Start with Visuals
Literally
- Write down 5 things to accomplish that expands across your entire day
- 1 thing in the morning
- 1 thing mid day
- 1 thing late afternoon
- And 2 things at night or after work
- Check them off as you complete them.
- And these tasks can be things you normally do already throughout the day.
- We're only focusing on self conditioning rightnow. Kinda like re learning how to ride a bike.
- Its familiar but you know if you take ato big of a bite you’ll fall down.
- After completing all tasks at the end of the night look over your list and journal how your day was and how you accomplished each task.
