In our conversation, she shares:

  • Her own burnout story and how that motivated her transition to her current focus on well-being at Deloitte and beyond
  • What is happening now in the world of well-being at work, not least as US businesses and communities begin emerging from the pandemic. Jen talks about the disconnect between management's degree of expectations and that of the workforce, as well as reflecting on how the current “great resignation” is not just about money, but about people wanting to be treated as human beings
  • Key well-being themes from her book, including how relationships are an essential element to our professional and personal well-being
  • How being a cancer survivor shaped her well-being practices
