Why business owners need to understand the relationship between perfectionism, stress, and physical health, and the cost to their health, wealth, and happiness of not doing so with Tina Wright, an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher, and IBS specialist. Tina suffered with Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Fibromyalgia, IBS, TMJD, and severe migraines for years and was able to achieve longterm remission from them all using her therapy skills. This meant she was able to go from working in the NHS, non-stop crying when typing due to the immense pain in her hands and feeling guilty about taking sick leave due to stomach issues, to full force in her business. Having learned how to take control of her mind, body, and life, Tina now empowers business owners and professionals to do the same, using a combination of the mind body therapies she has been trained in. Her mission is to help individuals transform from feeling lonely, anxious, and invisible, to feel safe, seen, and accepted, so they can achieve career or business success. She campaigns to make people aware that being different does not mean being disabled and has a keen interest in nature.
