Hello, and welcome back to Enter the Portal. In this episode, I’m looking at our relationship with time, our calendars, and the way we fill our lives with everything except the thing we actually want to be creating.
I don’t believe we have a time problem. I believe we have a space problem. Because yes, life is full. We have jobs, families, kids, launches, clients, errands, laundry, and all the things asking for our attention. But sometimes when we look back at the week, we can see that we filled every open space with more doing, more consuming, more organizing, and more busy, instead of making room for the thing that actually lights us up.
Just like fire needs oxygen to burn, our creativity, purpose, and passion need room to breathe. When we pile too much onto the calendar, we don’t make the flame stronger. We smother it. And for me, that has changed the way I look at my schedule. Instead of asking how much more I can fit in, I’ve started asking where my fire needs space first.
This episode is about noticing where we’re performing busy, where we’re earning rest, and where we’re unconsciously filling the space that could be used for our creative work, soul work, and deeper purpose. Whether it’s the book, the course, the business, the retreat, the community, or the project you keep saying you’ll get to someday, this is your reminder to begin making space for it now.
I also share more about Unlearning, my six-week initiation inside the Wild Ones community. We’re going to clear the conditioning that keeps us repeating the same patterns, restore our nervous system capacity, and create a clear 90-day creation map so when you finally sit down to work on your thing, you know exactly what the next move is.
