The Town of Franklin Biennial Election Unofficial Results as read off by Town Clerk Nancy Danello in the Franklin High School gym on Tuesday, Nov 7, 2023. A group of 40 or so candidates and their supporters were present to listen to the results.
- In the Town Council race, the 9 incumbents held off the one challenger.
- The Tri-County debt exclusion passed
- Only 6200 voters cast ballots, a disappointing turnout
