up, but that's not free. But if you feel like you need a

Speaker:

full immersion, then that's an option too. That's available. That was the other thing.

Speaker:

I was gonna say I did I was gonna ask about the retreat, and this

Speaker:

is the first one you're doing. Is that right? It is my first. It's my

Speaker:

partner not my partner's first, though. So if you're

Speaker:

listening to this later, go I'm sure you can check on your website.

Speaker:

Yes. And if this is not the one you can come to, the next one

Speaker:

will be there, and so you should definitely take a look at

Speaker:

this.

Speaker:

So the last question I have for you is when

Speaker:

was the last time you did something new for the first time?

Speaker:

Well, aside from this retreat, because this has been a big expansion. I've had to

Speaker:

grow a lot in hosting this retreat, yesterday, and it

Speaker:

actually has to do with the 5 people quote. I

Speaker:

live in a small town in Massachusetts, and I'm very

Speaker:

much the rainbow sheep. I don't fit in here. And I

Speaker:

was finding that I was very lonely on in the local physical

Speaker:

world. So I found some people who were also

Speaker:

in spirituality, health, and wellness of some sort, and I asked if

Speaker:

they wanted to put together a little group mastermind where we meet up often and

Speaker:

we connect. And so the 4 of us met yesterday, and

Speaker:

it was an energetic exchange that just, like, created my

Speaker:

entire week is gonna be, like, phenomenal because of it. And now I have this

Speaker:

new group of women with all different expertise, all different

Speaker:

levels of business that I get to lean on locally, which I think is

Speaker:

gonna be a game changer for all of us. Fantastic. That is

Speaker:

really I mean, that is really walking the walk.

Speaker:

You know? I mean, it's like we talked about proximity

Speaker:

surrounding yourself with people. I I hope this turns

Speaker:

out to be a really great move for you. Thank you. Bye. Believe

Speaker:

it or not, we are running out of time. And so

Speaker:

I gotta give you the commercial, which is make sure that you,

Speaker:

subscribe, that you share this, that you engage in the podcast on

Speaker:

social media. I wanna make sure that, you know,

Speaker:

I did this to supercharge your business through connection.

Speaker:

And it's my way of giving back to this community and fueling your quest

Speaker:

for growth and impact because I think we all need, some

Speaker:

extra booster shots or something that can energize us on a regular

Speaker:

basis. So I hope that you will join me on the one small change

Speaker:

and that we can embark on this journey together where even the smallest

Speaker:

shifts can yield monumental transformations.

Speaker:

And sometimes they're not what you expect, but

Speaker:

they're what you need. So if you listen to our first episode, you know,

Speaker:

if you haven't done that, and then you can dive into the other ones

Speaker:

that will help you to have a bold vision and, you

Speaker:

know, have some innovative possibilities. So, Adriana, do you

Speaker:

have any last words you have a quote you wanna leave people with? Something that

Speaker:

you say all the time? Well, I already quoted it.

Speaker:

I'll let it do it again. If if it's good enough once, it's good enough

Speaker:

twice. You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most

Speaker:

time with, so pick those people wisely. And that can be

Speaker:

painful sometimes, but it is crucial. It is crucial.

Speaker:

So that's fantastic. And I think the thing that you said that people,

Speaker:

forget is that a sign of growth is that

Speaker:

you're shedding some of the people or the clients that you're with, and nobody

Speaker:

tells you that. No. That you can actually outgrow

Speaker:

your friends and your clients. Yeah. And I think that's

Speaker:

important to know. So we have to call it quits, but I want

Speaker:

you to remember that change can be simple, but it's not always

Speaker:

easy. It requires courage, resilience, and a willingness to step

Speaker:

outside your comfort zone. So I hope you will join me again for

Speaker:

the one small change and look for those

Speaker:

possibilities. Until the next time, I wanna make sure that

Speaker:

you stay curious and look into other new things.

Speaker:

So, Adrianna, thank you so much for spending this time and giving us

Speaker:

the free gift and your insights in how we

Speaker:

can evolve as as humans on this earth and do good.

Speaker:

Thank you so much. I appreciate being here. Till next

Speaker:

time, everybody. Bye.
